Yes, Real Madrid played quite badly in that match, even though they were playing at home. Leipzig even has better shot attempts and shots on target than Real Madrid. Manchester city should understand that Madrid loves fast games and I know city too at some point also plays fast games too but then they can make sure to maintain their defense line so as not to be taken advantage of by Madrid who wouldn't let a chance slide because they know city is the defending champions and would want to take that title from them by trying and hoping they succeed which they will at any mistake .

I don’t know what you are meant by Champions league experience but i just know they are far more experienced than Arsenal and that alone means alot. Having Neuer and Muller in their midst will be beneficial and that is something Arsenal will lack, having an experienced player among will help carry youngsters along.

Come to think of it, Bayern have players that have quite some experience in the champions league aside Neuer and muller, there is Kimmich, Alphonso Davies, Sane, Goretzka and Harry Kane who have had quite a good experience in the Champions League and compare to Arsenal’s squad I don’t think any of them are near in terms of experience.

Arsenal cannot be underrated because they have good players and good coach so I expect them to play well against Bayern.

Bayern Munich in champions league has been more consistent than they have been in their domestic league so it's not like their inconsistency is actually a problem to them, just maybe they are acting that way for a purpose and trying to chanel the efforts into the champions league because it's been a whole long while since the lifted the champions league so it's now like a priority for them as against their domestic league.

Arsenal on the other hand has actually been consistent with their premier league much more than they have done in the champions league, although there were times in the premier league Arsenal did suffer some form of set back but their come back so far has been the best because they have only performed much better than they have done before and now at the top of the premier league table but I'm sure they are aware it's not same with the champions league as the pressure and competition isn't like that they have got in the premier league.

Let's see what it will actually turn out to be with the German side against the English in this champions league meeting but I'm very much optimistic about the German side knowing tok well that if it were to be the firm the German side had earlier at the beginning of the season, they would have had a good level of certainty against the Gunners because the gunners wouldn't be able to match the German strength but now let's see how it goes.
