There is a difference in the quality and depth of the squad between Bayern Munich and Lazio, and because of that, Bayern Munich also has home advantage. Bayern Munich really proved their quality at home and as said, Lazio didn't have a good chance of forcing the match into extra time. Kane then scored his second goal in this match which put Bayern Munich 3-0 ahead of Lazio. I think we already know who will qualify for the quarter-finals in this match, as well as the Real Sociedad vs PSG match.

PSG and Bayern Munich ultimately qualified for the quarter-finals even though the match has not yet finished. Both teams are both leading 3-1 and 0-4 on aggregate, so I don't think that will change until the end of the match.

Bayern Munich dominate this game, Lazio can't do much here today in Bayern home, not a single shot on target Lazio has gotten in this match, they look sharp but poor connectivity between the players. The real summary of the first half would be that Lazio wasted a huge chance when Immobile missed the header and then in the counter move so to say Harry Kane scored a lucky header. That's how these games can go. After that first goal Bayern was clearly the superior team, but still it's not as easy as saying that Bayern is the more experienced team and therefore has better chances to turn this around. This game could well be at 0-2 in aggregate.

But now I don't see Lazio coming back. It is only one goal, but Bayern has the position they wanted so badly and now with their speed and Kane's effectivity, this should be Bayern's game. But I could again I be totally wrong about them and they beging playing crap in the second half.

Lazio will probably get more aggressive since they are now trailing but I don't think that Bayern will stop the attacks and  just defend either. They may need at least one more goal to completely seal the deal and avoid going into unnecessary extra time and penalty shoot out.

Lazio on the other hand started very strong as well, and their performance is very good but they miss chances which is why they are yet to score a goal in the match, but from indications, if Bayern didn’t add any goal, Lazio might score a goal to coontetbb be the goals scored by Bayern Munich.

And that's exactly what Bayern have achieved as they have secured two goals already so it's a good start for them and I believe they can atleast secure their victory by scoring the third that will seal up everything too and if Lazio still want to salvage anything from this game then they need to start working their way into the game and staying and absorbing pressure from the back is never a good way to do that.

Yeah, this is interesting again to watch Bayern Munich that finally can score 2 goals in the first half match.
This is Bayern Munich.
Finally we can see Bayern Munich setting foot again and getting serious about taking on this UCL. We often curse at how their performance has been so far, because it has really dropped both in the Bundesliga and in the first leg yesterday. And now, Bayern has started to outperform on aggregate. Yes, even though it doesn't 100% guarantee victory, at least this is much better than not scoring a goal at all. And this was quite worrying before. However, after Kane scored this goal, this could really increase their motivation to be more on fire and focus on agriculture.

What a last 15 minutes. Kane's goal to make it 1-0 in the 37th minute was the icebreaker. After that you could tell that the pressure was off Bayern and they started to play good football. Musiala had a great chance to score right after that, but he missed the target. I'm not longer surprised whenever bookmakers manipulate odds in a situation like this. It's just an attempt to lure gamblers into making wrong decisions especially those that bet based on the odds. A simple analysis on both teams recent games will tell someone that PSG are likely to win. The game is now ballance and both team will strive harder during second half. With this development, Bayern's chance of advancing to next stage is more higher than that of Lazio but let see how things will unfold coming the second half.

Man city is the most convincing UCL team to qualify for the last 8 phase. They won 1-3 at home to Copenhagen. Leg 2 will be at the Etihad, I feel confident they can win and qualify.  At the moment Man City certainly have a very good mentality, the victory against Man United proves they are still strong. As for Copenhagen, this match seems like an impossible mission.

Bayern Munich really showed their level now. They dominated the match with very convincing stats. And now Harry Kane finally scored a goal for Bayern Munich. It is interesting now because the aggregate 1-1 for both teams. If we look at the condition of the teams, Bayern Munich looks in a better condition. They are playing well now and they have great motivation to beat Lazio. As long as Tuchel keeps the players to play aggressively and offensive, no doubt Bayern Munich to score more goals. I assume Bayern Munich will score 3 goals at least, they will qualify for the next round.

Sometimes we have to put aside performance in the league in the point of view of looking at a team, currently the Champions League is the only hope for Munich to get a trophy and inevitably they must be able to get the maximum result in the game against Lazio, to keep their hopes qualify for the top 8 round, should Bayern Munich players be motivated in the match , and at least to be able to give hope to their fans if Bayern Munich is not as weak as their currently think.

So far Bayern Munich have not scored a goal, but they have completely dominated the attack. Sooner or later Bayern Munich will score if they maintain their attacking intensity. They need to be calmer and keep trying to find space in Lazio's defence, but they need to make the most of every chance they have. Bayern Munich has fired 10 shots, 2 of which are on target, so in my opinion Bayern Munich's chances of scoring a goal are still very high.

In another match, Real Sociedad was again behind 0-1 to PSG so that PSG leads the aggregate to 0-3 now. PSG are playing well so far and they are really doing their best to qualify for the quarter-finals. Mbappe scored a great goal which has probably made PSG a little safer now.

Any chance for Leipzig to win the Champions League match against Real Madrid?

Real Madrid is already ahead by one goal on the aggregate score. And I think Real Madrid is not going to lose the second leg. If anything Real Madrid will at least be able to draw the match. And that is going to be enough for them. Real Madrid is a little frustrated about the last match they have played in La Liga. So maybe they will feel motivated to perform well. But at the same time, Real Madrid will try to rotate the players properly I believe.

Yeah, after 30 minutes, Bayern took control of the game, but they haven't had any great chances yet. Lazio's strategy is very clear: they stand at the back with two stable chains of four and wait for counterattack opportunities. As long as it's still a draw, it will probably be a game of patience.
