Liverpool played better tonight than in the first leg but this Real Madrid team aren’t just that team to beat in the champions league. Madrid on the other hand knew how capable of turning the tie Liverpool posses that is why they played with such Tenacity today.

The last 8 is a group of exciting teams Although I don’t agree that those three clubs listed by you are actually the small teams. I think the clubs that could be knocked out easily are those from Milan. Both AC Milan and inter were just lucky to go through but from their play and form this season. I will tip any of Benfica, Napoli and Chelsea to edge pass the Milan clubs should they be paired against each other.

The second leg was boring just as I expected but Real Madrid still got another win by 1-0. It was up to Liverpool to make it more entertaining actually. But they weren't that much effective about scoring goals this time. They found goal opportunities many in number actually but none of them ended up with a goal. If they scored first then things would have been more interesting actually.

We all have seen what happened in the first leg right after Liverpool got 2-0 ahead in the game.    Maybe we would have watched another delightful game with many goals.

Liverpool played well tonight and I didn't see them going all in probably because they knew that they could not do much in Madrid against Real Madrid when they have lost 2-5 at their home in the first leg.

The draw surely will be interesting now that only 8 teams,8 of the strongest teams remain in the Champions League and there are no easy teams anymore,well I only see Chelsea,Napoli and Benfica as easy teams at this moment,the other 5 are stronger teams so I hope that Chelsea faces Napoli or Benfica so one of weak teams get through to the semi finals which would be nice.

I am pretty sure Liverpool players and their fans weren't too optimistic about a comeback in this game, i say so because if they had already accepted the fact that they were eliminated right after the first leg, the reality tonight would not hurt them so much. I knew Real Madrid were definitely going to progress at the end of the night, but Liverpool would have tried to at least avoid defeat tonight, maybe a draw would have been a much more respectable result, or if they had won 1-0 or something, yes, they were already bound for the exit door, but they should have avoided losing both home and away.

Having said that, Liverpool are having a complete mess of a season, and imo there is no way to save it right now, they are definitely going to go trophyless and would most probably not qualify for the CL next season; i don't know if Jurgen Klopp would be their manager by next season.

That the opponent is Frankfurt doesn't make Frankfurt a weak teams. Napoli has been at there best all season and they were in this game with a quarter final in view which have been earned.
Same thing could be said about Real Madrid although, Liverpool gave it there best but, this is Real Madrid and this is the UCL. Real Madrid are always that spirited when it comes to the UCL and its not surprising they secured there pass to the quarter finals.
It's always a matter of the better and determined team always win and that team is Npoli and Real Madrid in today's fixtures.

Modric is a very good player even at 39 years old be looks the best player on the field. I wonder where all the people are saying that Liverpool would come back from a 3 goal lead and win the leg. Real Madrid are the favorites imo because they have showed that they still have quality players and they know how to win games in the Champions League. I just hope Chelsea get knocked out in the next leg because of what they did to my Dortmund.

Good game from both side I hope we get to see Manchester City up against Real Madrid and Napoli up against Bayern Munich that will be a great match you know?

 I can't wait to see the draw that will be done on Friday so that I can't use it to determine the possibility of seeing my favourite football team which happens to be Napoli this season make it to the round of 4, good game from Napoli and Real Madrid tonight so proud of them.

The Champions League matches were not very enjoyable today. Real Madrid defeated Liverpool with a single goal and won the round.Liverpool couldn't do much and it was very difficult for them to get through.When you lose 5-2 at home you can't do much away from home.
Real Madrid played better at home than Liverpool, they had more chances and in the 78th minute Benzema scored the winner for his team.
In the other match, Napoli won 3-0. We can say that Napoli won with a comfortable game. They had the comfort of winning the first match 2-0. Frankfurt should be happy to play against such an opponent, maybe the best Napoli of the last years. 2 goals from osimhen and another from zielinski from a penalty.

The result of the match Between Real Madrid and Liverpool is still 1 - 0 with Benzema goal. Although they only have 1 goal, it has been okay because they have a high aggregate. Liverpool did their best, but Real Madrid may not be really as best as in their first match. It may be the cause of the high aggregate that they have had.
Napoli also won easily and really proved that they becomes a consistent club again.

