Different seasons comes with elite teams, and we keep hoping for this particular one to come with good expectations. Manchester City and Real Madrid are the only promising club that will reach the UEFA Champions League final and we hope the best comes with incredible results. While other clubs like Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain still struggling to stand on their fit, the promising ones knows how to handle their problem. The UCL final I would hope to watch is Real Madrid vs Manchester City because it's a fight between top clubs.
If these two teams go to the final then this will be an ideal final because both teams are very favorites to become champions, Manchester City as the defending champion and Real Madrid as the king of the Champions League as well as a team that looks impressive this season compared to last season, and it will be difficult to predict Who will win in the final, although I will favor Real Madrid as the team that will win the Champions League this season if meet City in final.
However, before that happens, we must first wait for the second match of round 16, because the quarter-finals will be drawn, and the draw will be very decisive, the team with the easier draw will be very likely to continue, but otherwise, the chances will be very difficult.
And in my opinion, teams like Bayern Munich, Inter Milan or even Barcelona still cannot be ruled out because all three are quite good in the Champions League and especially for Inter Milan, they are the team that has improved the most this season so it is very possible to repeat last season's results where they reached the final or even as champion.

Theoretically, Mancity has the ability to continue to win the treble when entering the UCL qualifying round, and is only 1 point behind top team Liverpool. Everything is still within their reach, they just need to maintain their form from now until the end of the season and not lose unnecessary points, then the championship is completely within their ability.
Regarding the UCL, it is a bit more difficult for them, but with a 3-1 victory over Copenhagen in the first leg, the possibility of reaching the quarterfinals is wide open for them. If Pep continues to win the treble this season, he will become a coach who will go down in history by winning two trebles in two consecutive seasons. Previously, Pep created history when win the sixble with Barcelona in the 2009 season.
Manchester City looks strong because they're not only won the match, but they're able to humiliate the opponents too. But don't underestimate both Real Madrid and Inter Milan, they're only lose one match in their own respective domestic league, while Manchester City lose three times.

Statistic says Real Madrid will win, strength says Manchester City will win, but my heart says Inter Milan will win.

If you meant winning the treble again, then yes it would be unbelievable. City won their first CL title last season and made it even more special by winning the treble, but to do that all over again this season, something that has never been done, then that would be an unprecedented feat. Pep's men already have one foot in the CL QF, and they are still alive in both the EPL and the FA cup, so yes, anything can happen and if it does, it would cement Pep's and his players' legacies in football's history.
Pep Guardiola have always been ready to face his challenges and overcoming them was no difficulty for them. Manchester City going in for another year to win the treble. The question is, can they win or not? Perhapes they successfully accomplished it last season and doing in again wouldn't be a problem. I believed the club are working entirely to improve all weaknesses. Pep Guardiola is becoming more serious this season, a with the looks of things, no one is stopping him from ascertaining greater heights with his club. Manchester City.
We certainly know how Manchester City was built since the arrival of the Arab owners and since then this team has started to win various major titles over the seasons. They do all this because they have large funding to get great players and at the same time they can be processed as trophy-making machines. However, it was only last season that Manchester City was able to win the most coveted title, namely the Champions League, and everyone was questioning their chances of winning back to back titles this season.

From me, the opportunity is still there even though we know that the challenge for Manchester City will be more difficult than before because the big European teams will try to take this title from them this season. Maybe Pep Guardiola should be aware that this competition will be even fiercer than before and therefore he needs to provide different tactics and strategies that will be difficult for his opponents to read later. I believe they will still be able to win it because in terms of squad depth they are still using the same squad.
Yes, that's right, since Manchester City was taken over by Sheikh Mansour, Manchester City has had strong enough funds to buy quality players to build the club's performance to become stronger and it's true that slowly Manchester has become a very strong club and is able to win big titles in the Premier League and also the Champions League. Even though Manchester has just won their first title in the Champions League, their current strength is quite strong and they still have a chance to win the title again even though it looks more difficult than before. Pep Guardiola is already aware of that with quite strong competition waiting for him in the next round of challenges next in the Champions League as well as quite tough competition in the Premier League.

Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are still quite strong rivals for Manchester City at the moment so he has to really appear strong to be able to beat them because after all that club's squad is also equally strong and they have also recruited quality players to help strengthen them. Their current condition, Manchester City as a whole still uses the same squad as last season, relying on Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland in the front line to strengthen the attack, but it is true as you said that Pep Guardiola has to implement a different strategy even though he uses the same squad because if you use the same strategy as the opposing club it will be easy read the weaknesses.

Bayern Munich needs to focus on this competition, seems like the Bundelisga is going to the Leverkusen hands (until Leverkusen dont do a Borusia Dortmund clasic finish), so they need to win this key against Lazio, setled down and think and prepare the quarterfinals in a very serious way.

Maybe some key player can return from injury and that can help a lot.

Who are those returning back to the squad? Lol. Coman and Gnabry are not ready yet. Alphonso Davies could be ready for selections against Lazio come Tuesday and I do believe they'd be winners of that game. Lazio will definitely stand no chance against them in the game on Tuesday.

It'll be ten points tommorow If Bayern Leverkusen gets to level up with the scores and money acquired. Bayern Munich head coach should try to get things in the right direction. He has sure making things difficult for him.
Xabi Alonso and his lads definitely will also go on top. They have worked so hard for this night.
The man Xabi Alonsi has done an amazing work with Leverkusen and am sure Bayern Munich already knows it would be difficult to cover the point gap on the bundesliga table before the end of this seasons competition.
Bayern will be playing with much focus in their next champions league match against Lazio and sincerely I think it's a win for them.

I read about a comment where someone mentioned the 'Harry curse'. The reality is simple, not every high goal scorers or league best players eventually win the trophy. He is simply brilliant, he proved it at Tottenham from his early playing days till he had to move to Bayern Munich to prove again, that he is a great and excellent player who just hasn't been lucky enough to win major trophies.

I can agree if Bayern Munich isn't strong enough to compete for Bundesliga title for this season. They already missed too many points, it is difficult to catch Leverkusen in the top of Bundesliga table. I think Bayern Munich isn't so weak, they performed quite well. But unfortunately, Bayern Leverkusen played almost perfectly during this season. They are still unbeatable so far, they keep winning each match to secure the Bundesliga title.

Surprised to see Bayern Munich not doing well this season, they have lost ground in the Bundesliga and no longer competitive in the title race, giving Bayer Leverkusen good proofs to win the title. There's no too much talk again because Thomas Tuchel is busy showing incompetent actions and this is certainly not good for the team. Bayern Munich is an elite team and definitely not the time for them to start experiencing major setbacks, instead this is the time for them to retraced their weak steps and correct it because going home this season trophyless is huge dissapointement.

Bayern Munich is a weak team now; they can't compete with Leverkusen in the league, and I believe Tuchel understands that he can't win the trophy anymore; last season, they won against Dortmund because Dortmund fucked up when the league was about to end, which is when they started playing, and Bayern Munich overtook them and won the trophy, but I don't think Leverkusen will make the same mistakes Dortmund did last season to help Munich win the title. I just believe Lazio can't win Munich so easy in the second leg of the Champions League. They won't strive to lose or draw the game since they will automatically be knocked out of the competition if they don't win. Munich needs to win two goals before they can go to the next stage of the Champions League. We'll see what happens in the second leg, but I know they lost the Bundesliga trophy and will only focus on this if they win.

We can assume that Bayer Leverkusen is very obvious to be the champion.

However, it is not the same in UCL, Bayern Munich still has the chance to win the title. Although Lazio is leading with 1 goal in the current aggregate but Bayern Munich has a good chance to beat them in Allianz Arena. It should be a big advantage to play at home, Bayern Munich won't let the fans to feel unsatisfied with the result of the match at home. I'm pretty sure Bayern Munich will win the home match and qualify for the next round.

Anyway, Tuchel must show his ability as a top coach in the next match. If he fails to win the match, I doubt there are many top teams to negotiate with him after he leaves Bayern Munich at the end of the season. I also think like that after seeing the achievements and strength of Arsenal and Bayern Munich this season, so it is quite possible that Arsenal has the potential to be a more serious threat to Manchester City than Bayern Munich in the Champions League. Because the tension in the Champions League is still quite high, a team that is experiencing internal problems will not be able to perform better in the Champions League, unless they are blessed with luck.

