Real madrid vs Liverpool will be meeting again in the second leg of the UEFA champions league game but this game between this 2 teams seems to be in favour of the host team which is Real madrid after they defeated Liverpool 5:2 in their visit to arm field which means as it stands now they are in advantage and with their perfect performance today against Espanyol in the Spanish laliga that see them defeating Espanyol 3:1 makes them more prepared for the upcoming game, while the visiting team being Liverpool underperformed today when the visited Bournemouth and was defeated 1:0, that's means Real Madrid is the favourite in this encounter.
I don't see any chance of Liverpool winning the second leg at all. Because Liverpool was badly beaten in the first leg. As a result, Real Madrid will have a great advantage and will apply tactics. Rather, Liverpool may be defeated because of being under pressure.
Anyone who had seen the chances of them winning will lose such hope at seeing their result today against Bournemouth.
A club that just succeeded in humiliating a well-known Epl team with a. silencing winning could not at least score a single goal in a match against a team in the relegation arena.
But that notwithstanding, I don't lose hope on them in their champion league returning leg as I believe the same miracle that happened against Liverpool may still happen against real Madrid

In fact, after their first leg, Real Madrid were already the favorites to qualify for the quarter-finals. It doesn't matter if they lose or not as long as their loss is not more than 2 goals then they will really be in the quarter-finals. Liverpool are still showing the same thing, last week they won by a landslide and this week they lost to a team that was no better than the team they beat before. I can't stop thinking about them now.
Of course Real Madrid are favorites to qualify after winning with a three goal margin at Anfield in the first leg. However, I'm still maintaining my thought that if Liverpool can score first at the Santiago Bernabeu by mid-week they might go on to shock Real Madrid in their own turf and I'm saying this inspite of Liverpool's loss to relegation-battling Bournemouth. If they can play the same way they played against Manchester United last weekend in the Spanish capital, then we all might experience another historic champions league night .

Liverpool are a big mess and they can't stand a chance against Real Madrid. It is that simple I'm afraid.

They proved this once again by losing to a team like Bournemouth today. Can you just imagine how this team can defeat Manchester United by 7-0 a week before and now they are losing to one of the worst teams of the Premier League? I just can't. In this condition they can't do anything good against Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu. They had better not lose there at least. But it feels like Real Madrid will defeat them once again nicely.
The change in performance that has occurred at Liverpool is very clear. the previous week they beat a strong team, namely Manchester United with a very large score. and this week they have to lose to an ordinary team that should be much weaker than Manchester United. I don't know what went wrong with Liverpool. which made them lose their form very clearly in just one week. Liverpool's inconsistency really really disappointed me. and everyone who bets for Liverpool must feel the same way. so that Real Madrid should indeed win easily in the second leg later and ensure that Real Madrid passes to the next stage.

They have a fairly high aggregate, the difference of 3 goals is indeed quite difficult for Liverpool to pass, especially when they will play at home to Real Madrid. But I'm not saying if it is impossible. Maybe they have a chance and anything can happen in the world of football. looking from several sides, on paper, this will be very difficult for Liverpool to turn things around. Here I have doubts, especially with their condition and performance this season, which is really bad and has greatly decreased compared to last season.

They may have disappointed many of us today because we expected more from them in today's game. If they can lose to Bournemouth, they have no chance against Real Madrid in the Santiago Bernabeau stadium. Since they appeared to switch forms, let's see if they take on Real Madrid and make it difficult for them to pass through them in their second leg match.

I also can't imagine Liverpool defeat today in Premier League, because also on paper they should have won but they really disappointing. I think no reason to lose against from a weak team, because previously they could also win by a big score. I'll agree with you Real Madrid at home this team very strong and can beat Liverpool once again, also statistically Liverpool have a bad record they haven't been able to win against Real Madrid so far after their last win in 2009.

