In my opinion, judging from the fact that all casinos have this game the one and the most favorite one is dice.
Regarding the second one I think that Poker comes next. And this is because a lot of people think that Poker relies more on skills and knowledge and not so much on luck...

There is little adrenaline rush in dice and roulette except if your bet is high. If it is low, then the game does not offer much thrill and adrenaline pumps. Adrenaline gambling for me is found mostly in sports betting and poker.

It depends on the kind of casino we are talking about, when it comes to online casinos most of the gamblers prefer to play dice, I am not so sure why since I have never seen the appeal of those games, but when it comes to physical casinos most of the time people choose to play slots, which is why they are everywhere since slots are incredibly profitable as well, in my case I prefer poker since it is a game in which not only you need to use an effective strategy to win you also have a lot of time to have a conversation and make new friends.

I agree that these two games are easy but I will not agree that it is also easy to win with this kind of game, dice needs a lot of luck and if you don't have it. There is a chance that we will lose. As of now, I lose playing dice at the moment and I don't want that my loses will gain more so I decided to stop for a while. Cards needs strategy so it does not mean that we can win most of the time with that game, yes it is easy to understand and play but we also need some luck to win. I think every game needs luck.

I think dice and roulette are fun to play. I think dice was the best since it is easy to play,
I don't know why I like this game but I could just automate the game and sometimes it is just a moneymaker in my opinion.

Maybe those are the games where OP win the most, therefore he said that, but he is curious if we share the same thoughts about it, that is why he wants to know that games we are earning profits in gambling.

However, playing CARD is the only one which is better to assure your profits or winnings than in DICE, at least when you play cards you could control it by knowing what strategy to use, compare to DICE that is all random, so hard to predict what is going to happen next.

Luck is what you always need even you have the skill there is still a lot for you to get the result you want. Like poker you can learn how to play smart and wise, you can expect what card to be drawn next, you can basically outplay your opponent by bluffing but all that thing is better with luck since result scales from probability. I agree pure skill based games aren't going to be a thing like car racing which needs a visual playing skill.
