Underestimate- nothing
In fact, Inter Milan was able to keep up with Mancheter City's game, and also succeeded in making it difficult for Manchester City to carry out attacks, especially in defense and also the pressure that Inter Milan put on Manchester City's players when their players got the ball. And Inter Milan also had six shots on target and several good chances, through Federico Dimarco and Romelu Lukaku but were less fortunate.
Manhesyer City finally managed to win the match thanks to Rodri's single goal in the 68th minute, and Rodri's single goal was enough to bring Man City to the Champions League title for the first time.

I thought Milan performed well the entire game and that they were a good fit for Manchester City because I observed how they continually searched for opportunities to score. Before the game began, I actually did underestimate Inter Milan's performance, but now I know they did not just get lucky to play in the finals. At one point, Manchester City players became frustrated because all of their attempts to score  were blocked by Inter Milan's defense.  The frustrating part was when Lukaku wasn't scoring, and based on the statistics, it seemed like the clubs were playing catch-up. Let's all hope for a better season. Manchester City won't take home the Champions League trophy the next season, I previously said that.

I feel pity for Inter because they performed beyond expectations and were able to hold Man City down until the 68th minutes that Rodri  broke this way through and netted the post. Even after that Inter continued in their tactics that led to them almost scoring two goals. Lucky was what deprived them from victory yesterday. This season wasn't a lucky season for the Italian clubs, because they performed well and appeared in all three European finals but they couldn't secure just one trophy. Inter has every opportunity yesterday to win the biggest of all,but they misused their opportunities and couldn't equalize the goal to give them hope.
Even from the start Inter weren't the favourites, so I don't think it was that much of a surprise after Manchester City won the title. Inter are a good and defensively organized team, but Manchester City and their coach are geniuses in developing tactics even though they make a few mistakes.

While Haaland, Foden, Grealish, Bernardo and Gundogan seems blunted when they had chances, then Rodri dazzled and sealed the win with his goal. Good teamwork and the right strategy have brought Manchester City to its first title. Then Pep Giardiola deserves respect after winning 2 trebles in his coaching history.

Inter could have won the final, but those theories don't count in the football world. It has gone the way it has gone, and also class from City's goalkeeper that he has saved his team on a few occasions. City has made a big impression in the CL all season, wouldn't it be unfair if they played badly in the final and then immediately lost the title? Based on the whole season, City really is the absolute winner, but for Inter Milan this was of course a great campaign culminating in reaching the finals. I had hoped we would see Napoli - Man City. Maybe the finale for next season?
From the start, even if their condition is still there, the probability is much more for City to win the game and I think everyone agrees with that.
Now they have lost, in fact it can be said that the speculation that was discussed long ago has indeed been proven, but in this case they also deserve great appreciation because they are in the final and are not afraid to face Manchester City, it clearly makes us realize that their difference is not too far .

The 2nd half was certainly not boring to watch. Inter Milan lost unnecessarily, but missing opportunities and scoring goals determine the outcome of the match. So Inter Milan was absolutely not efficient yesterday and Manchester City was. But the fans will be concerned that their club has delivered a lesser match, after all, the matches against Bayern Munich and Real Madrid were already of a high level, that was not the case yesterday, but in the end it is about the title that is ultimately achieved. after many attempts.
Both the first half and the second half of the match was interesting, but second half of the match was very tough for the two clubs, Manchester City wanted to score more goals or maintain their one goal difference, and inter Milan wanted to equalize, even as inter Milan couldn't win, they really performed well, they gave Manchester city tough time most especially in the second half of the match, when the second half was about to end, their was much pressure on Manchester city defense, inter Milan had lot's of opportunities, but they couldn't convert any one to goal. Before the match started, I knew Manchester city will win but inter Milan will give them difficult moment.

Luck was on City's side, but we can say that Inter gave the trophy to City with theirown hand. City were heavy favorites even there were great players who said they would win by five, but inter did what I predicted, hard football, they played so hard that kevin de bruyne was injured, stones were injured. This game could lead to inter's tactical lead or penalty in extra time. It could have caused miracles, inter could not score in three clear positions, one that lautaro martínez could not score against, the other ball returning from the post and the ball that lukaku aimed at the goalkeeper from close range. Inter's defense has nothing to blame, but they stubbornly and persistently played from the left wing throughout the whole match in order not to score. They had to go from the right wing 3-4 times, and they almost accidentally scored.

At a point, Guardiola wanted to collapse when all the defenders went to sleep and left the goalkeeper alone to fight Manchester City forward players, everyone was intense yesterday and I concluded that in the final moment, even the toughest team is always careful and mindful of mistakes. Inter are very known for mindful games and that was what they played against Manchester City yesterday, and they fell for it which lead to their poor defensive formation against pressure from Inter.

