And as for LIV vs. RM, it's like trying to compare apples to oranges. Liverpool may have a strong team this season, but Real Madrid is currently on fire. And as a real Real fan, I believe that LIV can not make any comeback
With Liverpool's current condition it looks like they have confidence at the moment even though the aggregate is quite large.
On the other hand, Madrid's condition is also not too good for the domestic league right now, although indeed I am still quite sure that Madrid can maintain their one step towards the top 8 phase but Liverpool's quick counterattack really deserves attention now and Madrid if they really want to make this comfortable for them I think they will play it more safe later.
For Liverpool to do a comeback it means they will have to score three goals without Madrid scoring a single goal which looks very unrealistic. We shouldn't get mislead by the 7 goals Liverpool scored against Manu in the premier league it is a big trap to losing the bet in a big match like this. Madrid will definitely maintain their lead but for Liverpool scoring goals in the second leg it is possible but a comeback is unrealistic
Their hype about the 7 goal drama at Anfield is one of the things that is difficult to control but facing Madrid of course this is not easy.
I still feel that even though in the end Madrid still haven't been able to return to their initial performance and are still hampered by the productivity of their current goal which is hampered but I still believe Madrid will still advance to the next round it's just that this must be accompanied by performance of course and we will see in the near future about this match.

Let's see what will happen in that game, Liverpool winning Manchester United 7-0 doesn't me they can win Real Madrid with that big margin, Real Madrid are not in good form this season but when it comes to the champions League they top up their performance, Liverpool are getting their self back, in terms of their performance, I believe they are going to win Real Madrid but is not going to be an easy game for them. They have to put on that performance they put on against Manchester United for them to win Real Madrid.
At least with yesterday's victory over Manchester United it can add to their confidence and mentality in the second leg later when they meet Real Madrid, I know with an aggregate of 2-5 it is very difficult for Liverpool to win it but anything can happen if Liverpool's players have good faith high then I make sure Klopp's team must be able to win 3 goals without reply so that they have a long extra time.

Indeed, for Real madrid in the Champions League and in LaLiga it was different, but that's what I said maybe a lot of people thought that Liverpool would be eliminated but I believe that even if there is a small chance for Liverpool there is still hope.
Liverpool shocked the world with a tremendous performance against Manchester United yesterday but against Real Madrid, I believe it will be a whole different task from playing against United because when you come to the Champions league Real Madrid are at their best performance. Liverpool might put up a good performance but being 3 goals down will be a tough one to come back from against Real Madrid so I think it is almost impossible for Liverpool to qualify.

They tried to secure a 1-0 win instead of trying to opening the goal gap more. But this time I won't expect to see the same mistake. I think they will win by a goal gap of two or three in the rematch.
Leipzig are a very dangerous team to play against, they are definitely nothing close to Manchester City, but on their own day they can be a stubborn opponent to beat. City didn't play well in the first leg, they were sloppy and didn't create too many chances to put the game to bed, the longer you leave those sort of games open at 1 nil or any close scoreline, the more the opponent grows into the game and can prolly hit an equalizer from somewhere and that was what happened on that night.

Having said that, City are expected to improve so well in this second leg game, and i think they will, but bad news for City is that Leipzig are coming into this game with something to play for, they know they have a chance, and i am pretty sure their manager has been working on the tactics to use, which i think would be to sit back and try and contain City for as long as possible, and when they have their chance, they have to take it, City have to be careful, if not they could get eliminated.
Also as we knew sometimes Pep can experiment hard and it doesn't always end well.

Chelsea team will need to win with a goal difference of 2 or more to qualify for the next round and considered their poor offensive performance their fans should be worried, their oppoonent dortmund are in a great shape and they are rivaling bayern in the bundesliga they are on a winning streak so beating them mean that chelsea players need to be in top shape i think the manager has a lot of work to do.

because of liverpool's success in winning 7-0 over man utd, I see the chance of liverpool's victory against madird going up to 32% but I myself am not sure of that percentage
in the local league, madrid's performance is declining and they are even being held to a draw by real betis but Madrid's winning mentality in the champions league cannot be lost, this is evident from madrid's success in crushing liverpool 5-2 in the first leg that has passed

Madrid's strength with United is different. Liverpool may have a chance to surprise Madrid with their improved form. and probably will score some goals. but the match at home to Madrid will not be easy for Liverpool. Moreover, this is UCL, Madrid is very strong when they are in UCL matches. Liverpool already felt it in the first leg. and the second leg, maybe it will be even tougher for Liverpool.