Bayern Munich has always shown above average performance in such important tournaments.  Their performance in this match was such a performance.  Their opponents were a very tough team.  Psg is a team that most European cup teams would not want to face.  They have a strong squad, but the Germans managed to eliminate them.
Problems may be in the top 8 now because we know Bayern always have big problems in this phase and last season it was also a bit unlucky for them to be knocked out in this phase when they faced a club that was not really a favorite and only a dark horse.
Now it is clear that the conditions for the remaining clubs are getting tougher, and this could also be a real obstacle for Bayern in the future.

Different levels of teams are apparently not important for the Champions League in most cases, in principle it should be.  In the last match the English lacked persistence, they scored first and it was felt that they relaxed, however, paid for it with a goal in their own goal. I think they will approach the second match responsibly, because they have everything to win.
The English teams are inconsistent in the Champions League and the Premier League I think it is a problem with the amount of games with the world cup interfering with the season and the Premier League has a lot of games in the winter and I think they cannot recover in time for the Champions League games. I think the games are slowing down and they will be better in the 2nd leg but I do not think they will improve much more because it is so soon after the 1st leg.

Anything is possible, but the volatility in the case of Manchester City is rather a rare phenomenon compared to other teams in the English Premier League. So there may be more improvement than the fans expect, including us, but I am more than confident that they will win this match and go to the quarterfinals.

I don't expect anything surprising in the Real Madrid - Liverpool game. I don't expect Liverpool to even get a draw in this game. Their big victory over Manchester United could be misleading. Even if it helps them play better this time it is still a really bad score to come back from. Real Madrid are playing more different here than the La Liga. Ancelotti and the players would be ready for them anyway.

Real Madrid's main target is to win the Champions League title currently. Therefore they wouldn't make simple mistakes that easy.
Their winning conditions against Manchester United in the end could not make their condition fully improve and this week they lost to Bournemouth which was quite surprising, and with this result it is proof that Liverpool still has not fully improved despite an increase in performance for the domestic league.
I personally will still be in Madrid in this match, but that doesn't mean the match won't be interesting, it's just that I think the winner has been determined since the first leg ended.

The Real Madrid team is much more experienced than the other teams in the Champions League platform. Boss Ancelotti doesn't quite know how to keep up a consistent run of good performances in the Champions League. Even when the opponents were strong, Real Madrid managed to continue their good performances.

Madrid's performance in the away match against Liverpool was unimaginable. Real Madrid was predicted to win but no one expected Real Madrid to score 5 goals. After such a remarkable win in the first leg, they are almost certain to qualify for the quarter-finals unless the Madrid players make a big mistake in the second leg. But Madrid is strong at the Bernabeu. I think Madrid will beat Liverpool again.
Wow! I've seen every Champions League game since its beginning, and Real Madrid's performance against Liverpool was incredible. That was truly mind-boggling. Madridistas dominate this category. They use their vast experience well. . High-performing.

Worried about Liverpool's form? It's clear they're struggling. "Class persists while form passes away," the saying goes. Liverpool is sophisticated. Bournemouth will be a true test for them. I'm curious if they can maintain their performance against MU. Even if they play well, Liverpool won't beat Real Madrid. With their first leg triumph, the Merengues are confident and will want another dominant performance to secure their quarterfinal position
I would argue against that it was a "form", Liverpool had a finals years ago, had finals last year, and won one UCL in between as well.

It is just the fact that they are having a bad season and sometimes that happens, not every team needs to have a great season at all times, I agree that Real has been great at UCL most of the time but even we saw them play and games, hell last years team that won it was also the team that lost to Sheriff as well, so let's not act as if every team plays great just because they are a good team, sometimes they have bad days and Liverpool had one of those days. I hope second game is a bit more close and looks to be equal powers at least.

I would have said so if only Liverpool didnt win 7-0 against Manchester United. Yeah it was home advantage for Liverpool when they played against United but honestly none would have expected them to win so based on that I kinda expecting Liverpool to give some element of surprise on their next game against Real Madrid

Im not getting my hopes up for Liverpool to qualify for the next round but it will be great if they win though

I don't know what will happen in the game with Real Madrid, but today Liverpool have already made a surprise by once again breaking the expectations of their fans and destroying a lot of multi-bets  Grin I don't know how you can still seriously expect something from this team. They can succeed in a single match, but obviously they can't do anything at any serious distance.

