Well I was half hoping Liverpool would lose and somehow Porto qualified because they are going to be a tough opponent for my Barca, but I think we will see our chances are really good if we beat the Reds, we will feel we are the favorites meeting either Spurs or Ajax. Great game to Spurs. They truly deserved their first semifinal ever. I bet their fans are dreaming.

I can't believe it, i thought Man City will win after that super last minute goal, unfortunate no goals allowed VAR strike. Sad for Pep but grats to Tottenham, Son is really good. Hey these quarter final matches were one of the best matches I have seen in a while, Barcelona dominated Manchester United and rightly deserved victory, Oles team selection were poor to be honest. I had said it here last week Ajax shall knock out Juventus, and I’m glad they did as now they’re my favourites to win it. Also last nights match between Manchester City and Tottenham was an epic match, Var did play spoilsport but both teams gave it all they had and happy for Tottenham they deserved the victory.

surprisingly, Ajax defeated Juventus and Manchester City defeated by Tottenham. the two favorite teams at the moment are Barcelona and Liverpool, but 2 black horses can be the winner. we are waiting for the final results of this drama-filled story.
But unfortunately, Barca and Liverpool have to meet in the semi-final which means one of the dark horses - Ajax or Tottenham - will advance to the final round. But yes, the quarter-finals gave us good entertainment where the results of several matches were very surprising. I hope that in the final we will see another more exciting game.

So much drama in the end with the, what could have been 5th man city goal but it was ruled offside by VAR. The goal would have stood if there wasnt VAR. VAR got it correct though.
Funny how last year, City could've qualified to the semis if we had the VAR in the CL, and today, they were KO'd thanks to VAR. hero member

This evenings Champions League quarterfinals were really exciting, and it looks like we will get some great semifinals in 2 weeks also.

This evening match was full of excitement for the winning team and I wish the Manchester city perform well in their first leg match against Tottenham they won't have be the team to qualify but the best team have won. However, the semi will be tough for Ajax and the best thing they can do is to try to score a goal at the Hotspur stadium or else they would lost the match. Tottenham – Ajax

I still can't believe Ajax won, there is no way anyone could have seen it coming. Real Madrid was having a bad season but they were still the favorites and honestly had great players so when Ajax beat them I said to myself that must be a fluke and Real Madrid will make someone pay for it.
Nonetheless, after they beat Juventus who was leading series A and definitely one of the better teams with good odds to actually win the cup you can clearly say now that Ajax is not a fluke and they are really here to win it all this year. You may think all other teams have much more talent but all other teams have been around here far more frequently whereas Ajax is playing with a huge fire in them.
I really hope Liverpool-ajax is the finals, that would make it so much more entertaining (maybe that is already impossible? I don't know if next round is decided on which winner play which winner so maybe Ajax-Liverpool won't happen)
Ajax has done a pretty good job in this year Champions league by defeating the top team which ones can hardly expect but I think they will have the privilege to make it to the final stage. oh man im gutted, its a great result for tottenham though and their semi vs ajax will be fun. I think Ajax might beat them now since son missing 1st leg.
I'll go with Ajax you too in the semifinal, I think they a better football on an overall level compared to Tottenham, and I think they'd make it to the final and face Barcelona.

Really it's going to be a tough fixture, but I'm pretty confident in the Barcelona team too when it comes to big matches.
Liverpool was not my favourite team, but I hope they will destroy Barcelona in the next two matches.
Fantastic game tonight, Man. City vs Spurs, City can't complain to anything because they allowed Spurs to score three easy goals. that is too much if you want a serious result.

HOLY SHIT guys! After Liverpool FT, I checked Livescores.com and it was 5-3 93rd minute goal by Sterling. I don't have love for him, I thought, shit, a hattrick to win and qualify? I switched off. Then I go to read some post-match news and WTF VAR disallowed the goal!
Spurs are through! I lost my parlay (bet on a Spurs win) but damn, how City will feel, winning the match, and yet still losing out. I don't usually like celebrating another team's loss, but I think Man Utd will be happy the unprecedented quadruple won't happen.
What a season. Champions League's been really incredible the past few seasons hasn't it?
