Different levels of teams are apparently not important for the Champions League in most cases, in principle it should be.  In the last match the English lacked persistence, they scored first and it was felt that they relaxed, however, paid for it with a goal in their own goal. I think they will approach the second match responsibly, because they have everything to win.
Still for now it will be very impactful I think because even if you see they can do well in the first leg but for now the second leg is clearly a bit difficult especially with Manchester City playing at home and for sure Pep will not do something as disgusting as in the first leg of this match.
I still feel this will be a win of more than 2 goals for Manchester City even though Leipzig's condition is still very good.

Liverpool can try to do whatever they want to make a comeback but I see no way for that. A win by 7-0 against Manchester United can't change anything all of a sudden.

Liverpool are still an unreliable and inconsistent team to me. They need to win so many games straight to prove themselves about getting better for real. Because this is what a team like Liverpool should do normally. Even if they make progress it is still too difficult for them to turn things around in this matchup. 5-2 is a big disadvantage before playing an away game. I have no doubt Ancelotti will prepare his players specially for the second leg to finish this job once and for all. They are still like a nightmare to Liverpool really.
Liverpool victory vs ManU couldn't be done again whether vs ManU or another team. Real Madrid defence isn't that bad and won't do the same mistakes done by ManU players. There is also the 3 goals advantage for Real Madrid and considering the possibility of adding a goal or two at least then Liverpool situation isn't that good.
Liverpool I think wouldn't want to deceive themselves by thinking they'll easily go past Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu the same way they thrashed Manchester United last weekend in the premier league. But that being said I'm very optimistic that Liverpool might deliver another European magical night in the Spanish capital next week. That second leg match against Real Madrid I think will be the best entertaining match of this stage of the Champions League season. Real Madrid who is most successful club in the competition would like to maintain their status while Liverpool will want to do the unthinkable and stop them from lifting the European Cup consecutively again. What a game it promises to be.

I don't expect anything surprising in the Real Madrid - Liverpool game. I don't expect Liverpool to even get a draw in this game. Their big victory over Manchester United could be misleading. Even if it helps them play better this time it is still a really bad score to come back from. Real Madrid are playing more different here than the La Liga. Ancelotti and the players would be ready for them anyway.

Real Madrid's main target is to win the Champions League title currently. Therefore they wouldn't make simple mistakes that easy.

Winning seven against Man United solves nothing for the champions league
Don't be carried away by that
A lot of people are already guessing Liverpool will get Real Madrid out of the competition
That can never happen

The English teams are inconsistent in the Champions League and the Premier League I think it is a problem with the amount of games with the world cup interfering with the season and the Premier League has a lot of games in the winter and I think they cannot recover in time for the Champions League games. I think the games are slowing down and they will be better in the 2nd leg but I do not think they will improve much more because it is so soon after the 1st leg.

This is indeed a little ironic when you see PSG's failure to beat Bayern in the round of 16 match yesterday. Maybe many people predict that PSG has a higher chance compared to Bayern because it is seen from various points of view, both front, center and back. especially on the front lines, they really have very strong and favorite strikers like Messi, Mbapee, and also Neymar. But indeed, superstars do not guarantee that the club is solid and able to get strong tactics to win. And here Bayern really believes in extraordinary effectiveness and accuracy, so that they were able to beat the big team PSG. Bayern are sometimes beyond predictions and they are very strong, especially in the midfield and back.
It was ironic but I am not surprised at all.  Cheesy
Everyone knows that PSG never had a good history in UCL although they have many big players. PSG always failed to reach the final round in every season, they seem to have bad luck in UCL. We realize that PSG has a better-attacking line, they have Messi and Mbappe. They made many opportunities to score. But it is not enough, Bayern Munich played more solidly. They also can play more effectively and won't waste chances to score goals.

I already see an easy victory for Manchester City against Leipzig. The first leg shouldn't be misleading for anyone. It was just an unnecessary attempt by Manchester City to secure a 1-0 advantage.

Teams like Manchester City just can't play like this. I mean especially against smaller teams you need to keep being dominant and having full control. Otherwise there is always a chance for seeing a surprising goal depending on the attacking power of the opponent. Leipzig were one of the good attacking teams and they benefited from the chance really nicely. But I'm afraid this is the end of the road for them. Manchester City can easily defeat them by at least two goals in Etihad as long as they keep using their usual game plan during the whole match.
Manchester City's attacking prowess is undoubtedly clinical enough to send a strong fear to any opponent both in the domestic league or in the Champions League. But that shouldn't be a reason to think that their match against RB Leipzig will a walk over for them because the German side didn't reach this stage of the campaign by luck. Leipzig knows how to humble bigger teams in the Champions League and if Manchester City don't approach their second leg game with tactical caution, we might experience another RB Leipzig shocker.

Liverpool's hope of being able to qualify for the next stage is indeed very difficult. because indeed a defeat with a score of 5-2 in the first leg will obviously make it difficult for Liverpool in the second leg. And in the second leg, Real Madrid will be the host. and this will certainly make Real Madrid even more superior. what Liverpool needs is a miracle for them to score as many goals as they did against MU. but Real Madrid is not a team to let your guard down. they are always strong both in terms of defense or attack. I don't know what kind of strategy Jürgen Klopp will use to make Liverpool win this game.

