Pep Guardiola spent much money with Manchester City for winning UEFA Champion League tittle, its not easy first time arrived at Ettihad Stadium on 2016 and he needs more than six years later to make City get first Champion League trophy. Currently he failed winning Champion League after leaving Barcelona and several years with Bundesliga team Bayern Munich can't get tittles and Pep Guardiola automatically need nine years later for getting back Champion League after last time winning with Barcelona on season 2014/15.

In Manchester City, Pep Guardiola supported with much budget for transfers fees and he doesn't face difficult to make City become most expensive players and easily for winning Champion league.

In this matter, Manchester City should not depend on Pep Guardiola because every coach has challenges If he feels he has been able to conquer these challenges, he will immediately look for new challenges and Manchester City's achievement of getting the Champions League trophy last season is one of the challenges that Pep Guardiola has achieved so I I won't be disappointed if this coach leaves Manchester City and looks for a challenge at another club.
City should be more independent after getting lots of strategies and tactics from this coach, they must always be able to apply it in every match even with a new coach, but I'm sure that if Manchester City loses Pep Guardiola and is replaced with a new coach as long as Haaland is still there, I'm sure City won't will lose his performance because I see Haaland's closeness to Guardiola, making me think that Haaland is one of the players being improved by this skilled coach.

It took several seasons for Pep Guardiola to bring Man City to win the Champions League and he learned well from the defeat in the previous season, until at the right time he succeeded in presenting three titles at once for Man City. This achievement was not easy and he also had to provide the management with several required players to buy. Currently, if you look at the quality of players that Man City has, it seems difficult to beat them, but Newcastle United has proven that they can still be beaten.

So Pep Guardiola has to be careful during matches in the Champions League because small mistakes can cause them to fail to advance to the next round. Although if you look at several clubs in the group, statistically Man City's chances are much greater as one of the ones who qualify for the next round or become group winners.

The departure of Gundogan and Mahrez had quite an impact on City's performance. Plus, De Bruyne will certainly be absent for quite a long time. However, it has been confirmed that Benardo Silva, Jonh Stones will return to join their colleagues in future matches. You can be sure, City is still a strong team to beat. Now, it all depends on how Pep manages the potential of each player.  If Alvarez can replace De Brunye, or another player with that potential, Pep can use his 3-2-4-1 system again. thus, City will be the same tough team as in the previous season.

But so far, Pep tends to use his 4-2-3-1 system. actually, I don't really understand what Pep Guardiola thinks. but he is a coach who is rich in tactics, maybe he is just waiting for his team to be ready enough for what he wants. after that, Pep will implement a system according to his flagship. Theoretically, City will qualify for the group G phase, in fact they have a high probability of becoming group winners. in the round of 16, City still has a chance to qualify for the next round.
because as we agreed, they have a very capable depth of players, both core and second tier players. Whatever team they will be playing against, they will be very careful when they meet Manchester City.
Well, because this group phase has only been held once. Let's just follow every development.

The only team I'm pretty sure that are capable of winning the UCL back to back is Realmadrid they've done it severally over the years but Pep Guardiola is one coach that's full of suprises and could set another record for Manchester City this year, I won't underestimate his ability after winning the treble last summer, though it's not going to come easy, because the competition this season for the UCL is tougher than the previous.

 City are the trophy defenders and have been in good performance this season and would even top their table in the group stage so I'm not suprised that they're the bookies favourite but let's not write off teams like Intermilan, Bayern Munich, Barcelona or even Realmadrid that's won the trophy more than everyone, Realmadrid lost the trophy to City last season and would do everything possible to reclaim it this season.

Yeah especially in defense there are some important names missing such as de Ligt and Kim Min-jae. Kim Min-jae might have recovered though because I don't see any injury information anymore according to my source. But even if they have some weaknesses in defense against Copenhagen I wouldn't also expect this to create much problem for them.

Copenhagen are the weakest team in the group right now. I know how they got ahead 2-0 first against Galatasaray away. However their general performance wasn't that good and it was due to Galatasaray's wasting many chances on one hand as well. I would just expect a pure destruction by Bayern Munich against Copenhagen. 

The way for manchester city to get UCL for second time will not as easy as last season. It will be even harder. Its competitors have been doing huge improvements like madrid or munchen.
There will be also many clubs who will able to go to the play off. City needs to have very good mentality like previous season to make sure its team will be able to win any game during the play off.

In fact, bookies are still favoring city as the strongest contender to win the UCL this season caused by there was not big change in the club. The clin is still remain as good last season. Having some new players to strengthen its club is a common thing.

After all, basically every team which competing in the knockout phase later will certainly have a difficult challenge, so at least it is not only Manchester City who has a difficult challenge in that phase . Also, if we only consider the round of 16, it looks like Manchester City will still have a good chance to win and advance to the final. Because anyway, if Manchester City is still very much the favorite then of course, Manchester City has a good chance of qualifying for the semi-finals and finals, and of course Manchester City not just stuck in the round of 16 because anyway, Manchester City has a chance to go further.