This reminds me of the match between Real and Chelsea last season, I believe you all remember that match in Madrid.
Real also, like now against Liverpool, won by a big margin away from home and everyone was convinced that the second game in Madrid would be a formality.
However, in the second game in Madrid, Chelsea played fantastically and led 3:0, and then Modric saved Real with a great assist and in the end, and Real somehow managed to turn the game around.
Liverpool is not a team to be underestimated and nothing is over yet, although Real are of course the favorites.

Liverpool also made a sweet comeback in the 2005 final against Milan. But Liverpool's condition this season is very much different, the Reds are completely powerless in various competitions. I don't underestimate Liverpool, but I think the fight with Real Madrid is over and El Real has got a ticket to the quarter-finals.

If you are talking about the final game of the champions league in 2005, I remember the game between Liverpool and Milan when Milan had a star like Kaka and they scored three goals in the first half while Liverpool make a sweet comeback and they scored three goals in the second half and then in the penalty kicks Liverpool won the game while Milan much better players, I think Liverpool can do another comeback this time against Real Madrid.

I'm sure many are disappointed with Liverpool at this time, because Liverpool lost by a team that was far below Liverpool in quality. But with these results, I think it looks like Liverpool will only play well only when Liverpool play against top teams. So playing against Real Madrid, it is possible that Liverpool will still be able to play well to provide strong resistance for Real Madrid.

But yes, if we have been disappointed like this then surely we will no longer have good judgment for Liverpool and will be expecting a bad result. Basically, every match is difficult to predict, because notes on paper don't always work well for the actual final result.

ManCity vs Bayern might the finals for this year but Napoli will create some problems for whoever they will face next and maybe with some extra luck , they can reach the finals and who knows ...maybe winning it as well.

On the same time , can we count out Real Madrid ? Hard to do it , especially when we know they can pull out a victory or score a goal out of nowhere and that is what makes them very dangerous when they have the ball on counter-attack.
I think Real Madrid are also favourites to play in the Champions league finals this season, with the current gal in aggregates against Liverpool I can say Real Madrid are already through to the next round of the champions league and stand a chance to win through to the finals. I have a feeling Manchester city will drop off on the way like PSG.

I don't want to speculate too far. because, only a few teams have just been confirmed to qualify for the next round. Madrid, Napoli, City, Inter, will play their matches in the second leg to ensure qualification for the next round. however, if in the end Madrid overthrows Liverpool at the Santiago Bernabeu later and Napoli can smoothly overthrow Frankfurt. meaning, these two teams will meet in the next phase round. this fight, we can not just ignore it. because, it is very likely that Napoli can become a stumbling block for a team as big as Madrid. despite the fact, Madrid has the advantage in terms of mentality.

For City, I still remain confident and optimistic, that Pep Guardiola's squad will advance to the next round phase. City also remains the favorite to play in the Champions League final. but at least, Bayern Munich, which is certain to be one of the strong candidates in winning the title this season. but before we speculate too far, we better wait for the match between Inter, City, Napoli, Madrid, who will play their match in the second leg later to determine qualification for the next round.

PSG is just an overrated club where they have Neymar, Messi and Mbappe, but actually only both Mbappe and Messi are the most important to score a goal, while Neymar is just helping Mbappe or as a second striker. When Mbappe play without Messi, he doesn't get many chances to score a goal, but when Messi play without Mbappe, there's no striker have better decision than Mbappe.

Bayern Munich is already strong without a star player because they're better in develop a good potential player without spend a lot money.
But in a team relying on just a few players, that's not good for them, because they also need other players who can provide full support for the game. But what I see from Paris Saint Germain is that they haven't been able to play as a team, they do have a lot of players who have good quality individually but as a team they are still lacking. When they lose any of those three they always struggle, and even when all three are available they are not yet able to compete at a higher level.

