There has been a lot of praise for Haaland on Twitter because he is one of the most prolific strikers in Manchester city well this is the right move where Pep Guardiola was able to bring in such great players at the start of the season and also his new team they have collected a lot of goals that is certainly a sign of where he can be the top scorer in the Premier League or UCL, we'll see how he can lead Mancity to the title or not, but that's a club that is currently still consistent with that incredible win.
Manchester City have not proven anything in the Champions League to date, especially about the title. The depth of the squad they have is one of the things that can make them favorites every season, but so far luck has not been on Manchester City's side.

Pep Guardiola once said: Manchester City should be given a good experience in the Champions League until they know how to win titles.  I don't know where this statement was made because I think it was a few seasons ago but that's how Manchester City are at the moment. Experience is the best teacher, so I'm sure in the end Manchester City will definitely enjoy it. Haaland will really support Manchester City to win the match, especially he is consistently scoring goals every match especially in his last 2 matches in the Champions League. That will make Manchester City have a great run in the Champions League this season.

I wanted to believe in Juventus also but they got a really bad result at the end. After finding an early goal I was more confident about their win. But somehow they started to play worse than Benfica and it was like a gift to their opponent. It's like there is no tournament they are doing good now. Allegri will need to create a solution for this weakness otherwise his end might be the same as Tuchel. We have watched a solid Juventus in the Champions League until this season. This team has nothing to do with their old version.

On the one hand, only two games played and 6 ahead, but on the other hand, everything seems to be going to the scenario of last year when Benfica knocked Barcelona out of the group stage. Given the fact that Juventus lost the home game, now their task has become very difficult. And in general, Allegri's position is most likely very shaky - in general, Juventus won only 2 out of 8 games this season.

Yes, it was Manchester City's successful transfer when they brought in Erling Haaland if we look at it now. How he always contributes to Manchester City in every game. He has scored a total of 13 goals in 8 appearances for Manchester City in the Champions League and also the English League. This is a very good record for a striker who has just experienced the atmosphere of the Premier League which is so fierce. Very promising statistics from a player that Manchester City currently has.
He’s a very promising player; that is very obvious with his performance from the very start of his career at Manchester city. Manchester City works perfectly as in a team and in sync, with accurate passes creating opportunities for goals. Dortmund played really well but Manchester city was better in the end with a late goal to help win the game. If you come to think of it, if he was still in Dortmund, Haaland would have probably scored a late goal against Manchester city to help Dortmund win. That’s the type of player he is. Trying to score till the final whistle.

Haaland is a very talented player. And because of his good fitness, he has been able to play consistently well. Also because Haaland's performances are more consistent and stronger than during his time at Dortmund, Guardiola has placed Haaland at the center of his match strategy. And Manchester City has an experienced midfield. The midfielders are giving Haaland a lot of support to score goals.

Manchester City played defensively against Dortmund. But after conceding a goal in the second half, they started to play with full attacking tactics. And I think that's why they were late to score. If they played an attacking strategy from the beginning of the match, maybe we would have seen several goals in the first half.
Yes, as you said, Manchester City has very good midfielders, when a Striker like Haland comes, these players throw goal passes one after the other, currently breaking the statistical record Haland. The goal he scored last night was a very classy goal, he hit it like a front kick and the goalkeeper couldn't even see the ball. There is a really different City this year, they were very good last season, but this year they have become really scary.

It is an unforgettable experience to watch this kind of match. I must be honest about Erling Haaland's goal last night, he gave us big Zlatan vibes. It appears that Haaland has become more dangerous over the past year, so Man City is somewhat more balanced than last year. The way Man City is playing and making progress this season is mandatory to support them. Up until Stones took things personally, Dortmund appeared well organized and disciplined. Though the first half of Man City's game was frustrating, and they have to overcome it.

Will Allegri be sacked? Or will they last until winter or for another season? And the result could be worse for Juventus. Benfica are not tired of creating chances, they are capable of scoring goals, once again the Portuguese team remains firmly established as the dark horse in the competition once again. In fact, Benfica could actually embarrass Juventus by scoring at least 3 or 4 more goals.

There are some factors that made Juventus got so bad result this season, not only about the coach but also in the overall team.
The main problem in Juventus is that they have bad defense and there is a missing link in the center (lack of good players for defensive and offensive center midfielder).
Coming up to the chance of Allegri to be sacked, it is possible but I think the chance is still 50:50 since Juventus is not a type of team that like to sack their coach just after a new season started.
Last night Juventus started the match well with quick goal but unfortunately they continued the game badly after the 1st goal.
I can say that they were better when they played against PSG last week.

