I don't think that photo is accurate because UCL changed his name multiple times during the last 2 decade and when Steaua won , the name was totally different and I know it because that is my home team.

Just to prove that photo is wrong , Notthingam Forrest won this competition back 1979 so yea...there are tons of teams who are not present on that map because of competition changing the name once a few years.