Liverpool got an excellent win against Manchester United yes, but the Real Madrid match will not be easy.  After the Champions League is in question, both teams will continue the match very carefully.  If Liverpool can recover from the heavy defeat in the first match, it will be considered a greater success than the Manchester United match.
Liverpool has not been a stable team this season. This win against Manchester United is impressive though. Real Madrid had a great advantage in the first match. I look at this game with the eyes that Liverpool will definitely be eliminated. Manchester United continued the pressure after conceding two goals and conceded every time they attacked. As this is a knockout match, the situations and tactics will be completely different. Real Madrid will easily knock out Liverpool with only a defensive and counter-argument.

I think they will never lose the advantageous score they won in the first match. Real Madrid will continue to take advantage of Liverpool's weaknesses. Liverpool's self-confidence must have been restored with the score in the Manchester United match for the return match. If they continues like this and plays attacking football against Real Madrid, Real Madrid has players who will not forgive the positions they find vacant.

I think this is the only chance Liverpool has, that everyone looks at them as if they were eliminated already. It is the best thing that can happen to them because as soon as they score an early goal, they know exactly how everyone will start thinking back and forth saying to themselves "what if". What if Liverpool scores a second goal before the half time break? What if Real Madrid makes a mistake like in the first game? Will they turn it around again and finish 5-2 at home? Certainly not! Wink

There is one statistic though that Real Madrid will benefit from:

Real Madrid has very good control with the ball this season. Their midfield understands how to keep control of the game. That accuracy saves them a lot of energy during the games and when Liverpool should score early, Real Madrid is still experienced enough to know what to do.

Manchester City surprised people by drawing with Leipzig in the first leg. I'm pretty sure there were so many people who lost their bet on Manchester City there. But I won't be expecting a similar scenario for Manchester City this time. In my opinion Leipzig won't stand a chance in Etihad. Guardiola must be able to motivate his players fully to destroy their opponent with their usual game plan. They made a big mistake in the previous match which led to a draw at the end actually.

They tried to secure a 1-0 win instead of trying to opening the goal gap more. But this time I won't expect to see the same mistake. I think they will win by a goal gap of two or three in the rematch.
Sure thing that manchester city on the paper statistically must win the match against leipzig next week but you know what ? Manchester city under pep guardiola since 2016 well known as a mr failure in champions league , he even blow the biggest chance to win this prestigious title back in 2021 beaten by chelsea at the final.

Poor pep , the chance for him to fail this time still there await at their own home etihad stadium, we'll just see.

PSG manager, Christophe Galtier, has recently announced that Neymar will be missing the second leg of their Champions League match against Bayern Munich. It's a disappointment news for PSG. Bayern Munich is a tough opponent, and they are already ahead in the first leg. It's unfortunate to see Neymar absent yet again due to his injury. It seems like injuries have significantly affected Neymar's career. Despite this, I truly love Neymar's presence on the field. I hope that Messi and Mbappe can step up in his absence and make a difference, or else it will be very challenging for PSG. Summarizing their recent performance against Nantes, Messi and Mbappe seemed to work better without Neymar. Therefore, I believe their chances of beating Bayern will significantly improve. But, rest we'll see.
It is so disappointing that at this crucial time PSG will be facing Bayern Munich for the second leg tie without Neymar in their attack but despite his absence I am trusting Kylian Mbappe and Messi to lead the team in a quest for victory and qualification against Bayern Munich. It will definitely not be an easy but PSG are capable of causing Bayern Munich's defense much problems.
It can't be managed because Neymar didn't want him to get injured of course but now it's happened and making a fuss about it won't end well either.
I think Galtier should start with a situation where they have to implement some plan in attack later.
Neymar doesn't have an automatic attack in his position, it's a little shaky and like it or not, they have to find other alternatives now.
Mbappe and Messi we certainly respect this player but with Bayern in front of the opportunity they are a bit hindered now.

PSG playing against Bayern munich without Neymar won't have any effect, so far as Messi and Mbappe PSG is still good enough to challenge Bayern Munich.  PSG and Bayern Munich game is always tough and can't be predicted because the both teams have good football quality.

liverpool  and Real madrid game, liverpool will defeat madrid but they will not qualify for the next round. on goal aggregates.

