Guardiola hasn't been sacked, but it is not only because he knows his worth, it is also because he is the best coach in the world in terms of influencing players and making them better. I doubt that Klopp would ever be sacked as he is very similar and both have their successes. They would rather leave a club in agreement with the clubs' bosses, but not get just fired I suppose. They are also different from Mourinho who likes to provoke everyone, including officials from his own clubs. He is more likely to get fired at the end of his engagements than to go just because he doesn't want to stay anymore.
Klopp may have not gotten fired this season, but if he keeps getting bad results another year, I am not sure how long they can survive.

I do not know how much money they spent so far on his tenure, but it is not very little, and I feel like he had some great achievements they couldn't otherwise, and that is why he deserves to be getting some good results one way or another, but if he fails to get it and he keeps the team at bad place for a long time, and not get back into the top four, which is harder nowadays, then he is not going to be cherished forever. He may end up getting "fired", of course he can come to an agreement and leave himself to save face, but at the end we would all know that he would be fired.

Is it fashionable to fire coaches who win?
Spalletti won the Scudetto with Napoli, who left
Guardiola won the Champions League, do they want to send him away?
But has the world gone mad? I don't know, it seems crazy to me.

After all, if that really happened, then on what basis was Pep Guardiola sacked?
It makes absolutely no sense to sack Pep and also, Pep departure or move from Barcelona to Bayern Munich and then to Manchester City, it happened because of his own will and not because of the wishes of the club owner or boss you mean. Also about Spalletti, basically Spalletti wants to leave even though there has been an offer to extend the contract. So yeah, it doesn't really make sense for them to be fired because anyway, the reality is the club still wants him to stay, but they have their own choice to stay or leave.

This season will feel different compared to the previous few seasons, this is the first time the Champions League will no longer have the names Messi and Ronaldo after the rivalry between the two occurred in recent years. New rivals are starting to emerge like Haaland and Mbappe. Last season Haaland was much better than Mbappe because he managed to win the Champions League and at the same time contributed greatly to Manchester City success in winning the treble winner. I think the rivalry between Haaland and Mbappe will be one-sided as long as Mbappe is still at PSG, Mbappe must move to a club that can provide competition in the Champions League to liven up the rivalry between the two.

Yes, it doesn't feel like time has passed so quickly and we no longer see Messi and Ronaldo performances in this competition. A regeneration has started between Halaand and Mbappe to fight for the best in the world, the Champions League is a good place to show who is the best between the two.

However, I think the two between Halaand and Mbappe are not at the level of Messi and Ronaldo for now, because we need at least the next three to five years to see consistent performances from Haaland and Mbappe. Messi and Ronaldo have gone through more than a decade of demonstrating their skills and consistent performance at both club and country level.

If I'm not mistake, Bayern Munich and Leipzig will play in the Champions League, next new season, and we are also talking about new star players for next. Indeed, the young players which I mean haven't much experience, but that's not a problem because the Champions League sometimes can make a surprise. It is possible that they can also become superstars in the future, being in the right teams like Bayern Munich and Leipzig is not bad because usually these both teams often get UCL tickets.
Indeed, the Champions League sometimes brings unexpected surprises, but for Bayern Munich and Leipzig becoming superstars or winning the Champions League is something unbelievable.
It will still take a long time for the two clubs to outperform other clubs from the Premier League or Serie A to have an advantage in the Champions League.
But yes, it could happen in no time if luck is really on their side because in the Champions League there are the strongest clubs in every domestic league.

For Bayern Munich, it is still worth it because they is include in the list of Champions League winners, Bayern automatically has the experience and capacity to qualify for the win Champions League. But for Leipzig, I'm not so sure about them. Based on the data I get, Leipzig's highest achievement in the Champions League is only limited to the Semi-finals in the 2019-20 season and the rest were eliminate in the group stage and round of 16. A significant difference is seen if we compare Bayern's statistics in the Champions League.

Today there is a new buzz where the change of era has clearly taken place.

Some of the other young players following like Osimhen and Disana who started to fade after a good spell at Fiorentina are not the same with Juventus.

PSG want to get rid of Neymar due to him always being injured amd due to his extremely high salary. Plus a couple of conflicts and its still wierd that he didnt leave the club yet. I see him going either to premier league or going to the Saudi League i think there arent many other options for him.