Haaland was not having many opportunities when De Bruyne became substituted, thanks to their star Rodri saved them yesterday, it would have been another form of celebration yesterday, but nevertheless, the match was interesting and it will ease Manchester City to brag about UCL but they still have 13 more to go in other to feel among space of Real Madrid, that is a long journey by the way, assuming they will continue in this sequence, it will take them another 14 years which is not never a realistic dream to discuss in the first place.

It was perhaps City's worst game of the season. And also in the CL you can sometimes play a lesser match. I think Inter's battle plan has worked very well, but then you see that a striker like Lukaku is just below the world top, a good striker of course heads that ball in without any problems. And Lukkau also got in the way of a header from his teammate. So I think City were very lucky and Inter maybe should have won based on the number of chances. But City have played beautiful football for so long throughout the season, then you can also be lucky to win a title. Guardiola is most welcome.

Man City could not find their game in the first half. But for the last 20 minutes of the second half, they played magnificently. Inter were beginning to tire by this time. And Manchester City found their game.
Everyone understands that Inter were unlucky in this game. But Man City were also unlucky when De Bruyne was replaced due to injury. Who knows, if he hadn't been injured, City would have scored more goals.

I admit that Inter had good form throughout the match, especially as they were able to create goal chances and put pressure on the Manchester City defense on several occasions. Inter have just been unlucky in scoring and that has seen them concede defeat to Manchester City.

Manchester City were good but they looked mentally disturbed even though they basically dominated the game. A few defensive errors almost make Inter can create a goal, but Ederson still managed to save. City looked to be losing ground a lot when De Bruyne was forced off through injury, but in the end Rodri was the breaker to win Manchester City's first Champions League title. Haaland and Foden had chances, but Onana makes brilliant save. So congratulations to all who support Manchester City, they actually secure this title for the first time.
There is no doubt Inter was good and have good fight against Manchester City but this year 2023 was surely not belong to Italians clubs with losing three finals terrible luck in this last final they were doing amazing stuff and have few good chances as well but Ederson done good job to save his team from possible defeat I was not expecting result like this with mostly were feeling we will have 3 or 4 goals, but Italians were on good strategy which helps them for marking all ways and KDB injury was also into their favor.

Haaland tries his best for making mark into final but Onana was also well aware about this all but Rodri shot breaks all hearts and Manchester City able to complete their first treble with now having chance for few more trophies in this season under pepe who hold the record of six trophies into one season with Barcelona.

I have realized a fact after this final game in the Champions League. Manchester City are really not the team of finals when it comes to this tournament.  Grin  I know that they have finally won their first Champions League title in their history anyway but their performance didn't impress me in this game even a bit. Because there wasn't the usual Manchester City there.

They had really big struggles about making Inter accept their game. I really appreciated Inter's tight defense for a significant amount of time. Maybe they were careless in the middle of the box which ended up with Rodri's goal. But I can still say that Inter deserved to hinder the game from ending in 90 minutes with that tight defending.

Manchester City were much worse against Chelsea in the finale of the 2020/21 season as you know. There is at least some improvement but they still need to go a long way to reach the impressive level in a CL finale.

Pep Guardiola has indeed made the Man City Club feel proud because he can have a coach who is very competent like Pep Guardiola. Man City is also owned by a wealthy owner, and this club also has a line of top, top-class players who are on the rise and have the potential to continue to improve because the mainstay players owned by Man City are still quite young.

coupled with the achievement of 3 trophies in one season certainly made this club at the peak of its success this season.
When the team has adequate finances and the right manager selection, there is no reason for the club not to be optimal in all respects. Anything they can achieve, especially if the owner fully supports the coach's desire to buy players. That is all well exemplified by Manchester City. Until finally this season 100% belongs to the Citizen. The hard struggle paid off. This victory made history where he won the UCL trophy for the first time and at the same time completed the treble winner.
it is certain that a team that has large enough finances can certainly afford to do anything such as transfer top players to strengthen the performance of the Man City team. I'm sure that after Man City won the UCL trophy and won this treble title they will always perform well in every match in the next season.
because with the achievements that Man City got, all the players and coaches had the confidence and enthusiasm to get trophies in the following season.
after this I think Man City will continue to keep Guardiola as the record breaking coach in history.
If you compare the finances owned by the team owners, of course, there are also many EPL teams that have quite fresh finances, such as Newcastle United and Chelsea. But in terms of team building it all depends on the coach because a coach who has genius in implementing tactics is more successful for the progress of the team. This was none other than the success of Pep Guardiola, who managed to build Manchester City by winning trophy after trophy, even Manchester City can be said to be the best team and the strongest team at the moment.