The first 2 matches of the Champions League were spectacular. The most remarkable result for me is Napoli 4-1 Liverpool. I live in Turkey and for the first time after 27 years, no team is in this tournament. This is a huge disappointment for us, but the final match in Istanbul will be great  Smiley

It was only because Haaland had the opportunity to score through the use of a good pass aimed at him. Because he also won't be able to score more goals if he doesn't have good chances or passes for him in the game. Even if I look at the best player in the match, Joao Cancelo was the one who gave Haaland a very good pass in the 84th minute for the second goal for Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola's ingenuity should not be forgotten, his foresight last season realized that Manchester City lacked players who were ready to take advantage of opportunities in front of goal. And he brought Erling Haaland with all his ability on the field, especially when dealing with the opponent's goal. And until now it has been proven that Manchester City need a typical player like Haaland. With his young age, this is a valuable asset for Manchester City.

I agree with you that Haaland is a very valuable asset for Manchester City. And Guardiola understood his needs all too well. He picked the right players. And we don't see any weakness in Manchester City now. Manchester City is now a strong and stable team.
But I would say that Guardiola has become too much dependent on Haaland. It is very risky if the team becomes dependent on only one player. If Haaland is absent due to injury before an important match, it will have a negative effect on Manchester City's performance.

I am not sure why Madrid odds was quite high compare to other teams odds such as Manchester City or PSG which is usually very low but my thoughts is because this season Madrid is not the first favourite to win champion league so that's why they have high odds for each matches but i think this is good opportunity to bets for them because they can wins for almost every matches and last week too while against Celtic bookmakers provide high odds for them approximately @1.73 next match against Shakhtar probably the odds will not so different

Well the bookmakers are setting their odds based on hard facts and statistics and not based on successes of the past. It is definitely true that 1.65 seems like a very high odd for a win of the current Champions League champions against a club like RB Leipzig that is not even in shape at the moment, but that is only true at the first sight. In reality Real Madrid was extremely lucky to win the Champions League last year. I mean we have to applaud them for their mentality to always come back but in the end they were just lucky that clubs like ManCity or Chelsea did not score more goals out of the many big chances that they had.
Therefore Real is also not one of the big favorites in this tournament.

I was curious about why Real Madrid's odd was high again as it was around 1.65. However I still trusted them with my bet and won nicely. Considering the strength of their opponents so far these were really nice opportunities for placing a bet on them. It will be the same for their Shakhtar match also. I'd love to have another odd like this to take advantage of it.  Grin

Haaland's move to Man city was the right one..in Man City he got a lot of ball supplies and Haaland didn't waste that opportunity. but what's interesting about the match, even though Haaland scored a goal, he didn't celebrate because what he was fighting was a team that raised his name and trained him to become a monster like this. I'm sure if he is consistent one day he will get a balloon d'or..

Benfica and Napoli performed very well earlier this season... To be honest I thought Juventus could beat Benfica, but they failed to do so at home... Most likely the return game will also be a close game... I think PSG and Benfica will be able to go on from this group as the strongest clubs, but Juventus will have a chance to fight for the chance to make it out of the group!

Juventus appeared so very disappointing at the start of this season.  Four defeats in a row clearly reap great criticism from the fans.  Allegri was in the spotlight for the disgraceful result.  Juventini's anger has been seen in various media, they want Allegri to leave.  In this case the President of Juventus must immediately take a stand, because their hopes of continuing to advance in the Champions League are very small, if they continue to show such a game.
Will Allegri be sacked? Or will they last until winter or for another season? And the result could be worse for Juventus. When the rival team began to clean up. starting from AC Milan, Inter Milan, Naples and AS Roma. Juventus is very disappointing. For some reason, I am really hurt by the current Juventus coach, the salary of the top 4 coaches in the world but often loses. seems to be true, never mind what to expect from this Allegri.

Manchester city really demonstrated well in this match, because many people thought Dortmund will maintain that 1-0 they got in the first half till the end of the match. But Manchester city equalizer in the second half and defeated Dortmund 2-1 before the end of the match that made many people to believed that Manchester city will definitely achieve something good from this tournament. If Manchester city strikers can learn how to achieve early goals from any match, it will help the team not to struggle to get points in any competition.
Manchester City strikers have to work well together to get goals to get additional points even though getting a 1-0 win is still important, lucky Manchester City to have a player like Erling Haaland, with his ability as the best striker then he is fully responsible for a score that he must be able to get to win in every game.
