I support Manchester City. According to analytics and prior matches, City holds the advantage. Remember last season? A 5-1 aggregate triumph over Madrid is impressive. Walker and Stones add great depth to City's squad. These men have repeatedly shut down elite players. Vini vs. Kyle Walker? Walker is my pick anytime. Don't even mention domestic league disparities. The Premier League is unparalleled in competition. La Liga's best teams may dominate, but the EPL is more intense and difficult. Madrid's La Liga form is good, but City is a different story
I would not compare the complexity of the championships and their competitiveness, in the case of Real Madrid this is not very correct, because Real Madrid dominates this season by a large margin from its closest rival. It seems to me that now Real is stronger, they have a better attack, and a very good middle line.

In general, it is difficult to deny that the two strongest teams met at the quarter-final stage. You can try to list the positives of each, but ultimately everything will be decided on the field, it will all depend on how well the players can execute the coach's strategy. For myself, I cannot determine the winner in this pair, but I am inclined to think that the winner will eventually become the champion.

If you ask me, I'd say my hopes are with Arsenal, and I want them to win the UCL this time around because they have all it takes to do so. Arsenal has assembled yet another great team of players, including the likes of Saka Deyemi, Trossard, Martinelli, Jesus, and others who are performing exceptionally well for the club. It's a promising lineup of young players who are passionate about winning and bringing victory home.

This presents another opportunity for Arsenal to fulfill their longstanding dream of winning the European Champions League. If they can achieve it this time, they will etch their names in history.
Everyone is heading with his favourite team for the title as now we have only 8 teams left in this season and all are capable of win with their quality and performance is at his best and there is no doubt about the Arsenal can also go through even many are feeling their journey is going to end as they are having opponent like Bayern Munich, but we have to remember Inter Milan is also gone out of the competition with their performance was also at his best, so any prediction is not easy while all best teams are left and from here if we have Arsenal as winner this could be also not surprising because their performance have good depth and in last two months they are having the best attack which is scoring with consistency.

Now it's on them can they make history and have their first title, or they are going to give up with having more wait for their dream to came true because prediction is not easy, and all teams are having equal chance of the win.

I was just wondering why Madrid's odd is as big as 7.
This is a club that has knocked out Manchester City before when Manchester City were in a better form than they are now. I get it that Manchester City should have 2 odds but Madrid winning the Champions League should be between 3-4 odds. They're always among the favourites when it comes to the Champions League.

Real Madrid vs Manchester City is an even match. They both have experienced coaches who understand what it takes to win the Champions League. I don't get why people are writing Madrid off. Man City is the safer bet, but that doesn't mean that have a big edge against City.
It's a very difficult fixture for both teams.
Seems Manchester City still favorable than Real Madrid depend the result match last season with The Citizen defeated Madrid aggregate over 5-1 after holding draw on the first leg match and second leg Manchester City success won 4-0. But I don't think its fair with more favorable Manchester City in this quarter final match, Real Madrid have quit well performance in domestic league and success qualify to quarter final with very impressive result match from group stage until 16 round.
This time I think Real  Madrid more favorable than Manchester City have focus in domestic league too with their current standings not secure yet for the top position, difference with Real Madrid confidence on the top position in domestic league will be easily for focus in champion league quarter final match.

If you look at Arsenal's performance in the last few games in the Champions League, and especially against FC Porto, they were a bit shaky, I believe, because of lack of experience, when in a big tournament like the UEFA Champions League. So I believe their lack of experience will cost them in this game against Bayern Munich, and Bayern Munich are not a team to be underestimated regardless of their recent performances.
Yes, it's true that when Arsenal played against Porto, they seemed to be experiencing difficulties and Arsenal's success in getting rid of the Portuguese representative was thanks to a penalty shootout. So actually Arsenal didn't appear that strong in the Champions League because perhaps they lacked experience in this competition, especially against the Bundesliga giants who participate in the Champions League every season. of course Arsenal lost to the experience of Bayern Munich. And if you look at Bayern Munich's footsteps, they slaughtered Arsenal with a score of 10:2 in the 2016/17 Champions League season, so this is a worry for all Gunners fans when they meet Bayern Munich later.

But the Arsenal that used to be is not the Arsenal that is now. Arsenal has a big strength in the Premier League so this can be used as a benchmark so that Arsenal gives a surprise in getting rid of Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals because Bayern Munich's performance is also no longer the same as it used to be and this season too. Bayern Munich is experiencing a decline so Arsenal still has a chance to beat Bayern Munich and create a big aggregate when they are at the Emirates stadium.

