 After last night I noticed that is been a long while having 3 Italian teams representing and getting up to this stage, 2 teams from England 1 from Spain 1 from Germany 1 from Portugal and 3 from ITALY, champions league is getting another turn and no one could believe that Italian teams would dominate this season. When it comes to having favorite you mention the German side Spanish side or maybe the English side too but this time around the Italians said they're going to be included on the run. How I wish it would be Napoli to play the finals against Man City it would be another season of great encounter between both teams.

I would like to see Bayern vs Real in semi final at least, quarter final is too soon for their meeting.

Above are more hope that the draw ceremony will result in those matches in quarter final.

Bayern and Manchester City, Napoli and Chelsea, AC Milan and Real have past meetings and it would be exciting if they meet each other again in quarter final.

I remember that in the previous pages, people said that it will be easy for liverpool to make three or more goals against madrid in santiago bernabeu. 

I wonder what's their motivation to say that. It has proven that if liverpool can do nothing against real madrid. Curtois just like a big wall that was always blocking any shots being made by liverpooll's player especially nunez.
I saw that how madrid have some good chances through camavinga and valverde. Liverpool must be so lucky caused by madrid was missing so many chances to mak additional goals against liverpool. King madrid will win UCL again for this season.

Liverpool has hard mission when come to madrid, they face to pressure to must win at least 3 different goal in order to next round champions league so that burden, they play unrelax and always create the mistake when the squad get the ball. Beside the pressure, liverpool peformance is not good also on this session because of that many prediction they not able to next round.

All of the teams are strong teams. They won't be entering into the last 8 if they were no strong teams. There are no weak teams in UCL now. All are equally being qualified for the last 8 which has proven that those teams are worthy of entering the next round to go to the semi final.

that will be a very interesting match to see so many strong clubs try to beat each other in a mission to win UCL this season. UCL is the highest trophy in European football.

Napoli is definitely a strong contender in the race to be the champion of them all. They’ve got a great team and good gameplay.
I had earlier read someone’s comment on this thread about Victor Osimhen being the most underrated player in the world and I can’t say I disagree. He’s a prolific player as he has in this season, scored 19 goals in 22 games he’s played in the Italian league.

I believe if he made a move over to the English Premier League, he would be really amazing as he would definitely score goals and also create a lot of chances that would lead to a goal.

Great game for Real Madrid as they’ve beaten Liverpool again in the second leg. I didn’t have any doubt in the capabilities of Real Madrid and I never doubted their win. Liverpool played good and did put up a good fight but couldn’t even begin to score any goal and equalize on the goals conceded during the first leg.
Good game and a great win for winners Real Madrid and Napoli.

They can't pair the strong teams with themselves and leave the weaker teams. Chelsea, Napoli, Inter and Benfica are the weakest teams here. It took me some time to understand why Chelsea Vs Barcelona is scheduled every year for several seasons. They understand how to keep fans anxious and make a lot of money from fixtures.

Waiting on Friday 12:00. My propose: Bayern-Milan, Real-City, Napoli-Chelsea, Inter-Benfica.

As i predicted before it doesn't need hard work for real madrid to win against liverpool. The same story repeated again as liverpool was losing against real madrid in santiago bernabeu. Real madrid is far superior compared with liverpool.

Winning 1-0 is enough considering real madrid already won three goals aggregates in the first leg. The result of another match between napoli and frankfurt was also the easiest match to predict.
Frankfurt can do nothing against napoli. I were even closing my eyes to predict it without even needing to see the statistif by both teams. Those who did multiple bets must be getting decent amounts of money.

For Liverpool. The last 4 matches against Real Madrid and 4 defeats for them. Looks like Madrid has always been a real problem for them in this competition: D
For Napoli there is no doubt for them here because their condition is very favorite and their opponents cannot do much with the dominance given by Napoli during the match in legs 1 and 2 days.

The round of 16 has finished, now we are looking forward to the next round in the top 8 of the qualifiers.

