Finally, a statement from UEFA if barcelona will not be banned from UCL next season already revealed by some media. Some media have revealed it today. The UEFA ban from UCL was a nightmare for many Catalan fans. The letter was coming from UEFA itself if barcelona will not be banned in upcoming UCL.
Quote
arcelona have reportedly been informed this Friday that they will be allowed to compete in the next edition of the Champions League, in the 2023/24 season. Several reports in the Catalan media claim that Joan Laporta and his board received this news from UEFA on Friday, with European football's governing body having completed their analysis of all the information related to the 'Negreira Case'.
https://www.marca.com/en/football/barcelona/2023/06/30/649f0efeca4741d1048b459b.html

We shall wait for further announcement that will be made by laporta soon. The claim was still coming from media but there's no official statement was coming from barcelona. Glad to see UEFA was taking such a decision for not banning barcelona.
I remember if barcelona's official was convincing themselves if the ban from UEFA was just a rumor. If a letter from UEFA will be true and barcelona will not have burden from potentially to be banned by UEFA.

I don't think the surprises were only for the champions league but also in the premier league everybody nobody would have believed that Arsenal will win the premier league and they fucked up along the line, and manchester city has taken advantage of all situations, and been the first time of winning the champions league, what got me angry is the fact that inter Milan, lost too many opportunities to have lost the champions league.
The success that Manchester City achieved last season was the result of the hard work they have done so far, Pep Guardiola's role is certainly inseparable from the success achieved by Manchester City. I can't say Manchester City was the best team last season, but after seeing the reality and the results that Manchester City got in several competitions, people can draw conclusions with the results that have been achieved.

In a match unexpected things always happen, Inter Milan has played well throughout the match, but the result of not being good at taking advantage of opportunities made Manchester City take advantage of the mistakes made by Inter Milan players. Surprise after surprise will return this season, the clubs that failed last season have reorganized their squad to face the challenges of the new season.

Let's watch this first. We will know how good real madrid is right now.

I can't even define whether madrid will able to dominate UCL or not next season but in my understanding that if madrid is coming with some new player. We shall see how good joselu's performance with real madrid.
I am very doubtful about Joselu and his contribution for Real Madrid but of course I wish the best for Joselu in Real Madrid. I still think Real Madrid need a better striker because they must have such striker to compete in Champions League.

Quote
We will see some new player like joselu and bellingham. I doubt if bellingham will be able to perform so well against acmilan. Milan will come with so many great players like RLC and pulisic which has been bought from chelsea.
Bellingham is young but he has shown that he can deal with pressure very well and he played well in Dortmund and with England team in World Cup 2022. With a big transfer from Real Madrid, Bellingham will have to deal with another pressure but I believe again he will not let such pressure beats him down.

Very few players from the UK. play for Real Madrid, I can remember some names like Steve Mc Manaman, Woodgate, Beckham, Owen, Bale and no more if I did not miss any other player. Bellingham will be the next player from the UK, from England to play for Real Madrid.

When it comes to what team can stop Manchester City in the Champions League I can say that it is Real Madrid. Maybe you will remind me of how Real Madrid lost to them in Etihad most recently. However in the same way I remember how Real Madrid eliminated them in their previous matchup as well.

There were concentration issues among the players which caused them to be extra vulnerable in Etihad last season. Manchester City are one of the best teams about taking advantage of such vulnerabilities as well. But I think we are likely to watch a better Real Madrid this time.

They are already the most winner team in this tournament and have done this in the recent times quite many times as well. I believe they are still the most challenging opponent for Manchester City here.
Manchester City are the current undisputed Champions of the UEFA Champions League, and no club can challenge them till the following campaign commences. The cityzens are extremely competitive in their structure, particularly when it comes to elite competition such as the one offered by the UEFA CL. Pep Guardiola has already told his squad to take games seriously in the coming season, because he gave a speech concerning the Los Blancos championship collections of the UEFA CL, and he's coming for all. Let's see if it was just speech or if he meant every single word that came out of his mouth.

