Manchester city have good qualities players, and one of the  prominent coach with lengthy experience in football space, with his presence everything is working smoothly for city. The citzyens performance will reduce without the master planner, Guardiola. He's the brain behind their triumphant prospects over the years, perhaps he got more achievements to accomplished. Manchester City will be too recalcitrant to let Pep Guardiola leave them so soon, after all he achieved the significant trophies that was the primary goals. He's a free man and he can decides to leave any time he feels the time is right.
Their team and tactics have been built by Pep Guardiola and the coach philosophy helps Manchester City to dominate Premier League in the last six seasons by winning five titles and they just won a first ever Champions League in their history.

By building Manchester City, dominating Premier League and winning a first Champions League, Pep proved that he can succeed beyond Barcelona. We can not reduce his achievement by saying he got too good transfer budget in Manchester City. First he is a good coach and second with deep transfer budget, he has a good squad to use and can alternate his players without too significant impacts on Manchester City performance.

Guardiola is not a coach to leave Macnshter City because is a wise person and he knows he can have anything needs in Manchester City, he can have the salary heed wants and he got the players he needs to achieve his goals. I think  Guardiola is going to stay in Manchester City for a long time and he is a coach who can be the best option for a team like Manchester City, even if he wants to leave Manchester City won't let him leave.
He has a similar style with Zidane and when he feels enough or feels like Manchester City reach to their limits and will fall to the down side soon, he will leave Manchester City. In addition, I believe Pep will want to find challenges from another club, another league. So far he has been working in La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League and I believe he will want to get experience in Serie A soon.

If Pep Guardiola wants to leave Manchester city his next destination will be PSG since he loves going to clubs that have the money and are willing to spend. Pep Guardiola with PSG will win them the champions league very easily. With just few signings, Pep Guardiola can make PSG into a team like Manchester city but Pep Guardiola won't be leaving city just yet. He'll try to win more trophies with Manchester city and defend their champion league trophy. If Pep Guardiola was to leave Manchester city at this very moment, everything they have built in the past years will crumble.

Well, I don't think Manchester City's results will collapse so much after Pep Guardiola's departure. The club may well win both by inertia and on the basis of what Guardiola has put into the club Wink Although, of course, Guardiola's own contribution to the success of the club is decisive and one should be too optimistic, arguing that any coach would have achieved such success with such investments. The English Premier League is very competitive and you need to have something else to achieve success here.
That reminds me of the story of manchester united after sir alex ferguson was leaving from there. The club has been going into the disaster as it's very hard to find someone who has the same capability as sir alex ferguson in handling the club.
Manchester city is relying upen guardiola at this moment. Guardiola has built a strong foundation for Manchester City, and has had a major impact in bringing in top talent. That being said, if guardiola is the main reason why manchester city able to go this far. Not even mancini was able to reach the same position as what guardiola does right now. Losing pep gonna change the club a lot. You can't expect the new coach to have same analyzation skill like him.

Pep Guardiola has no plans to leave Manchester City anytime soon considering he is still very comfortable coaching the team so far. Pep Guardiola might decide to leave for internal reasons or personal reasons, but I don't think in a few seasons. So far I only feel that Pep Guardiola will last as long as possible at Manchester City and will help them win many prestigious titles every season including the Champions League. It is possible as long as Manchester City helps him in many ways including the availability of a large spending budget.

I won't blame Pep Guardiola if he was to leave the premier league because he has basically won everything in England and there's no competition again for him. He has won the premier league titles several times (defending the title on different occasions and also won it thrice in a roll) there's nothing left to prove unless he wants to go for Sir Alex Ferguson records which he'll need to be at Manchester city to be playing in the premier to have a go at those records.

I just try my luck. Everything goes well. It's quite easy to predict which club that's gonna win the game by doing small analyzation. My guess was right and that's it.
It's not so difficult to know which club that's gonna win the game for the second leg after we are seeing the result from the first leg but i rarely saw people were taking such advatange in picking the club when it was still on the qualifying round.

Another match will be coming soon. I know that if this is the hardest matches to predict caused by the power for the clubs are unfamiliar for a lot of people.