Well apart from that Pep Guardiola also gets a lot of support in his work.  He also has a pretty good harmony with the owner of Manchester City which makes it easier for Pep Guardiola to be more flexible in targeting many players in the transfer market to make the squad stronger next season. The signing done by manchester city is a pretty successful signer this season like Haaland.

I think if Lukaku hadn't been on the field, Inter would have had an opportunity to score... Although he was able to create some moments, he didn't manage to score... But he also prevented the ball from being sent into the target a few times... In the final minutes Inter showed very good class and Man City could do nothing with those dangerous attacks, but with the realization of the moments was a problem...
Inter Milan would have all the opportunity to get at least a goal in that match but trees and lack of finishing denied them clear opportunities to take the game to an extra time. Both Martinez and Lukaku wasted a lot of opportunities. There was a clear chance for Martinez to pass to Lukaku which would have given them a goal but he decided to score alone, while Lukaku's lack of coordination and right positioning deprived this great team of the opportunity to give Italy a European title this season. Maybe the Belgian might have to return to Chelsea but Inter can keep him for another season because he had a fairly good season. But a goal in the finals would have been the needed catalyst to give him a permanent deal at Inter.

Inter Milan performed far beyond my expectation because I expected Manchester City to dominate the match from beginning to end and thought the goal will be up to three as they did to Real Madrid. But coach Inter coach Simone Inzaghi showed some good technical soundness that slightly outsmarted City.

I was very much disappointed with Lukaku... I think his career is over... He was terrible at Chelsea, he didn't perform well at the last World Cup either... In yesterday's very important match, he missed several chances... I am sure if Dzeko had had the strength to play the match to the end, he would not have missed an opportunity to score... It's a shame that Inter started to create such good moments only after conceding a goal...

I like to think that Inter Milan had more better chances than Manchester City ever did. They just had a very big issue at finding the goal, they couldn't convert.

Martinez had a very good chance but, it wasn't his to take. He ought to he passed the ball to R. Lukaku who was in a better position to the te shot although, not without company as he had defenders to each of his sides but, Ederson was already out of the way and any shot would have meaned a goal.

F. Dimarco had his time, sadly one came off the ball and the next was interrupted by R. Lukaku.  Then, Lukaku had his time but still, the Ederson was there to keep it out by spreading his body. Manchester City was favourites to win and they did.

Congratulations to Manchester City on their first Champions League win. As I predicted, this was not an easy game for the Citizens. Inter found a winning tactic, but the luck was not on their side. Man City have come a long way and they deserve to be champions. Manchester City are the best team in the world this season.

Lukaku best defender of the match Smiley

Lukaku has suffered a lot of injuries throughout his career. And this season, he came back from a major injury. Manchester City played with Haaland. Inter played with Lukaku, who returned from injury. From this point of view, the difference between the two teams becomes even more obvious. Likewise, the difference in squad quality was clearly in Manchester City's favour. Manchester City were superior in every field. Despite this, they played with a controlled game tactic. In the end, Pep and Manchester City made their dreams come true. It was a very fair and expected result for them to win the trophy this season.

Finally!! We can see manchester city on europe map!

As we all know, Manchester City managed to beat Inter in the Champions League final last night and at the same time made Manchester City win this title for the first time. Both teams played pretty well even though not many goals were scored and the performances of each of the players were also extraordinary. Ederson saved Manchester City in the final minutes, but Onana was no less good because he made an extraordinary save even though in the end he conceded 1 goal which made Manchester City win the Champions League this season. Whatever happened last night was a very good game and both teams deserve to be in the final. Congrats to manchester city, finally getting what you guys have been wanting.
I am sure about the end result that no one can stop Manchester City this season to hunt treble winners, an interesting final match to watch and I am very happy in the second half when Rodri kicks a hard kick and produces a goal for Manchester City, even though Inter Milan too Providing resistance and many opportunities that can produce goals but fail, this season is not luck for Inter Milan.

I am also happy to see Manchester City on the European map, they managed to win with a thin score against Inter Milan and successfully conquered Inter Milan last night, Guardiola has succeeded in making Manchester City successful this season.
Rodri managed to bring Manchester City an absolute victory with such a precise shot and the Inter players did not expect that the ball would go so fast towards the goal. Indeed, Inter had several chances, it's just that Ederson managed to thwart all of these opportunities, moreover, Lukaku's header in the last minute almost equalized the game.

Well, we have to admit that the Manchester City squad is very evenly distributed on all sides and when Haaland is heavily guarded by several Inter players, that's where the role of other players from Manchester City will open up and be able to make an advantage. I think it's not just about the thin score, but more about the victory that must be obtained to close this season with a record that is almost impossible to be broken by any other team in the future.
