A game fulled of stellar display from the both parties but the red's was not lucky enough to go home with the topping 3 points. Madridstas are far beyond what the red's can handle this season. Real Madrid recording 2-5 victory over Liverpool is a big setbacks for the English side, definitely going to be difficult to do a comeback in the second leg against real madrid, atleast not in Santiago bernabeu which is their victory ground. Liverpool are always preys to real Madrid from the very starting records of the both parties. The Los blancos is Jurgen klopp's worst nightmare, always getting knockout whenever they face real madrid, not just Liverpool but seems the whole of the english premier league teams are weaker clubs compared to laliga teams.

The first is: Liverpool haven't really been knocked out of the UCL, they only lost 2-5 on aggregate to Real Madrid in the first leg, well, although it looks like it might be a bit impossible to win by a big score at the Santiago Barnabeu. But, they weren't really done yet.

The second is: Real Madrid haven't really focused on the UCL ATM, they are only 8 points behind Barcelona in La Liga, we see this crazy result because Real Madrid are unbeaten in the UCL (as is their tradition).

Finally, real madrid managed to beat liverpool with huge scores. I see zero chance for liverpool to win in the second leg. Klopp must accept if liverpool will be going out from UCL. This is a very disappointed result. I do remember how so many fans are very optimistic once nunez and salah were making two goals in the first half and then madrid was coming back again by making 5 goals against liverpool.

In another match, manchester city was able defeating leipzig with huge scores. It seems like that madrid and city have 100% chance to go to the next round. The match between madrid and liverpool was fuckin amazing.

The crushing defeat against Real Madrid seemed to diminish Liverpool's chances of advancing further in the Champions League.
Liverpool must at least be able to beat Real Madrid by a minimum margin of 4 goals to qualify for the upcoming second leg.
It's not easy for Liverpool to do this, considering they will be playing at the home of the Champions League king.
If they fail to qualify, Liverpool will most likely be fasting for the title at the end of this season.

incredible, I was expecting a very close match and I blindly believed that Liverpool and Real Madrid would not go beyond the draw so as to play for access to the quarterfinals at the bernabeu in the return match. but already after 5 minutes the goals began to emerge.. although I had predict that Liverpool would suffer defeat. but the defeat by 5 goals was surprising. actually Liverpool since getting 2 goals they have not changed their strategy to become defensive. they remain active in carrying out attack strategies. and this is where the error occurs. because Real Madrid has a pretty good attack line. so that in the first half Real Madrid were able to equalize the score. and in the second half Real Madrid was able to add another 3 goals to the lead.