One of their advantages is that they are better prepared than other clubs. Real Madrid is in a transition period now, they are rotating more and relying more on young players. Meanwhile, Manchester City, the squad they have has been formed for a long time, indeed there are some who have just joined, but overall this team has been formed for a long time, so that makes them more prepared and it is not strange that they have a more solid squad than other clubs.

However, we still can't underestimate Real Madrid, Real Madrid is the club that has the best mentality in my opinion in the Champions League, even though they have a lot of young players, but having several senior players in the team will help them a lot. in forming a stronger metallicity.

Now that they will face each other again, it is difficult to predict who will win this match. However, if you look at the opportunities given, Manchester City has a greater chance of winning. However, that is not a guarantee that they will really be able to beat Real Madrid.
In my opinion, the strengths of these two teams are not much different, they have players with almost the same quality. Apart from that, the two coaches on each team are also quite experienced figures, making this match difficult to predict.

Yes, if you look at it in detail, Manchester City is worthy of being the favorite. Guardiola has a squad that is quite capable because almost all of the current players are those who won the Champions League last season, meaning it is not too difficult for Guardiola to polish his players.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid is also not worth taking lightly, Ancelotti is quite skilled at managing his young players. Bellingham's figure will be the difference, he is really very influential at the moment in the Madrid squad. Maybe he will be very ambitious to win the title with Madrid so he will be very motivated.

I think right now Manchester City is a stronger squad compared to Real Madrid. And I absolutely agree about Manchester City being more ready. Manchester City has been facing hard opponents throughout the whole season. And how many hard opponents do Real Madrid face? Barcelona?
And at this point, I don't think Atletico Madrid is on the same level as Real Madrid. Some people will say that Girona will also cause problems. But I think if I remember correctly Girona was never able to give Real Madrid big competition head to head.

So Real Madrid is definitely not going to be as prepared to face Manchester City as Manchester City will be to face Real Madrid.
Manchester City is strong team without any doubt but as we are going for the comparison we have to check many other things as well with their match against Real Madrid is surely going to be not easy for the both teams because Real Madrid is also one of the best in this competition and things are surely on the same level which is interesting, but now we are in big games with all teams will be give their best and things will be surely not one-sided or easy quality and consistency are going with both teams and injuries are also can create problems but still it's going to be tough game with we have top eight teams from the across Europe, and now it's not easy for anyone to predict about winner Manchester City is going to be had given their best for win against team like Real Madrid.

Arsenal aren't the same as their 2017 version anymore. They are much more competitive thanks to Arteta's management style. You should be remembering their last draw against Bayern Munich. How it started and how it ended... It wasn't different than seeing a nightmare truthfully. However I'm not expecting a similar result this year.

The reason is not only the improvement of Arsenal team. It is because of Bayern Munich's being likely to be quite unreliable with their game this season.

If you ask which one of these teams would qualify for the semi finals I would pick Bayern Munich though. It is especially due to what I saw in the Arsenal - Porto draw.  Sad

I think Bayern is still slightly favorites against Arsenal, Bayern has never failed to advance to the next round when they met Arsenal in the Champions League (4 times).
Arsenal might get 3 points in the 1st leg but most likely they will be eliminated because of the aggregate goals at Bayern home in the 2nd leg later.

From head to head both teams so far, of course, we cannot deny that Bayern Munich is very superior to Arsenal, and even in their last meeting in the Champions League Bayern Munich managed to destroy Arsenal 10-2 on aggregate at once it became a record of poor results Arsenal got in the Champions League, it may not be ethical for us to underestimate Arsenal at a time of their current rising form in the league,  But to be honest we can't expect more when Arsenal have to face Bayern Munich who have been quite tough in the Champions League

The first leg of the match will be played at home to Arsenal and reportedly Munich fans are banned from watching the match due to a violation by Bayern fans against Lazio some time ago, I think without the support of the fans of course the mentality of Bayern Munich players will be a little down because the Emirates stadium will certainly be full of Arsenal supporters, I think the only chance Arsenal can qualify for the next round of the Champions League this season is By Scoring as many goals as possible in the first leg when playing at home, because Arsenal in the second leg will definitely be difficult for Arsenal to beat Bayern Munich in allianz Arena.