I think there is still no club that wants Neymar, in addition PSG does not want to sell it cheaply now many clubs already know that Neymar often has a long injury even though there are some rumours with Premier League clubs but that never happened, for sure PSG will set a high price.

I don't think he will go to La Liga who dares to recruit him? Barcelona? That's not sure because Xavi doesn't need him anymore.
The Saudi League is clear Neymar will refuse despite the high salary, if he goes there then his fame will decrease.
First to be on a team means more than just money or the condition of the player,  sometimes the players may become vulnerable due to one injury or the other it doesn't means that the club will give him up at a cheap or give away price as most people expected to be done to Netmar in his present condition due to multiple injuries all through the last season.

Most of the clubs are indeed making attempts to get their team together against the next season and since the season is about to start Neymar and other players whose contracts have been expired or on loans are all in the transfer market and teams are fishing out the best possible hands to better their lots in the next season.

It was supposed to be one of the most lethal attacking tridents in the world who would put any defence to the sword. However, the trio failed to conquer Europe during the two seasons they played together at the Parc des Princes and were ousted in the round of 16 on both occasions after losing to Real Madrid and Bayern Munich respectively. Due to their poor performances in continental football, the trio frustrated supporters and Neymar has now spoken out on their struggles. "We had a very strong team. Messi, Mbappé and I are three guys who are the best in the world. We knew it, but unfortunately we didn't fit in. It wasn't good for us," he told in an interview with YouTuber Casimiro Miguel.

However, he insisted that they wanted to "win everything" but "football is sometimes not the right thing, the fair thing".
It's quite surprising me to see how neymar came up with all of explanations regarding what happened with him, messi and mbappe when they were still playing together. As i mentioned above from goal. His explanation was actually making sense. I meant it's quite weird to see him was not able playing with good chemistry together with mbappe and messi.
PSG's expectation was too good to be true through buying so many world class players. It's all need process to build the chemistry. Messi has gone, mbappe will follow too. Neymar is the only world class player owned by PSG, but he has been linked with many other clubs.. I don't expect a lot from him right now.
The worldclass trio that are already fomoed by so many people in the past already gone. Mbappe is still in the conflict with PSG caused by his future is still remains unclear even when he gets so many ultimatums from PSG's chairman.
PSG must come up with so many young talented players. Enrique has a lot of jobs that must be done asap.
Neymar's football career has been plagued by injuries throughout much of his career, which has made his career shorter by the day. However, I think Neymar Jr. is in PSG this season but will definitely go to another club next season.

Yes. At least Osimhen brought Napoli to reach the UCL final, maybe he will be fought over by many top-flight clubs and of course has a high selling price. Napoli looks good in the domestic league but is not very superior in the UCL, that is why it is difficult to make Osimhen have a high selling price and load a lot of clubs big interest in racing to buy it this season.
Osimhen will continue to try his best to make a pretty brilliant achievement next season at Napoli so that he can return to feeling champions in his domestic league and in the UCL, although I'm still not sure Napoli can be better in the UCL next season. As for Osimhen's own price, I still don't want to comment because he will still stay at Napoli for the next season.

Quote
Osimhen needs to show once again this season if he really has quality at a high price, I still think he might want to be with Napoli to fight for the league title again in this new season with Napoli with a new coach, will he be with his club as consistent as in the previous season ago and returned to print new history again for the umpteenth time for Napoli.
Osimhen will surely show his struggle again next season as long as he is able and not injured, because he also wants to prove to the world that he is one of the best players at the moment so his value will also be very different from other ordinary players. Apart from that, I also want to see how Napoli will do next season with the new coach.

Maybe besides Haaland and Mbappe there will be some other stars in the Champions League.... For example, last season Napoli's new player Hvica Kvaratskhelia.... Maybe some other new players will appear in Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG or even Napoli for example.... Of course Haaland and Mbappe are the best right now, but in football there are often surprises....
Yes, maybe we will see new stars in the Champions League besides Haaland and also Mbappe, because now there are many other talented young players in big Europa clubs. As another example, Bayern Munich which already has a young striker I mean Mathys Tel. Also Leipzig, right now this club is getting a new talented player, I mean Benjamin Sesko is likely to be the next star player.

