Lot of things already been said about Spurs victory. But I just want to add few facts.
After 4 rounds in group stage Tottenham was only 3rd, 6 points behind Inter Milan. So, it's already miracle that they managed to get out of the group.
They spend €0 to buy players this season. Last player who was bought by Tottenham in 2017/18 season was guy who scored hattrick yesterday - it's Lucas Moura

if spurs UCL road stat facts are like that. means that spurs are very lucky able to advance in to final. by buying Lucas Moura with 0 cents, it became their final ticket. with kane injuries and lost in the first leg. i think spurs are finished. Clearly Liverpool inspired their victory yesterday.
in the final the situation will dramatical change. they have to work hard if they want to win UCL by not relying on luck.

Liverpool would give everything they have for this final match and they might get the trophy with ease as Spurs in nothing new for them.
And Liverpool deserves it too. They are the ones who took Barcelona out. This trophy would place them ahead of Barcelona in the number of Championship trophy won. Just behind Real Madrid and AC Milan.

This is bullshit. Do the UCL writers expect us to believe these silly 3-0 comeback plots? And two in two days? This is getting worse than Game of Thrones!  Wink Grin

What an incredible semi final round. Hats off to the Liverpool and Tottenham teams, they gave 100% all the way to the final whistle and battled back against some insane odds.

I guess the question for Tottenham now is: Do you play Kane in the final if he's fit?

He's going to be lacking match practice and the team seems to have come together well in his absence (Son in particular), is it worth the risk to change things up now?

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

No!  Poch should play Lucas Moura.  He deserves it and he's running hot atm.  Poch can't disrupt that by playing Kane in the most important game of their campaign.

I put a little action on Tottenham.  A straight, vanilla ML bet at 3.96.  Lol.  No reason except Klopp's penchant for losing tourney finals.  Grin

The semi final 2nd legs were crazy, absolutely mental. WTF happened Cheesy
It’s going to be an exciting final, I think maybe Liverpool will just have too much for Spurs in the final.
We totally cant decide that yet for the UEFA league is full of surprises and the club we least expected are playing an outstanding football but if we looking at the previous matches between the two club Liverpool defeated Tottenham on several occasion while Firmino was among the goal scorer for Liverpool and if he get better before the Finals he might score another goal for Liverpool as he always do.

Ok, but
You get the third goal and fall on the grass
Where is the coach and the capitan in this situation to rasie the whole team up

Well, congrats to Spurs...

Correct. We are lucky they gave up after the goal, they could still fight for 3 more minutes and probably get 1 more goal,,, but they gave up and their whole emotion and mentality changed.

Danny Rose said before the match that Liverpool gave them inspiration,,, and now we meet Liverpool. Is this not the most exciting Champions League in many years?

People will fear English teams now!

English football is simply amazing and different from the all other leagues, your teams are not giving up until the final whistle, they play hard even there is negative result almost impossible to reach
Simply, speechless -- congrats!

Yes, I am one of them who wants to see ajax in the final, unfortunately they failed
Seeing Tottenham and liverpool in the final for me is less interesting because I often see both teams playing in the premier leagues

Yup. It doesn't feel like a UEFA championship finals. Ajax was an all time favorite. And now we have no teams from the peninsula.
The two teams has played twice last year and both of the time, liverpool has won over spurs. They know each other well and their playing style would be predictable.

Obviously Liverpool will be the favorites here to win the match but remembe Tottenham had advanced to the semi-final by defeating Machester City which is currently ranked first at the league table of the Premier League. Similar to how they defeated Ajax, Tottenham have managed to hide the fact that they are playing an away game and kept the game close in order to win by away goals. I won't be surprised if they did their best right now since this will even be better for them defeating the two top teams of the Premier League.

Don't forget to pick your winner for the Final between Liverpool and Tottenham, a 100% English game :

I happened to be the second voter, and it's 100% for Liverpool is there any other way around this.