Cheesy Seems you a good fan of Arsenal but I would not place my bet on them, the big dogs are there, Arsenal does not stand a chance against any of them even for them facing Bayern is a bigger threat compared to Real Madrid or Mancity after seeing how they battled with Porto just to qualify for this round, it doesn't seems on their favor.
Arsenal have reached their peak this season, they're doing their best performance to drives themselves to important phases of the UEFA Champions League. Arsenal have reached the quarter finals and they're meeting up with Bayern Munich, this is bad news for Gunners. Bayern Munich is an elite side and competitive for the UCL. It's clearly stated out, he's a Gunner and will support his favorite team just like everyone else. Arsenal have taken the bull by the horn and are thrashing every oppositions on their path, they're not relenting but channeling more energy to become formidable and strengthen in games.

So I believe their lack of experience will cost them in this game against Bayern Munich, and Bayern Munich are not a team to be underestimated regardless of their recent performances.
Bayern Munich vs Arsenal will be a tough match when they play in the Uefa Champions League quarterfinal. For me, Arsenal and Bayern Munich's strengths are the same, and they have the same pattern of play, but I think Arsenal is the favorite to win against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.

Bayern Munich can maybe have a better chance to beat Arsenal and win this match based on the performance we saw from both teams. Also, we know Bayern Munich is very close to losing the Bundesliga title and if they lose the Bundesliga, the Champions League is the tournament where they can earn something and try to decrease the pressure on the team.
Also, Tuchel joined Bayern Munich because of the Chmpain league because Tuchel had good performances with other teams when in this tournament, and now the pressure on Bayern Munich and their coach is very high because of that.
But the fans of Bayern Munich are now worried about this game because, in the recent game, they had against Darmstadt in which they won the game with a 5-2 result, Harry Kane got injured hard and he couldn't continue the game Kane said nothing is clear yet about his situation and he feels pain.

Manchester city is also stronger compared to the real madrid. I have to choose a cluib that will be my best bet and it must be manchester city. The club is still performing very well till this time and it never encounter a problem that has occurred. Manchester city is also winning against madrid with very good score last seasons.
So, city will repeat the same result against madrid soon. There's no players that needs to be worried as manchester city is still owning wallker or stones. I do believe these players can also prevent real madrid even to score in the upcoming matches.
Vini ain't nothing when he faces kyle walker and there's no something that needs to feel worry about. Im sure manchester city will able to beat real madrid soon. it's only matter of time until city will go to the smi final.

The current standing in the domestic league is not even reflecting how capable real madrid to baet manchester city. how can you give same rate of la liga to the EPL? EPL is far competitive compared to the la liga even city was also owning the EPL trophies too.
Madrid will not able to do that if it's playing on EPL. manchestercity is far stronger compared to the rael madrid

While everyone ignores Arsenal to actually win UCL , I remind myself almost daily that whoever eliminated Porto in the last few years ended up to lift the trophy and Arsenal is that underdog that we all know they are good but on the same time we all know they have an UCL "curse" for more than 1 decade now where they can't perform well but this year this current team of Arsenal has everything it needs to conquer the trophy so my bet is on them.  Cheesy

Who knows. But it could be that Arsenal will surprise everyone this season in the UCL. Because Arsenal has done it in the Premier League by remaining strong in competition with Man City and Liverpool at the top of the Premier League standings. So it is possible that in the UCL Arsenal will surprise everyone by going further.

Bayern actually have quite a dangerous attack after having Kane. But Arsenal also has an equally sharp attack. And Arsenal always have difficulty when facing a team that has a strong defense like Porto. But if a team doesn't have a defense as strong as Porto then I think they could lose to Arsenal. And I don't think Bayern's defense is as strong as Porto's. So maybe my favorite for the quarter-final match between Arsenal vs Bayern is Arsenal.

Yes, Arsenal are very strong at the moment and the game against Bayern could well prove to be a winnable game for them. So far I don't see Bayern being able to beat them or win the Champions League in general, they have a series of bad games in the context of their home league. But it will be a tough match for both teams either way
I also have that view. Indeed, if you look at history, Bayern Munich is superior, but if you look at the current performance of the two teams, Arsenal is superior. Plus, Arsenal have very enthusiastic young players, so I think they will be able to beat anyone they play, including beating Bayern Munich. Arsenal has too many quality players for Bayern Munich to worry about, for example. Saka, Jesus, Martinelli Odegaard, Rice, Trossard, Partey etc. And I don't think Harry Kane will be able to and doesn't know what it's like to face the indomitable stone wall of William Saliba and Gabriel Maghales.