I agree with you, they played against maybe the weakest and most out of shape Bayern in recent years. Despite this, they couldn't even score 1 goal against them, which is very sad for them. Messi could not win the champions league again, he could not achieve the success he wanted with PSG. Bayern managed to beat them even though they were bad, I don't know how they will perform in the next rounds, but I think it seems a bit difficult for them to become champions this year

PSG had plenty of chances to take the lead against Bayern Munich, which actually didn't play well at all. De Ligt's role was especially important, he removed a ball on the line. Otherwise it would have become 0-1 and then you get a completely different game. Then PSG would have really had a great chance to progress. It was of course the cracker of the eighth finals, and the fact is that PSG again failed to win the CL. Would players still want to stay? You have stars in this team but no star team. Real Madrid could also go far, but the draw is after the next round next week.

I have to say Tottenham was playing a bit worse than the first game that they lost, to be fair Milan was focused on not getting scored on, but I believe that if we have seen the first game as a tie, I am pretty sure that Milan could have won this game as well. Even though Spurs lost the first game, it looked like they were much worse in this one.

Some teams are not tournament style teams, there are some teams who play much better than they normally would when it comes to these type of cups and that's not who Spurs are, they are just a team that plays decent, they are always at the top half of premier league and that's all they achieved and that will be all for them at least another season.

Real Madrid success winning first leg with bigger score 2-5 and seems little difficult for Liverpool comeback on second leg exactly have to play on Bernabeu stadium, still not close yet Liverpool chance qualifying to next round but need scoring three goals above if want keep exist in Champion League 2022/2023 season.

I would have said so if only Liverpool didnt win 7-0 against Manchester United. Yeah it was home advantage for Liverpool when they played against United but honestly none would have expected them to win so based on that I kinda expecting Liverpool to give some element of surprise on their next game against Real Madrid

Im not getting my hopes up for Liverpool to qualify for the next round but it will be great if they win though

Maybe Milan aren't in a title fight in the Serie A but they are doing great in the Champions League right now. Honestly I wasn't expecting them to get past Tottenham. Because Tottenham still had a more capable lineup that would be enough to eliminate them somehow. But it was all about the strategies there. Tottenham players had big problems on playing their own game.

Milan somehow kept the score at 0-0 and finished the job. Actually they could have scored a goal as well but they wasted so many opportunities. Especially Messias' shots were horrible.
I would have thought the goal would have come in the dying minutes when Origi's shot slipped past Foster but it was a shame it hit the bar which saved Tottenham from losing again.
But even so Milan did waste quite a lot of opportunities in this match even though they could have made a goal there. This is quite surprising but very encouraging for Milan fans.

I agree with the assumption above, Real Madrid has already set one foot in the quarter-finals and will try to set another foot in the second leg.
Mathematically, Liverpool still have a chance to qualify for the quarter-finals if they can beat Real Madrid with a score of more than 3 goals. But of course it is difficult to expect Real Madrid's defense to be that bad, unless several key players in its defense are injured. Meanwhile Real Madrid are likely to be better equipped to maintain their aggregate advantage, so Liverpool will have to try something down the rabbit hole in the second leg.

Based on statistic, this season real madrid never loss above three goals and not easy for Liverpool try to comeback without scoring goals quickly, maybe first half have scored one or two goals without conceded if want to open chance how to win on second leg.
Liverpool will try their best in their second leg match because indeed this will be a match of life and death for them.
Their confidence after the big win over Manchester United is definitely a good capital but as you said, this will not be easy even tends to be an impossible mission.
Regardless of the outcome, I'm expecting another exciting match in this match because seeing a big match like this, it's clear that I expect a very good match, of course.

Those who diligently watch Ac Milan while playing will understand. The spirit of the Ac MIlan players when they played in Serie A (this season) and when they played in the UCL was very much different. I think this is the importance of a club having a history in UCL, Ac Milan, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, sometimes even Ajax can always play very well when playing in UCL. the story turned around with PSG, Man City, Tottenham, even though they played with very luxurious and strong squads, they always had bad luck to win in the UCL.

Totenham is not as better as ac milan. Ac milan was able to win against totenham even though ac milan didn't have a very good striker that was good in positioning. Giround was not enough to be a striker for ac milan. Ac milan has been making some attacks toward totenham but totenham was lucky enough caused by all of attacks by ac milan were missing and only a few was on target.
Totenhan's level is still far from winning UCL. I don't even know whether totenham will able to win UCL or not. Totenham may never win UCL forever.

Milan somehow kept the score at 0-0 and finished the job. Actually they could have scored a goal as well but they wasted so many opportunities. Especially Messias' shots were horrible.
Milan was doing so well. Draw was enough caused by milan has advantage with 1 goal during the first leg. That's why draw was enough giving totenham huge pressure. It can be seen that totenham's players were frustrated during the second half

The most interesting moments of the match came after 90 minutes. Harri Kane strongly struck his head after a free-kick but the goalkeeper turned it away. Milan immediately launched a counter attack and Origi shot on goal but hit a bar of gate. Hopefully, Milan will improve their game in the 1/4 of the Champions League. The club has not played at this stage for 11 years.