I am also one of those who think that Manchester City is a better team. But if you call me the Champions League, the first thing that comes to my mind is Real Madrid. The city of Madrid has a collective consciousness for this tournament. Even in the seasons where they are bad in the league, they can create wonders in the Champions League and win this trophy. A similar situation applies to Sevilla in the UEFA Cup. They performed poorly in the league last season. But they won the UEFA Cup again. I guess some teams consider certain tournaments more important than anything else.

If those clubs will be performing so badly against acmilan and madrid doesn't deserve to be UCL champion next season. Even though this was pre match but it means a lot for me to see how good the development being made by ancelotti to the new formation of real madrid.

Well i think that Napoli will be able to keep Osmihen for at least another year. No body wants to pay a big fee for him currently so i think he will stay. If they are able to extend the contract with him that would be a big deal for Napoli because they will have an elite striker for a little longer
It is possible that Osmihen plays in Napoli for 1 more season. Or he may decide to play in Napoli until his contract is over in 2025. But I think he still think about leaving if there is a serious offer from a top club. There are some top clubs that still looking for a top striker. As far as I know, some top clubs are interested to sign Osimhen (Man United, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich). These clubs are still possible to sign Osimhen, especially Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and PSG.

It's possible Victor Oshime would spend another year with Napoli, After that, there's a 60/40 percent chances of him moving to the Premier League. Napoli might kt be a the very best way they was last season and I'm not sure they'll be winning any time of them domestic league cups.

So many big clubs have been linked to Victor Oshime, especially those big club's who are in dire need of a natural number nine player. Most of them linked are complete speciations because we sure they'll never happen.
As far as I'm concerned, the best destination for the the Nigerian International would be or seeing him moving to the Premier League and the best club for him is Chelsea. I consider him the reborn Didier Drogba.

Bayern Munich? No! They won't consider it, the price tag would be the first thing chasing em. Real Madrid? No No, we all know who Real Madrid are currently chasing and that's Kylian Mbappe. Paris Saint Germans? LoL. Not a good move.

I believe Mbappe will have put into consideration so many things before he still want to remain in PSG. The pay is fat and he is still the most expensive player in the world. He believes that he still owes PSG and needs to complete his contract with them. He is a superstar that has a good potential and I know that PSG wouldn't let him go easily.

Mbappe should start thinking on how to win UCL and also win other trophies so that he will have the dreams of playing in Real Madrid after the end of his contract with PSG. Other clubs needs his skill and contributions to the team work and he shouldn't just be static in his football career.

Mbappe gives a shit about the contract with PSG and his motivation to publicly say that he wants to stay there for the next season has nothing to do with his belief that he owes PSG to complete the contract with them. He is in it for the money and is now trying to find out how to maximize his income. He also isn't static in his career, but he decided that money was more important to him than building a legendary status, but now he realizes that he will soon be playing for a decade without a Champions League title and he wants to do something about it.

He already won varied trophies, only misses UCL trophy. Besides Real Madrid is his dream club, Real Madrid is the most winners in UCL. So, it is actually a perfect destination for Mbappe to move to Real Madrid. Since his relationship with PSG is getting worse, he is better to leave as soon as possible in the current transfer window. I bet he won't feel comfortable anymore to play with PSG, that situation can impact negatively for his career if he tries to stay again and again.

The main reason for Bayern Munich's elimination from the Champions League last season was their bad management decisions. They sacked their coach before a crucial Champions League match. They should have fired Nagelsmann at the end of the season. However, Thomas Tuchel has tried hard to stabilize Bayern Munich's performance. Players also need time to adapt to the new coach's match strategy. Bayern Munich were very lucky to win the title last season. However, Thomas Tuchel may be able to strengthen the Munich team next season. Because Tuchel is an experienced coach.
At that time Bayern Munich's management made a blunder decision in which Bayern Munich's management fired Nagelsmann when Bayern Munich were in a fairly important condition in the Champions League. This decision surprised the public and became a bad thing for bayern munich after the change of coach occurred. Well this season we will see How strong is Bayern munich in the Champions league where other big team teams have quite a good path of progress in increasing their strength in this transfer window.