Liverpool still can't beat Real Madrid and we know it's a difficult opponent and they have to go down and be eliminated in the last 16, now only two representatives from the Premier League.

It can be said that Napoli is quite perfect because it won home/away, this team is the strongest candidate this season. We see that Napoli is very ambitious for all the competitions it runs.

Looking at the current conditions, they seem to be the strongest, but on the other hand, the Serie A club is now giving a real surprise.
Out of their 4 representatives 3 of them made it to the top 8 now which makes it interesting. after usually clubs from the EPL or La Liga are like this, but this season the Serie A club gave a nice surprise even though I don't really expect too much from clubs other than Napoli in Serie A.

I would rate Real Madrid and Manchester City S. They are top tier and potential winner of this tournament.
Bayern München and Napoli would be rated A. It's very possible for them to win the tournament. Napoli is in quarter final for the first time but their squad quality is above average considering their opponents.
I'd say AC Milan and Chelsea are good clubs with impressive history, but not good enough to win the cup with their current form. Benfica and Inter are clubs that already achieved something by making to quarter finals, anywhere above here would be a big surprise for them.

It was predictable from the start actually in this case, but what's interesting is that Liverpool actually increased the aggregate lol
The conditions will be more interesting in the top 8 this time because there is indeed less room for movement and the big clubs are getting ready to compete with each other now.
But on the other hand now Benfica and Napoli are one of the underdogs for the top 8 even though in fact they are also not very fit to say that but looking at other clubs I think they are new members in the top 8.

It's interesting that you left Chelsea out of your list of strong contenders for the Champions League quarterfinals. I believe this is due to their current form and how they performed in league games. Mind you, this is the Champions League; if Chelsea can still beat a team like Dortmund, who are in good form and lost to them in the first leg, don't you think that team is very good in this league despite poor performance in their domestic league? Chelsea will most likely advance to the next round of the competition, you can’t look down on them now.

Real Madrid 1 - 0 Liverpool

without a doubt this is a result already expected by all people, it was already known that liverpool would lose in this game, liverpool's attack is shit, I know that people can say that real madrid is very strong and that's why liverpool lost in this game but in my opinion liverpool only lost because they are so weak, their defense was better today but the offense is a disaster the wrong choices in striker signings liverpool made after mane left was a factor decisive for the ruin of liverpool, these two strikers, I'm talking about Gapko and darwin nunes and they should have hired good players for the midfield, the wrong choice of players is liverpool's problem and will not be solved with several changes of formation and alterations of player positions, the problem is in the players

Napoli 3 - 0 Eintracht Frankfurt

 

Eintracht was run over, they didn't even manage to score at least one goal both in the first leg and in the second leg, napoli has a very good defense, in this game they managed to score 3 goals and didn't concede a goal, it's a great achievement, if they continue like this until they can reach the final and be champions, napoli and benfica are one of the few consistent teams in the local league that are in this champions league, the rest of the teams that went to another phase have had problems in the local league, bayern, manchester city, real madrid, inter, milan... has struggled in the local league

Real Madrid - Liverpool was a narrow escape for real Madrid to night since their managed to win the match with a 1:0 goal ahead of Liverpool and the 1/gaol came in the second half.

We all know how both clubs struggle to make a goals score in the first half but it wasn't realistic for both club, bit all the same congratulations for real Madrid winning tonight.

Real Madrid, in my opinion, is the type of team that thoroughly studies the game before acting on it. They studied the game thoroughly and did not put too much pressure on themselves to do much of the work, struggle, or want to score goals because they already have a comfortable lead over Liverpool. They must have wanted to score more goals, but I believe they were waiting for Liverpool to strike and score first before retaliating and winning the match just as Liverpool's hope will be resurrected.

Real Madrid also reiterated the fact that they knows how to play the Champions League. They know when to defend and also when to hunt for numerous goals in the competition games.

At Anfield they were losing 2 nil before the comeback that left Liverpool needing three unreplied goals tonight to force an extra time and tonight they knew that they only needed to defend their three goal advantage and their plan was perfectly executed