With the way Manchester City is preparing for the upcoming season, I believe they will still succeed since they will once again be a fantastic team in the Champions League competition. In the short term, I also do not believe Guadiola will leave Manchester City. Since he began coaching Manchester City, he has done an excellent job; as a result, they have been favorites and have performed well in all of their games. But given how well Manchester City played last year, I think they'll continue playing in the upcoming year, in my opinion.

It's actually dumb for people to say Pep should manage a small team before he can be regarded as a great coach. That's like saying Messi should have played for Stoke City at the peak of his career.
Pep is one of the best coaches alive (the best for me) so it's only normal that he should coach the best clubs.

Also saying he's a cheque book manager is also dumb. Manchester United and Liverpool ad spend pretty much and they have not won't as much as Man City since Pep took over. Chelsea have spent but they have nothing to show for it recently.
Every big club in Europe spends a lot of money on recruiting players so there's no point saying Man City is winning only because they sign players.
Quality players or big spending doesn't guarantee success or trophies. PSG is another example that shows that you can have all the best players in the world without results. Anybody that wants Pep to move to a small club to prove his quality is not fair. Pep has to wait for twelve years to win the champions league after winning his last one with Barcelona in 2011. He is a coach that has paid his dues and deserves all the respect.

One skill you can't take away from the tactician is his ability to harness players to achieve set goals. He can manage any player no matter the level of the footballer. Maybe towards the end of his career, he might end up coaching a small team. But for now, he will continue be a highly sort coach among the big spending clubs in the world.

Pep Guardiola is an amazing manager. Their success in this regard is already enough to tell us this. The fact that they won the triple trophy with Manchester City last year proved this once again. They left one of the biggest tournaments in Europe and one of the biggest in the world as champions. He will probably continue to coach at Manchester City unless he wants to leave Manchester City anymore.
For the time being there have been no stories or rumors in terms of leaving Manchester City for Pep Guardiola because next season Pep Guardiola will still train Manchester City and that is very good for Manchester City. Especially if next season Manchester City will remain strong to fight for another title in every league, because last season Manchester City had just won its first title in the Champions League so it will definitely try to get it again next season.

Firstly yeah I can agree that Guardiola is really a great coach. He came to Manchester City, built the squad according to his own system and brought great successes to the team so far. But we will never find out what he could have done with an average level team instead of big ones. Because his career has always been with top teams - Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Barcelona.

I think we(including his critics)could all agree that Pep is a great coach. It’s no easy feat to do what he has done and with different clubs too. I think his achievements speak well on his behalf.

What could he have done if he was coaching an average team? He probably wouldn’t have done much as an average club with very minimal funding to its budget would produce average results.
But with big teams like the ones you mentioned, there is adequate funding available to provide the type of players and facilities needed to produce a more than average result.

So yeah, he would have the knowledge and expertise to bring success to an average club but without the adequate resources, there’s only so much he can do.

Pep Guardiola has the capacity to form a great team, even though he is getting older but his ideas in implementing strategies are getting more skilled and creative. So it is suitable for both old and young players. Currently, the composition of Manchester City players is in a favorable condition, considering that other clubs are almost in a transition phase so that Manchester City's stable advantages can be put to good use. For preparations for next season, everything will continue according to Pep Guardiola's plan, despite the loss of several important players, with financial support he can buy a worthy replacement.

Any team can form a team that has a capacity and this is why the champions all play 38 matches before they come to the Champions League group stage but now the question is, is your team capable of knocking out other teams from other clubs? Manchester City has a good history of outstanding performance in their domestic Premier League but they don't make it out of the Final match in most cases and throughout their history in football, they only won a single Champions League trophy which Pep used 8 years to get through the help of De Bruyne and Haaland.

The Champions League is difficult to predict and you can never tell what will happen especially in the group stage, and there is the addition of some teams that weren't here the last time Manchester City won the Champions League, I expect to see a new game entirely and how Real Madrid are going to blend into this season after a failed season.

Everyone keeps talking about how Pep took a big club and made it just bigger and he never managed a bad team and all that. That's the only criticism that I have seen about him, but there are two points that are marginally wrong and I believe City will get it again. First of all, he always refreshes his squads, he does sell some players, and puts a bit of money on top of it and gets new ones, sure he spent some serious money at times, but he is not the manager who spent the most money, yet still managed to get the most cups.