Most of these stars you are talking about are young and they don't have enough experience or some of these younger talents are in the teams they can't be in the Champions League just like Harry Kane who playing for Tottenham for years and he has been a good player but his team can't achieve anything yet.
Victor Osimhen is another example who plays for Napoli and he can't have too much hope for winning the title with his team.
If I'm not mistake, Bayern Munich and Leipzig will play in the Champions League, next new season, and we are also talking about new star players for next. Indeed, the young players which I mean haven't much experience, but that's not a problem because the Champions League sometimes can make a surprise. For several seasons, Bayern Munich have not seen the expected performances in the Champions League. The German league side last won the Champions League trophy against PSG in the 2019-20 season. We didn't see a good performance from Bayern Munich last season either. Bayern Munich were defeated by Manchester City in the second leg. After failing to do well in the Champions League in the last few seasons, Bayern Munich planned to re-form the team with Harry Kane. Because Bayern Munich know that if they can get Harry Kane in the team, they will definitely do well in the Champions League. But there is still no confirmed news about Harry Kane. Even if Harry Kane doesn't come, Bayern Munich must do well this season. Because the fans have high expectations from Bayern Munich

Talking about these two teams from Germany, I think Bayern Munich is much better than Leipzig and it is even very difficult to hope that Leipzig can win this title. Besides that, Leipzig are more used to their failures in the group phase or round of 16. Last season it was the teams from the EPL and Serie A who dominated until the final round and maybe next season all of that will change.

We know that currently teams from Spain are improving like Real Madrid and Barcelona, of course they come with high motivation to be able to compete again with other teams. But I'm quite curious about what Barcelona will show later, whether this time they will make it to at least the quarter finals or will they go down to the European league again, it's really worth waiting for.

For Osimhen and Napoli it was a great season and they had a very good chance of getting better results in the Champions League. Whether Osimhen can still reach the same heights with Napoli, I'm not sure, but he has a good striker and if he can continue to show such a good game, then he will have a good chance of moving to a top club with which he can do it. So far, it's clear that Osimhen would like to stay at Napoli and win trophies with this team, but it's not as easy as he thinks.
Napoli gonna play without spalletti. That will also become a problem for the players. I meant the different strategy, rotation and many things gonna affecting the performance of the club. Glad if all of players in napoli were very loyal to the club except min jae which has been going to the bayern. The same story will not repeat next season. Some clubs like intermilan and acmilan have been making so many preparations for the club. Im feeling if juventus will become a team who gonna win the scudetto next season.
It's the time for napoli to try its luck in UCL after it was losing against acmilan last season. I don't put high expectation for rudi caused by he has very bad stats in saudi club.
A bit surprised that how napoli was even signing him as a new coach for the club. So many people are still questioning it right now. Napoli performed so well against naune val di non.

In this case he has already said that the season 2024/2025 will be his last season at Manchester City and given how he emphasized his "no, no, no" when he was asked whether it is possible that he will extend his contract again, I believe this time he will leave the club no matter what happens. Although I hope that he doesn't because he fits very well into the club. Many things will change when one day Ancelotti, Mourinho and Guardiola will be gone and who knows for how long Klopp will be around. Thinking about it, those guys have contributed a lot in their own ways to the sport.
I am not entirely sure though, I feel like if they keep up being this good, maybe he could stay a little longer, not really sure if he will actually reject a good deal.

I mean if they keep being this good, City will offer a great deal for him without a doubt and rejecting it makes no sense to me. If he is looking for a new chapter in his life, then he could try to make that work as well, but that's not going to be simple so why change your life when you are already doing so well. Plus he established his roots there already, he is a young manager, and he could literally become an icon there. Think about it, if he stays for another 10+ more seasons, then they could have maybe another 10 titles, that's just unreal, SAF levels.

One option for him would probably be to coach the Spanish national team, but when you think that he isn't willing to turn down a good offer from an amazing club like Manchester City, think back what he turned down when the Barcelona bosses gave him carte blanche to write down his own salary in 2012 or so when he would decide to extend his contract back at the time. He had formed the best team in the world without a doubt and yet he decided to leave and go to Bayern. I mean when do you get a chance to have a combination of players like he had in Barcelona and yet he left. It's difficult but his words sound final. But I agree with you that we are not there yet.
Pep Guardiola is the perfect example of "When you know your worth, you decide how you'll be treated by people". The Spaniard since he started his coaching career hasn't been sacked even for once rather he decides when it best suits him to leave a certain club. Guardiola who is the most successful manager in the history of Manchester City will surely get as many years as he wishes to remain as the manager at the Etihad. However to the surprise of many, he might leave the Manchester club after next season
