Seeing Xavi's performance in coaching Barcelona, it doesn't look like he will be unemployed, even if he leaves Barcelona, he will probably be offered by a good club or a top club. He is a great coach. It's rare to see a coach who is able to build a club with continuous problems, whereas Xavi still standing strong even though he is under a lot of pressure at Barcelona, actually I still want to see Xavi coach the club but unfortunately he decided to leave

One thing that amazed me is this, L.Enrique coached Xavi in Barcelona, and on that day he beat his former master tactically on the pitch. Football has no respect for elders I swear, there are equal possibility and provision for anyone to steal the glory to their corner. I think Xavi has really done well with his tactical display at Barcelona. I think there's lots of things he's not comfortable with about the club that's making him leave and I respect his decision, although I would've wanted him to stay longer and display better masterpiece at the club.
PSG might not have enough chance to right their wrongs at camp Nou. It will be very hard for them to qualify for the next round after suffering defeat in the hands of Xavi's men.
Yes that's PSG mentality both this season and last season, the results will not be much different. So I am optimistic that at Camp Nou the PSG players will experience more difficulties than what they experienced when playing at home. Barcelona has won 1 match with 3 points so PSG task will be quite tough and with the current tactics PSG only needs to focus on improving this team, especially the back line without Hakimi which looks very vulnerable. On the other hand, Barcelona has young players with potential, full of ambition and under Xavi control they are already able to play this well, in the UCL the obstacles will be even more difficult and they need 1 more win to ensure progress to the semifinals.
Bayern Munich has advantage for second leg match against Arsenal after getting draw on first leg, playing as home match and has many days left get rest than Arsenal has domestic league match tomorrow.
In my opinion, Bayern Munich one step closer for qualifying to quarter final and has bigger chance than Arsenal although in domestic league Bayern Munich's performance not promising yet. In the first leg match, Arsenal failed get advantage as their home match and holding draw by Bayern is not good capital for second leg match.
UEFA Champion League is the only opportunity left for Bayern Munich to get trophy in this season, I think Tuchel won't leave Bayern in this season without any trophy achievement and giving bad reputation for bayern history always success winning trophy every season.
Bayern Munich and Arsenal are equal clubs, both teams have their own advantages. In Leg 2 Bayern Munich will prepare everything to emerge victorious, and Arsenal must be more aggressive in the first half because Arteta as far as I saw in Leg 1 was late bringing on Trossard. His contribution is very important and is the key to opening up more opportunities and his ability to score goals. If Arteta gives Trossard more playing time, the result will be different from leg 1.
Tuchel fate at Bayern Munich is hanging in the balance, the only thing that can save him is if he succeeds in winning the UCL trophy. However, it is not easy to bet, so if Bayern Munich loses to Arsenal, they will automatically lose their chance in the UCL, then 100% Tuchel will be immediately fired.