The results of the drawing will also greatly affect their journey in the Champions League this season. Because if the results of the drawing are not in their favor, then they will meet early with other big clubs that have the potential to beat them.

Im having faith in manchester city to win the UCL again this season. The squad is still as strong as before as there were not a lot of changes happened to the club. Let's say that if eddie will always put gordon and almiron as wingers that regularly play and this will far better.
Newcastle just need to make sure it the club use the proper wingers against PSG. PSG is now looking for the full points from the newcastle. I know that this is looks like awkwkward moment for newcastle caused by after a very long time has been absent from UCL and finally newcastle was just coming back again.

I agree but now things are changing drastically before start of this season I was expecting not good about Newcastle United but after watching their performance against AC Milan now I have to change my view about Newcastle United because even they are inexperienced on this platform but still they have done good job and now have good performance against teams like AC Milan and Manchester City we can expect good from them against PSG as well because they are playing at home and having good quality players which can give them good stand.

As of now, it's official Mbappé is going to miss this match surely things are going to be not easy for them because this could be big below, and they have to manage things without him which is surely not easy specially without his presence mostly they fail to give their best specially while we have Newcastle United defence is one of the best right now in Premier League and this could be surely problem for the PSG as well.

Of course, the depth of Manchester City's squad still supports these hopes, but things are always difficult every knockout match. Manchester City is likely to be guaranteed to qualify for the last 16 this season easily, but their real challenge will be in the last 16. If Manchester City is lucky, then they will get relatively easier opponents, but that doesn't mean they can't beat other strong teams.

In the group stage, Manchester City was only challenged by Leipzig, while the other two teams did not seem to match the quality of players that Pep Guardiola has. This is the reason why I believe they will definitely qualify for the round of 16, meaning their stage this season is relatively easy.

What kind of set of fairy tales is this? Pep came to City which was already the champion of England. Before that, he coached Heikens' Bayern (one of the strongest teams in history), and before that he got Barcelona with the golden generation of the Spanish national team. The mega funny thing is that having received these three strongest teams, he became the first coach in history to spend more than 2 billion on transfers. Pep received the strongest teams and still set records for transfer spending. You could say he bought the titles.

Even without the problem in the club Real Madrid still have a better chance of winning Napoli. Napoli performance is not a brilliant as last season and that is why I don't think that they will be capable of winning Real Madrid with Osimhen not having any issue with his club.

I don't know how true it is that Osimhen will be leaving his club and coming to Real Madrid, if it is possible then that will be nice. It is obvious that Osimhen club treated him badly knowing too well that he is the key player in Napoli, will I say that this is because he is not from Italy or because he is black.

With the success that Manchester City are enjoying under the current manager, this top-flight side will be in for a huge blow if the manager changes. Pep Guardiola is a manager that everyone wants to play under or that every club wants to recruit for success. Pep Guardiola has never settled for one particular club, the former Spanish footballer has been in charge of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and currently Manchester City. If Pep Guardiola later expresses an interest in working for a new club, Manchester City will miss the tactics of a manager like him and the team's performance will suffer. However, there are rumors that Manchester City will not let this manager go so easily.

Newcastle can paid off the draw against acmilan when howe's club will able to get full points from beating PSG at home. I think that newcastle is performing even better right now. Newcastle needs to play offensively against PSG.
The only threat from PSG was mbappe. I don't take goncalo ramos as a threat coz he was only scoring a few goals since he was coming to the newcatle united. Howe needs to prepare something to block mbappe's movement.
Mbappe is always being the one who helped PSG a lot during the game. Being able to stop mbappe means PSG will also lose points. I hope newcastle will able to perform like when it was facing sheffield even though the quality of sheffield is very far below compared with PSG.

There is no doubt about Manchester City quality and ability to win again this year, but now things are having good changes in few teams as well as now Bayern Munich is also at his best, and they can do any surprise for the win in Champions League with Manchester City is still hot favorite for this season but as we all know Champions League is mostly having surprises and shocking results, so anything can happen in coming weeks.

As right now things are going I am feeling we will have few teams in last eight which could be interesting for the end of this season like Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are surely going to have their spots in last eight with few others can face challenges and problems, but Pep Guardiola is magician which is doing amazing stuff at the Manchester City, and they can write history with their performance and wins in near future.

I think Manchester City's success under Pep Guardiola isnt only strategic. Yes, Guardiola's strategy-making skills and ability to develop a great team season after season are crucial. I fear Manchester City may become too dependent on him. His ability to reduce team pressure has helped them advance in contests. Remember, a coach change could put the club in a disorganized state. Can Manchester City retain their dominance without Guardiola's strategic thinking and strategy to preserve player quality for bigger competitions?

I agree with what you say, Pep Guardiola is a very ambitious coach and hungry for titles, I dont think he will stop this year either.

And if you think about it, there arent many teams that can stop his team, he is still damn strong. Inter Milan?