So this season it looks like Arsenal will beat Bayern Munich as revenge because seven years ago Arsenal were humiliated by Bayern Munich who lost 10-2 on aggregate in Ro16. Now, years later they have to face each other again, with a new squad and manager, what's the story? We have to see whether Arsenal can get their revenge.
Historically, there's no arguing the fact that Bayern Munich have been a better club than Arsenal and in terms of head to head between the two teams, Bayern Munich is also the better team and that's why many are already writing off Arsenal in that UEFA Champions League quarter final tie against Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich is one club that's made up of world class players that are capable of beating any team in Europe but that doesn't mean that they ain't beatable as we've seen them lose games this season both in the UEFA Champions League and also in their domestic league.
Arsenal on the other hand have also proven that they can still beat any European club as far as this season is concerned and that's why I think we should be respectful enough to the Arsenal team by also giving them a chance to eliminate Bayern Munich from the competition. Mikel Arteta have proven himself to be a good tactician and I expect him to give his best in that two legged tie but I'll still bank on a Bayern Munich progression to the semi finals of the competition

How do you know that the team which can defeat Porto can win the trophy?
Even if the history told us that fact, but it doesn't always guarantee the win. There are many record has been broken, and some certain curses have also been refuted. I think we shouldn't believe in this thing anymore. It is better to analyze the squad quality, coach ability, current performance, and the readiness of the squad to play for the next match.

Well, people assume Arsenal isn't likely to beat Bayern Munich because Bayern Munich has a better squad. Bayern Munich has the players who have good experience in UCL. The current performance of Bayern Munich in UCL looked good as well. And Bayern Munich seems to have not any curse in UCL. So, they has no something to hinder them to qualify to the next round.

It's true, the match between Arsenal versus Bayern Munich is a very troublesome match for both teams. Arsenal is in stable condition, so their chances of beating Bayern Munich are quite open. On paper, Bayern Munich is a team that deserves to be favored based on their experience, they have a better mentality compared to Arsenal in the Champions League. Thomas Tuchel squad can show a different performance in the Champions League, even though they are currently experiencing a decline in performance in the Bundesliga.
After seeing Bayerns performance today I was definitely convinced within my heart that it's going to be tough for Arsenal and also considering the fact that they are having this as the only trophy in mind they may be able to secure this season, so Bayern is definitely going all in ,, in this game so they can secure a draw but mostly a win because that the only thing that can do them the magic they desire.

If Bayern Munich wins Arsenal I'm very sure it will make the second even more interesting, it will feel like replication of their round of sixteen against Porto where Arsenal lost the first leg  a d the managed to win their secondeg which got them to this point where they are but then I think Bayern Munichs victory today will serve like a fuel to their mind and they will be wanting to win so Ina. Fierce battle with Arsenal will means that Arsenal if they miss any chances, Bayern Munich is definitely going to make the best out of it to proceed higher from hers.

I still keep an open mind as anything can actually happen in a game like this and either of both teams van win and they proceed to been the one to qualify to the next round, what I'm seeing it's like we are going to have an easy champions league finals s the quarter and semi finals wl be even tough than the finals going by these fixtures I'm seeing as if any of this big teams makes a mistake they will be out.

With how Real Madrid is performing this season, he will be very difficult for Manchester City to get another opportunity against them to defeat this season, I believe this time Real Madrid are definitely defeating Manchester City in the quarter-finals, madrid are not like last season and even Manchester City, they sold some of their players and bought new ones, and still madrid are more favourites to defeat Manchester City, I don't think even the Premier League this time if Manchester City will get it, Because when they played the second leg against Liverpool and still ended the game in a draw, I gave up on Manchester City winning the title this time around. Guadiola will do his best, but if Manchester gets the chance to win the Premier League again, I will proclaim Guadiola to be the king of English coaches. If Manchester City defeats Real Madrid in the quarterfinals they will undoubtedly win the Champions League, if I am not mistaken.

However, looking at Arsenal progress in the Premier League, I think they will be ready to provide fierce competition to Bayern munich and what's more, in the Champions League this season, Arsenal are better prepared with their strengths. For Tuchel, of course, he must be able to bring Harry kane to go far in the Champions League because the Champions League is one of the remaining targets to win a trophy this season.

I mentioned earlier that if we consider the performance of clubs in their respective leagues, such as Arsenal's performance in the Premier League, then Arsenal's chances of winning against Bayern Munich are quite high. However, things don't always go as expected. Arsenal currently sits at the top of the league table, and it's not just luck that got them there; it's been a result of hard work and consistency.

If Arsenal can maintain that same level of hard work and resilience against Bayern Munich, they shouldn't find it too difficult to secure a victory. However, in quarter-finals like this, no club is expected to have an easy ride. Every club is fighting tooth and nail to win and advance to the next stage, which would be the semi-finals. Nonetheless, we'll have to wait and see how the game unfolds.

Cheesy