For Tuchel he can become the right coach for Bayern Munich next season. We hope that this representative from the Bundesliga can advance to the final next season under Tuchel's tutelage. For now Bayern Munich is quite active in the transfer market because they want to bring in several players who can help the team in the Champions League next season.

Regardless of whether other teams try their best to win the title, I still believe that Manchester City is a team as the main candidate to win the title. I don't expect everyone to agree with my assumptions, but these are just my beliefs about the possibilities.

Many of us here agree with you because other teams aren't just looking like title contenders. Real Madrid aren't on their finest form and they have lost their star player without having to sign any better replacement for the striker. If Real Madrid can sign Mbappe (although he isn't a striker) but their team can look strong again. The current Real Madrid squads can't defeat Manchester city even after they're letting go of many players form their squad still they have a very strong starting eleven that can defeat any teams in Europe at the moment. Bayern Munich singing Harry Kane is going to bring enough believe that they can stand head to head with Manchester city but that's unlikely to happen.

Manchester united can't stop Manchester city, Arsenal can't stop Manchester city same as Barcelona, Newcastle and inter Milan that pull off the stunts they did last season by reaching the finals against all odds. PSG is looking disorganized so there's no team that you can point to that can defeat Manchester City. I believe only Manchester city can sabotage their road to the champion finals by Pep Guardiola coming up with some strategy that he would think will make them stronger instead it'll make them weak. For this season I'm supporting an English team to also lift the the trophy and Manchester city is the best team from england to do it again.

Some people say that Joselu transfer is enough for Real Madrid to achieve their target in the Champions League. But I think that there is no way this is enough. Joselu did a great work for Espanyol in the La Liga last season maybe. But this doesn't make him a very quality player like Benzema for example.

He is an average level of striker for a big team like Real Madrid. They can only trust him in some La Liga games or so. But when it comes to the Champions League they need a quality striker. Benzema's place should be filled with a credible player.

If we see Mbappe joining Real Madrid by next summer instead of this one then I'm thinking of Vlahovic as a good option to think about for them. They can fight for him together with PSG before PSG finish the deal already.

The UEFA Champions League is an extremely difficult competition in which the best four teams from each European league compete for the campaign championship. Bayern Munich is a challenging contender for the league title; they frequently lose a game. Perhaps during Julian Nagelsmann's administration at the Allianz Arena, the squad functioned effectively, but after bringing in Thomas Tuchel, the club began performing terribly. In his first season as Bayern Munich manager, Thomas Tuchel won the Bundesliga despite the club's terrible performance.
Thomas Tuchel was not entirely wrong in Bayern Munich's failure to appear in the Champions League, for a simple reason, Thomas Tuchel entered only to continue Nagelsmann legacy. That way there is no other choice for Tuchel to take advantage of the existing conditions rather than nothing. And after starting a new overhaul again, we can assess more objectively the good and bad results of Bayern Munich under Tuchel hands.

Apart from a superstar that has a good potential, he is also one of the players who is skill at create controversy
For example, before signing a contract extension with Paris Saint Germain in the 2021-22 season, he had also express something similar regarding his desire to play for Real Madrid and feel the warmth of the UCL trophy. It was conclude as a signal because at that time Real Madrid had also open negotiations with him, but everyone know that the opposite had happen.

Of course no one can be sure that Manchester City will dominate Europe, especially in the Champions League. But I believe the quality of the team and the depth of squad that Manchester City have at the moment will allow them to dominate for a few seasons. It's always difficult to win the Champions League double in two successive seasons, but I still believe Manchester City are the favourites.