What happens to Liverpool is completely unpredictable, sometimes they play well but at the same time they can play badly in just 1 match. We'll see how they destroy Manchester United and in the next game they lose to a club that actually has a quality that is very far from the club they destroyed before. This is Real Madrid who have repeatedly conceded them in the Champions League, and they need a 3-goal win at least to keep their hopes alive, and we know that won't be easy at the Santiago Bernabeu.

In addition to all this, when we look at the matchup, we see a Borussia Dortmund having a great season following Bayern Munich very closely in the BundesLiga. In the first match, they did not give any clear goal chances to Chelsea. Honestly, Chelsea have been struggling to score and find scoring positions this season, but Borussia Dortmund defended really well in the first game. If they play with the same seriousness in the second match, they may go to the next round without conceding a goal.

Dortmund is on good days and they are racing in their league for the first position in the table especially recently if we check the mathes they were playing pretty well against any team while Chelsea is not in a good situation at all even fans are waiting to see their coach getting fired soon because of the performance of him during this season so we don't expect a lot from Chelsea.
Dortmund are in high confidence after picking up 7 consecutive wins in the Bundesliga and managing to match the points tally amassed by Bayern Munich. Dortmund also has the capital to win when away to Chelsea in the second leg, the victory in the first leg gave Dortmund more confidence when playing at Stamford bridge.
My prediction is that Chelsea will fall after the match in the second leg, Chelsea inconsistent appearance is very difficult to find victory with a difference of 2 goals. Chelsea who have never tasted victory in the last five matches in the Premier League have not been able to provide competition for a team like Dortmund, especially since they have just been beaten by Tottenham in their last game.

It is undeniable that Chelsea is a very messy team, Potter has not found a way to get at least one win, the only problem they have is with the strikers, they just don't score goals, I would leave Joao Félix up front, I would try Let's see how it goes, now in the second leg against Dortmund it's very difficult, I couldn't say who could be the winner, but according to Chelsea's performance, if it hasn't improved then it won't be much of a problem for Dortmund who is going through a great moment, the truth is if Chelsea doesn't react I don't know where it will stop, against Tottenham they started from more to less, then they fell apart.

I agree with the assumption above, Real Madrid has already set one foot in the quarter-finals and will try to set another foot in the second leg.
Mathematically, Liverpool still have a chance to qualify for the quarter-finals if they can beat Real Madrid with a score of more than 3 goals. But of course it is difficult to expect Real Madrid's defense to be that bad, unless several key players in its defense are injured. Meanwhile Real Madrid are likely to be better equipped to maintain their aggregate advantage, so Liverpool will have to try something down the rabbit hole in the second leg.
Real Madrid success winning first leg with bigger score 2-5 and seems little difficult for Liverpool comeback on second leg exactly have to play on Bernabeu stadium, still not close yet Liverpool chance qualifying to next round but need scoring three goals above if want keep exist in Champion League 2022/2023 season.

Based on statistic, this season real madrid never loss above three goals and not easy for Liverpool try to comeback without scoring goals quickly, maybe first half have scored one or two goals without conceded if want to open chance how to win on second leg.
Liverpool will try their best in their second leg match because indeed this will be a match of life and death for them.
Their confidence after the big win over Manchester United is definitely a good capital but as you said, this will not be easy even tends to be an impossible mission.
Regardless of the outcome, I'm expecting another exciting match in this match because seeing a big match like this, it's clear that I expect a very good match, of course.

Klopp and his players should their best for this game because they are going to play against Real Madrid which is a strong team and they are famous the comebacks so even if Liverpool scored goals at the beginning of the game like in the last game they had, Liverpool should be very careful about Real Madrid comeback in the match. As a matter of fact, I am guessing Klopp will make use of all the forwards he can get his hands on.

I really see it as very difficult for them to beat Real Madrid and overcome the great difference they have , of course this is not impossible , but everyone must be reminded that Real Madrid is not Manchester United , Manchester United is something That could have happened a long time ago,but Real Madrid is first in the UCL ,when they are in competitions of this style they grow a lot and they don't miss any opportunity and apart from all this the players have a feeling that they need to take the "Orejona" because it is his Guarantee that the team will continue to be managed by Ancelotti, who still has a chance to win La Liga and UCL.
