This is the possible expectation to see Bayern Munich win this  game today, but also have in mind that Lazio this very season have had a nice performance, and they won Bayern Munich in the first leg game, There is still a possibility that they will go to the Bayern home soil and possibly lock horns with Bayern and that becomes the end of the game for the German side Bayern Munich, and from the results watching the game so far, Lazio has been containing all the pressure coming from Bayern.

@Uchegod, your point is right and I guess everyone should understand the point you are trying to make because from the grouping it is crystal clear that elite teams win win against the underdogs which is the small teams but what can you say in the fixture between Bayern Munich and Lazio don't you think one of the big teams may not make it to the next stage? It's 27th minutes already in the game between Bayern Munich and Lazio and yet the Bayern Munich team that is supposed to be celebrating for probably levelling the 1:0 defeat they encountered in the home of Lazio but they are yet to score a goal despite dominating the game so I think the other elite teams may qualify but one of them may drop which is going to be Bayern Munich if they continue with what am watching here.

PSG need to a draw with a draw or 0 -1 (a minimal loss) to go next but Mbappe already opens the match with his goal. The task for Real Sociedad now becomes more difficulty and with 3 goal difference, PSG look to be very safely with a ticket to quarter final round.

It seems not to be Real Sociedad day even they are hosting PSG at home. Scoring three goals to beat PSG in 90 minutes and bringing the match to two extra halfs, look to be overwhelming task for Sociedad.

Bayern Munich match and Lazio is getting interesting because for now there strength seem equal and also I noticed that Lazio has some history with Bayern Munich because irrespective of there performance but whenever they meet Bayern Munich they became stronger than the way they normally play because there last meeting was a sad one for Bayern Munich because all the good quality players they had could not withstand the pressure Lazio was given them on that match and at the end Bayern Munich lost the match to Lazio so perhaps meeting again today is going be very challenging because Bayern Munich will never like to repeat the mistake they did on there last meeting by losing to Lazio and also Lazio on the other hand is also trying all there efforts if they can be able to win the match again, actually is very disappointing to see the kind of quality players Bayern Munich has and they are finding it difficult to remain consistent to the extent of losing there previous match against Lazio when is obvious that Lazio is not on there good shape because there performance on there league is very bad.

But interestingly in the match between Real Sociedad v PSG is, the fact that Real Sociedad is the team that is favored to win based on the odds before the match starts. I personally do not know what factors make Real Sociedad the favored team although indeed, even if Real Sociedad wins with a score of 1-0 also that PSG will still qualify. But even so, I personally not sure at all that Real Sociedad will be able to score a goal in this second leg even though Real Sociedad is playing at home. Because yes, I think PSG is also still able to hold Real Sociedad to a draw or maybe, PSG will also still target victory and make the aggregate win bigger. But indeed, basically I am still confident that PSG and Bayern Munich will still qualify for the quarter-finals.

If Bayern Munich loses this match today, Thomas Tuchel should be sacked and not till the end of the season because  have all it takes to win the match by all means.
I am supporting Bayern Munich to win the match not just because of Tuchel but because of the players in the team that deserve to go above this stage in the Champions League competition. Therefore, Bayern Munich needs to lead with at least two goals to qualify.

PSG’s fate is almost decided because they scored two goals in the first leg at home. I am confident on PSG because Real Sociedad is not a big team if not we all know how PSG are always leaving Champions League with shame.

They will play the second leg against Lazio tonight and they are already at a disadvantage. Bayern Munich will have to overcome the 1 goal disadvantage first. But I think they will be able to do that because the match is going to be played on the home ground of Bayern Munich. If somehow they are unable to actually win this second leg and win against Lazio on aggregate, it is going to be a little surprising for a lot of people in my opinion.

Imagine Bayern Munich getting knocked out so early in the competition when a lot of people including me predicted that they will at least go to the semi-finals.

Tonight definitely would decide if Tuchel gets to stay till the end of the season. They obviously have decided to part ways at the end of the season, but an early exit from the Chanpions League, couples with being 10 points behind in the Bundesliga may mean that they let go of him much earlier.

PSG already have one feet in the quarter finals. Real Sociedad were very competitive in the first leg and would put up a very good fight at home. Would make for an interesting watch.

It looks like Bayern Munich and Lazio performance are going towards the same direction because checking the previous games the have the same lost, the same win as well, I will assumed Bayern Munich are recovering because after losing three consecutive games they decide to improve and win one and draw one, while Lazio to are moving from positive to negative by losing their last two matches which show sign of weakness in them especially now that they are playing at Allianz Arena despite Bayern Munich performances are low they don't joke in Allianz Arena, that is why I have confidence in their winning.

Champions league matches will start in 30 minutes.Sociedad will host PSG at home.It's a bit difficult for Sociedad to make the round after this time, but they will try their luck.PSG won the first match without conceding a goal, so an away goal could be advantageous for them.I think PSG will not lose in this match.

Before the UEFA Champions League last 16 started, we said that Bayern Munich was among the clubs that could win the UEFA Champions League trophy this season. PSG have not been in good shape in their last two games we don’t know if it’s the coach or the players  but it seems they have a problem at the moment. Mbappe is already linked to joining Real Madrid maybe all that saga is affecting their performance. Real Sociedad are also not performing well now else they would have taken advantage of this opportunity to comeback in this second leg but  i don’t think with their performance they can.

I already staked my bet on PSG to win because this is the champions league and they are more experienced in stages like this so they won’t find it difficult to win Real Sociedad.

Honestly, I want to know how PSG fares in their away game in this competition. because when they play matches in the Group phase, they always have difficulty when playing away matches. well, by now Luis Enrique's squad should be better prepared to challenge Real Socidad at San Sabastian. however, it's a little strange if I refer to the available odds. It could be because in the last two matches in Ligue 1, PSG did not play with a good enough performance. For Bayern Munich I don't hesitate I'm sure they will win and qualify for the next round, we know the performance of Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga is not optimal lately but this time is an important match in the Champions League. I can't imagine if Bayern Munich was kicked out earlier because we usually see Munich able to reach semi -finals or even final.

The match in the second leg will be decisive for Bayern Munich there are missions and reputations there so it's not easy to get rid of them. Moreover, as we know, Harry Kane really wants this title before retiring so I'm sure he will do whatever he can. By the way, Harry Kane and Haaland are competing for the top scorer title we will see who is the best between these two players, usually Harry Kane is always unable to compete, but now he is on the right team.

Unlike you, I chose to watch the Bayern Munich vs Lazio match because I think the match will be tight considering that both of them still have a 50:50 chance compared to the Real Sociedad vs PSG match where the chances are already greater for PSG because the result of the 1st leg PSG has already won. 2-0.
Lazio's position with Real Sociedad is almost similar in the domestic league. Lazio recently lost twice against Fiorentina and AC Milan and is stuck in 9th place in the standings. However, this is not a benchmark to measure the results of the match because Bayern are also not in their best condition.

PSG and Bayern Munich have a great chance to win the second leg which will be played in a few hours, at the moment it can be said that PSG have the upper hand by winning the first leg and certainly (without meaning to belittle Real Sociedad) it will be impossible for Real Socieda to stop PSG journey in the Champions League this season,  Although PSG are still in a dilemma over the decision of their star (Mbappe) to leave the team next season, but instead I think PSG will be able to win even if Mbappe does not play in the match later, currently PSG has an advantage with an aggregate of 2 goals and if we compare the quality of players of both teams it will certainly be difficult for Real Sociedad to comeback even though they play at home.