Tottenham have been well known to always blow their chances in recent years after coming so close to glory, but managed to secure a final berth this year, can they also go all the way to clinch the trophy ? I don't think so. With all due respect to Tottenham, I strongly doubt Liverpool will lose the final of UCL for the second year in a row, will they ?

I can't believe the second stage of champions league became so much awesome. I saw the first games and watch the full games both times (I wagered on them so I wanted to see the games) and after seeing Ajax beating Tottenham on their home field I believed the series were over, not like Tottenham would beat ajax at their home right? Well I was super wrong, not only they beat them but they also managed to beat them while scoring 3 goals as well.

Liverpool was just a whole another story, Barcelona literally broke down during the game and just lost all control of the game. I do not remember last time two English teams faced each other on finals, I think the last time was over 10 years ago when United and Chelsea faced each other and now that I checked that was the only time it happened before as far as I can see. I know the stadiums for finals are determined before the games are even decided but I wish this happened in UK, it would be the biggest deal there ever.

HaHa LOL Spurs, but I like it, never like 2 finalists from same league so this is good!

Also De Ligt and De Jong are called the best, but man do I like Ziyech

Your man has score 2-0 Ajax half time
Cold blood teenagers on his way to final
Ajax is incredible i vote to give main CL trophe to both Ajax and LFC
still next 45 min but Ajax doesn't look like Barca and Spurs are not like LFC yesterday

I am happy to see that Ajax leads the game easily.
We are going to see a perfect final and after a lot of time neither Barcelona or Real Madrid are going to be in the final.
The game will be full attacking and maybe we are going to see many goals scored from both teams.

Yes Tottenham still have a chance after scoring the first goal in today's match anything can happen before the second half ends

Oh man.. What a humiliation... I expressed myself kinda early in the game and I got punished.
I didn't expect that Ajax is going to lose this, but the lack of experience was proved to be an important factor in games like this one. Ajax closed a successful progression reaching the semi-finals and of course they are going to be rewarded with decent cash flow running to the club.

Semi finals of the World Cup, all-english final in the CL and possibly the Europa League  Cool

Well now we will see two English Premier League teams battle it out in the final and I think this is what a lot of fans in the world really want to see.
I think the final that everyone was expecting was the Barca - Ajax, mainly because of the history between both clubs (Cruyff, the style of football, etc).

Found this video on YT, some Ajax fans in a bar waiting for the final whistle, and just when they thought it was over...the devastating blow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zu89W9slQMQ

Somehow I'm not quite sure that England (England clubs) consist of English players  Grin If to take yesterdays match, Tottenham - 3 goals by Brazilian.

Liverpool that beat Barcelona. Goals by Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum = 100 % pure England Lords  Cool Grin Grin

Sad to see Ajax fall at home against Tottenham, surely I'm not the only one that hoped that the underdogs will win a ticket in the Champions League Final that final goal for Lucas Moura that gave him a hat trick was a surely devastating thing to see especially when you are part of the people thinking that Ajax will be winning this match. Barcelona - there are times to play possession, and there are times to not
Let me fix this :
Barcelona - there are times to play football, and there are times to chase ducks outside of the net.

Now i have a question : will Tottenham surprises us tomorrow too and will see a 100% eng game? Just wondering to know how this crazy league will end!
Missed yesterday's game cause I was sick and I left it 1-0 for Ajax while thinking I would be criticised for my post but woooooot Tottenham made it! This champions league is incredible!!! English teams imposed themselves and proved that Premier league is n1.

Great season for England

PS:

It is an amazing football week for England. Myself I couldn't believe the Barcelona team wouldn't get an away goal after being up with 3 goals from home in their first leg march with Liverpool. Likewise the outstanding performance by Tottenham away to Ajax.

I definitely look forward to the final between Liverpool and Tottenham, who knows if it is going to be just like the premiership match  Grin

Last week I was really hoping that UCL final will be between those two teams in which Johan Cruyff made his contribution into but guess English teams doesn't gives up. Really great comeback from english teams in second legs. Just wishing for another english teams final in Europa League.
