The former coach, Luciano Spalleti gave them the scudetto last season, he's presence matters alot, quitting pulled frustration on the team, they declined in performance a little bit. However they will keep pushing for good results under the new boss.

I think the transition of a coach is very natural within a club but sometimes things don't go so smoothly. However, as long as some players or even most players still remain at the club, it could be the most important thing to continue the existing traditions. Now Napoli may be experiencing quite a crucial match but overall they are still one of the best teams in the Champions League competition. Seeing that the Italian representatives dominated until the final round last season, of course this time they will again be able to increase the plus points of each team, including Napoli. You noted this very well and I want to say that it is not all the change of coach and inability to score or play very well. I have just read the coaches speech about the misunderstanding between Osimhen and the Napoli as a club, which is nearly relating to going to court because Osimhen threatened to sure the club. When I thought that the coaches would try to address the issue more diplomatic. But it seems that the coach is being selfish. He just refused to address's the matter, well but has wants Victor to focus only on the match he has to play and win it for the club, forgetting that players have feelings too

Coaches should always act as a bridge. The coach is not only the person who gives technical instructions, he must also know how to motivate the players off the field, talk to the players and solve their personal problems. Even in the simplest management games, you, as the coach, solve the unrest in the team. In real life, the coach needs to be more functional. It's too good to be true. Even though garcia has not made a lot of changes to the club but i can feel if napoli looked like a different club under him. Garcia is not also fully trusting himself but glad to see napoli was winning with huge scores.
I would like to see how napol will able repeat the same result of last season. This season is quite competitive compared with last season when napoli was always doing win streak in any games. Napoli is facing difficulty in repeat it back again.
The new boss may needs more time to understand the problem or complaints from his team. I hope garcia will try to put more trust in the osimhen as he was the key for napoli to win scudetto last season.
Im feeling happy to see kvarat was scoring again. he may be going back again to the right track being a goal machine for napoli.