Regardless of whether other teams try their best to win the title, I still believe that Manchester City is a team as the main candidate to win the title. I don't expect everyone to agree with my assumptions, but these are just my beliefs about the possibilities.
That's a good belief and everyone needs to respect your belief in Manchester City performance next season. After all, based on the facts, everyone is very supportive, but because we as football connoisseurs, of course we have to see it from all aspects that affect each team in fighting for the title. When Manchester City dominates the Champions League, it demands that any club be more motivated to rise up and present the competition we deserve to enjoy, especially next season.

The consequence for Mbappe if he insists on staying at PSG is that he will not get a prestigious title because of PSG's monotony which is only in and in power in domestic competitions only.
Reflecting on Haaland's case when he was at Dortmund he didn't get many titles both individually and in the club but when he met the right club (Manchester City) he turned into a terrible figure.
At the moment Mbappe can also still, he will not get anything if he continues at PSG (except only money) and maybe it would be much better if he looks for a new challenge by finding a club that suits him.
if this is true what you said can we speculate if Mbappe wants to continue his career to be successful must go through a transfer to Real Madrid to break through to the champions league final? I think this makes sense because if you just want a big salary PSG is the best place for that but if you want a better career maybe the chances of moving to Real Madrid are much better to get a title in the UCL.
but in fact we know that it is not that easy for us to speculate because Mbappe and PSG themselves have to go through this unfinished problem and it is difficult to find information that is really real. on the one hand Mbappe himself is still at PSG until next year and this is to be confused whether his contract will be extended or will only be sold.
I believe he wanted both and he did both. How come? Well he got a ton of money from PSG, which he already got and will get the rest this season as well, this way he has covered the money part of his career, from here on out he could get paid a normal amount of money and that would be fine for him.

Instead of getting like 100+ million signing bonus and 60 million salary, he could accept something like more normal signing bonus, and maybe like 30-40 million a year salary, that way he would be in Real Madrid and get good results as well for his career. This allows him to both have money thanks to his PSG contract that is ending, but also have enough to move to Madrid later on and start having some good career in his future as well.
Yes I understand what you mean, by him joining Paris Saint Germain it was enough to raise money, yes even though it sacrificed his career which should in my opinion be more than what he is getting now. Moreover, he is also still very young and still has a long way to go. Indeed, I personally regret it when he failed to join one of the giants in La Liga or even in the Champions League. But I hope that if the opportunity comes again to him, he should not miss that great opportunity.
I believe that players like him will be many clubs who want him, but still he must decide what is best for him.

I am also one of those who find it sad that he decided against all those great other clubs and instead play in Ligue 1 way below his real potential. But I sometimes wonder whether we would say and think the same if he won the Champions League once or twice with PSG: They have had the chance when they played against Bayern Munich in the final. Would it then be any different?

The money is so crazy that I can understand when someone decides to play in Paris instead of Madrid. It is the time of the career where you have less options to make financial mistakes. He had to decide between his financial future and his recognition as one of the best players in the world. He has shown that he is one of the best when he played the World Cups, but he now also is one of the richest in the sport as well.

Last season, there were indeed those who felt disappointed and happy about the title won by Manchester City and Arsenal's failure to win the Premier League. But basically they all fought according to their abilities, including Inter Milan's efforts in the Champions League even though in the end Inter Milan did not get the title there. I also agree with what you said where the surprise is not only in the Champions League, but in other leagues it can also happen next season.

Last season was full of surprises in the Champions League except Manchester City's championship.  Grin  To be honest Manchester City's making it was also surprising from a different point of view. They won the title for the first time in club history in the end which was the surprise. Otherwise they have been favoured for it highly for many years already.

The main surprises were to see Inter and Milan both in the semi finals. They were lucky to have a draw against each other there though. Because if both of them faced teams like Manchester City and Real Madrid in that stage the chance of their making it to the finale would have been lower.

But this tournament gets even more beautiful when we see different teams in the final stages as well. It becomes more intriguing to follow.