But yes, even though Neymar cannot be played in the second leg later, I think that still won't be a barrier for PSG to stick to their goal of winning. Although the results may be different, what is clear is that their players certainly have good morale because they have a star squad.
But with the official announcement that Neymar will miss PSG against Bayern Munich in Leg 2 at the Allianz Arena, there is more or less an influence for PSG who must set a winning target.
Indeed PSG has a number of good players who might be able to cover Neymar's position, but in my opinion it will not be optimal considering their flying hours are still below Neymar in the UCL.

This situation must be welcomed by Julian Nagelsmann, who is focused on bringing Bayern Munich through to the next round.
Official announcement, Neymar will undergo ligament surgery, so it's the end of the season for him. (Break up to 4 months)

I don't think that PSG has only weak defenders, but their philosophy and game understanding is quite different from that of many other teams. You actually name it yourself, they don't work as a team from offense to defense. It is said that the defense begins with your offensive players and when you have Messi, Neymar and Mbappe on the pitch, how many of them are also working defensively? Who of them is known for outstanding defensive work even as an attacker? That's the difference compared to most of the other teams. They have strong offensive lines as well, but two out of three players are often willing to work backwards, too. The whole offensive line of PSG is usually more or less waiting for the ball and nowadays only Messi takes the ball from the first third and carries it forward and plays a precise long ball.

They have good defenders for the French league but when you go against the best in the Champions League they are always exposed. PSG have Messi and Neymar the best forwards in the world and they have struggled to win the Champions League for many years despite spending millions on players. They play in 1 of the weakest leagues in Europe and can focus on the Champions League more then other teams. They still do not win and I think it is because of their defenders and how they are not good enough for the Champions League. If they can stop conceding I would have faith in their forwards to win every game because they score most games.

They are a team that follow the philosophy that attack is the best defense but that has hurt their chances in the Champions League before and it is the reason that they have not won the trophy. They need to change that philosophy if they want to get their name on the trophy. It is entertaining to watch but they are the weakest team out of the champions of European leagues.

Do you think it is an advantage when you play in a weak league and then play against Champions League competitors from the strongest leagues in the world because you can focus better on the CL and neglect your national league? I think it is quite the opposite and I have been thinking that for a long time. When the top teams are challenged every single week and they get used to constant pressure over a long period of time, they don't have to switch gears as much as PSG has to switch gears. You have no real tests and you don't know where you stand until you meet the first big one in the Champions League. In my eyes that is not an advantage.

Again, PSG's defense is not the best, but it is not the worst either. But when you compare it to other teams, when you take the whole defensive movement and overall performance of the whole squad, then it kicks in that PSG has three players standing around at the midfield line while other teams have a compact defense where some of the offensive players also work defensively. That makes quite the difference.

I see so many guys only see in PSG Messi and Mbappe and thinking so all is real and they got chance a win, of course yes, I have respect for this guys ofc. But nobody care about midifielders, whos as 1st leg they only were the backdrop to Bayern, with hude different. (+0 pressing).
Probably in match we will see PSG midi like: N Mendes - Fabian - Vithinia - Verratti, for me this guys as we can see in Uber Eats can fight with Nantes, Tolouse etc. Also next player as Hakimi is off from 2nd match, also problem for PSG.

That's Neymar, he often suffers serious injuries so that when he is needed during important matches, he must be absent, of course, with the spearhead of PSG's attacks, they can only rely on Mbappe and Messi as their main priority in their team.
At least they will try to keep qualifying from this qualifier, while it is said that Bayern Munich can only survive without a goal or a draw is already an advantage for them, but PSG will not remain silent, they will definitely try to put pressure on Bayern Munich's defense.

Looks like it's a difficult one. not an easy job for Klopp and his team to overthrow Real Madrid with a crushing score. Moreover, in the match Liverpool will face Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu. doesn't mean Liverpool can't do it, but to score 3 goals without reply is something that is very difficult to do. also, the high pressure of losing in the first leg will greatly affect the mentality and emotions of the Liverpool players. also, we can't be sure Liverpool's performance has recovered to the true track.

After all, the team that Liverpool will fight against is a team that has a winning mentality in this competition. also, Madrid will not let Liverpool's players dictate to them in the second leg match later. and in terms of quality, Madrid has quite a depth. it's just that, in a number of matches in the domestic league, Madrid's performance has slightly decreased.  but that does not mean, Madrid will not provide fierce resistance to the opposing team. at least, El Real only needs a draw to qualify for the next round. However, based on Liverpool's big win over United. it is hoped that this will be a strong impetus to motivate, as well as awaken the mentality and spirit of the team as a whole. as a connoisseur of football, I hope that the two teams that will compete will give their best version of the game in the fight later.