With killer goal from Karim Benzema, it's now official that Liverpool will be going out of Champions League tonight. Real Madrid are undoubtedly the best team in the Champions League at the moment but I think that Liverpool's approach to match hasn't been the best. I was expecting them to start the game on high, press and pressure Madrid till they score the first goal which would've made a great comeback realizable.

Liverpool will go back to England tomorrow knowing that their best thing they can do to save their season is make it to the top four which I think would be difficult to achieve

Yes Sir, nothing can happen now. As expected, Napoli and Real Madrid will be in the quarter-finals. Napoli is too strong because the opponent is Frankfurt, which previously could not score a single goal to Napoli and now Napoli is really in the lead. Meanwhile, Real Madrid have  advantage in the first lag, there is no way Liverpool can win at Real Madrid home by scoring a lot of goals.

Real Madrid is also 1-0 up now. So at the moment Liverpool would need 4 goals in 10 minutes in order to get into the extra time. As a neutral spectator i have to say, that i am pretty disappointed, because we did not really see exciting second legs this week, because almost every matchup was already decided in the first leg except except for the game of Porto vs. Inter but that match was sadly also the only one where no goal at all was scored. Napoli seems to be a really strong team and i think they can really be dangerous to every team that is still in the Champions League now. The draw on friday will be interesting to watch.

He has prove to the world that he is one the best strikers in Europe and he has bring victory back to Napoli as he is the leading top scorer in the Seria A league.

Many teams are keen to sign him because he is on form and a dream striker any team will like to have.

Osimhen may be the most underrated player in the world right now. His positioning and finishing are impeccable. He's injured after the second goal. I hope he's okay. I don't think Napoli can hold him in the team next season. Same goes for Kvaratskhelia.
This is probably the best Napoli team in history. They already have one hand in Serie A trophy, I wonder if they go until the end in Champions League as well.

No doubt, although some bad rumor's already attacked Haaland because of the performance in the first leg, he and Man City really could prove that they are still one of the favorite clubs to win the UCL. They were incredible in the match, especially Haaland, but now, they must focus ore on the next round, more difficult matches must be there.

It may be because of the first leg, match that probably made many parties disappointed with the result, moreover, Haaland didn't score any goal. This led to many doubts and bad rumors about him. And as you said, Haaland really proved the rumor wrong, in the second leg. But the challenge is not ending in this match. He must get more attention again in the next matches, moreover the matches may be more difficult.  

Btw related to match between Real Madrid and Liverpool, I really salute Liverpool in this match. They played at the Bernabeu, but Liverpool actually played pretty well. Although they may be self-aware that it will be very difficult to catch up on aggregate in the previous match which was quite embarrassing. And this time, the result is still a 0 - 0 draw. I think Real Madrid will be much better at their own stadium, but until now, they seem to be a little overwhelmed to pressure the Liverpool defense. This is really very interesting.

The goal from Victor Osimhen was a phenomenon head goal that got me marveling at his jump power. Osimhen has turned to the goal engine of Napoli. In every match, you will find him scoring.

The match in Italy ist maybe over, Napoli at now 5-0 in front and less than 20 minutes to play. So a last goal for Eintracht Frankfurt would be nice, that should happen. Napoli is too strong and it is good that they get into the next round. Then there are 3 Italian teams in the top 8: AC Milan, Inter Milan and SSC Napoli. That should be many years ago when this last happened.

Napoli has really not enjoyed the kind of media hypes and coverages they ought to have this season.
They have been playing exceptionally well this season and their style of  football has been very entertaining.

Victor Osimhen their no 9 striker has been in the finest form of his career. The scudetto is 75% won and they're still showing a great performance in the UEFA Champions League. What a great season for the team

But for the chances of qualifying I think this is not the same as for the chances of winning in this match maybe it can still be said to be the same in this match.
For the second half now Real Madrid are more daring in playing the ball and this is quite good, especially with long balls which are indeed troublesome with the condition of the 2 Madrid wings which are quite fast in running.