On the other hand, there are plenty of big clubs that fail to win, does that make them suck? Like Real won league and UCL last season, but lost it this season, does that make Ancelotti suck? Aside from that, if you are as good as Pep, why manage some low level team? Of course you will manage big clubs, best clubs require best managers.

I didn't hope Pep Guardiola to decide to leave Manchester City so soon after he managed to win the team's first Champions League title. Manchester City will try to defend him in every way possible, including continuing to support him in getting coveted players, so Pep will be happy to stay. Financial strength will help Manchester City retain one of the best coaches in history, so they will have more chances to win multiple titles each season under Pep Guardiola.

I would probably really hope that Pep Guardiola will be in charge of Manchester City forever and make himself the longest-serving coach for the team. He deserves to retire in the best competition and with the best team like Manchester City, but it's always possible to get him gone when one thing or another goes.

After having a career like this of course he wouldn't like a downgrade in any part of his career. I will give him that about it because I wouldn't either. But it would have been easier to find out how good coach Guardiola is for real.

Because the coaches he has been compared with so far are all people who worked with below level teams as well before starting to work with top ones.

Pep Guardiola once stated that he is not 100% happy to stay with Manchester City if some of the team's policies will cost him as a coach. Rumors of his departure echo last season when Manchester City were stumped over financial problems, but they have died down and have not surfaced until now.

I think Pep Guardiola will still try some new challenges in different leagues including in Serie A or maybe in Ligue 1. But so far the Premier League is one of the most competitive competitions apart from La Liga and the Bundesliga,  so I think Pep Guardiola will stay for the next few seasons.

Critics of Pep Guardiola should be made aware that he didn't become the coach of a big club overnight; he had to start somewhere. In 2007, he took on his first coaching position as manager of Barcelona B. From there, he moved to Barcelona's first squad in 2008, then moved on to Bayern Munich before landing at Manchester City.

He has been a promising coach and has the potential to transform any team he manages. Not every coach who transfers to a big team will carry his previous success there. Consider Barcelona. We observed how he used the players that Barcelona assigned to him to rule Laliga from 2008 to 2012. He is currently performing the same action for Manchester City in the Premier League.

Being a good coach involves being able to do that. Whatever league you play in, you win. His critics should remain silent and show him respect since it's not easy to dominate in the Premier League for years

What people forget to understand is that  whether he's only coached big teams who's backed him up with funds to sign his preferred players, it takes a good coach to come into a team and handle them perfectly like Pep Guardiola does there are other coaches that have coached some top European club but didn't leave up to the standards of Guardiola let's take for instance Chelsea fc was aquire by a rich owner Todd bohyle who back the club with funds for new signings bringing in about 9 signings last summer and added more in the January window, spending up to £666m, more than the total spending of last transfer window for Laliga and Bundesliga but still didn't finish in the top 4 and not able to win any trophy last season, that alone should tell you how good Pep is, he's a kind of coach that would transform a club and make his players perform at a very high level so far the club is ready to back him up, he knows the type of players that suit his pattern of football and go for them also bring out their best but then some fans would want to criticize his success claiming he's successful because he's only coached big clubs, as if coaching or handling a club with world class players is a very easy task to carry out, all those critics should consider his style of playing, ability in reading the game and changing it when he feels threatened by an opposition team in a match , passion for winning, good at improving players ability and many more.

@KTChampions Manchester United have finally secured their keeper and his experience of playing in the champions league finals will help them a lot hence I now expect them to compete harder in the champions league. @CL563 who told Rashford is leaving because he’s close to agreeing a new deal and last season he rejected PSG offers hence I’m sure that he’ll stay at the club and continue scoring lots of goal’s.

Technically Onana would be the ideal goalkeeper for Manchester United, he has considerable experience having been a goalkeeper at several clubs. last season, he proved his toughness when he was a goalkeeper with Inter in the Champoins League competition. in particular, against City in the final phase. So, no one doubts Onana for United.
As for Rashford, Romano has said in his tweet, he said that Marcus Rashford has signed a new contract at Manchester United. everything has been sealed and shipped - a club statement to follow soon. verbal agreement was reached one month ago, it seems to be disclosed, now all signed and finalized.

Finally, United need not worry anymore. now, they are targeting other players to be brought to Old Trafford. although there are many doubts, this effort Ten Hag is doing so that his squad is much more competitive to meet the 2023/2024 season and be ready to take part in the Champions League competition.