I believe every of these teams are different and we can’t compare and judge them and also come to a conclusion just by looking at one side of the problem. Remember than Arsenal are just in the premier league and are use to meeting Manchester City and also can know the game of themselves better than the way Bayern Munich can predict about their games. Bayern Munich way of play can also be different and could give any of them a very difficult time to grasp the way their game pattern is when it comes to playing against them or playing in a different environment and a different competitive mindset like that of the champions league.

Bayern Munich internal problem is not enough to quantify and conclude that they won’t pose a bigger threat to Manchester City than what Arsenal will be. They are both great teams and if you look at them both closely, they are teams that you can’t really tell how their next match could turn out to be but you just have that hope in them that they’ll be the one to win because of their consistency in games like that. The internal problems can’t affect their performance in their big match like the champions league match. If not the coach or the management, the players will want to be at their best in order to add good record to their names in that competition when they win it.

The defeat in the first leg must be answered with a landslide victory when Bayern Munich hosts Lazio in the second leg, one of the keys to reaching the quarter-finals is to improve their performance in this match. Bayern Munich is already eight points behind Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, it is very difficult to catch up with the points that Leverkusen has collected because their performance is very consistent.
The Bundesliga trophy will almost certainly go to Leverkusen, Bayern Munich must focus more on the UCL in order to open up opportunities to win this trophy. Their main key is to improve their defense, there is no need to doubt the sharpness of the front line, Kane is still able to make a good contribution, he was also the hero of Bayern Munich victory when they beat RB Leipzig.
Yes, because there is no other hope other than chasing the Champions League trophy at this time because in the Bundesliga Bayern Munich is not strong enough to compete with Leverkusen and the only hope is to beat Lazio after that qualify to enter the quarter-finals.
The problem is, if they can beat Lazio then will Munich be able to continue to be consistent in the quarter-finals, whereas in that round the obstacles will be even stronger because Bayern Munich will definitely be competing against stronger clubs and if this season fails in the CL and Bundesliga, it is possible that Bayern Munich's reputation will decline and of course this is Harry Kane's curse.

I don't care how desperate Bayern Munich may want to be at the champions league they still don't look to me like they have got a chance because they lack the  much needed experience for critical situations as this in the champions league and also considering their current form and confidence which is at its lowest, going by their performance this evening in their domestic league it's beginning to look like they may not be able to hand the champions league because it's a league way competitive than their domestic league and if they can put up such poor performance in their league which appears less competitive to the champions league then it means when the pressure emanating from the competitiveness of the champions league they may not be able to handle it.

Bayern may only be able to get pass the round of sixteen but beyond there their fate hangs in the balance as there are no certainties around it, loosing out in the bundesliga this season is definitely going to build up some desperation for the champions league but sadly that wouldn't yeild much for them.

Harry Kane Curse, I didn't expect it to be like that. But if that is indeed a curse for him, then Bayern Munich will probably only fail in the Champions League instead of just in the Bundesliga. The smells of failure seem to be real, although I believe Bayern Munich has more quality and ability to turn things around in the second leg. Tuchel will end the season by parting ways with Bayern Munich and this definitely does not bode well for his squad.

Bayern Munich's chances of winning the second leg are certainly very high. Lazio only leads 1-0 on aggregate at home, so I don't think it will be too difficult for Kane et al to catch that aggregate. Lazio of course doesn't want to lose and we should have an exciting match between Bayern Munich and Lazio in the second leg.

WT actual Fvck?! What do you mean by Harry Curse? Is he the head coach of the club? Is he Thomas Tuchel? Is he the one managing the club? I have been seeing comments about this and I've never for once liked the statement.
The trophy less spell at Tottenham Hotspur should not mean he brought a curse of bullshit to Bayern Munich. Y'all should look at the goals he's already scored and give him credits for that.

Place all of your blames on Thomas Tuchel. Okay since he left Tottenham Hotspur, what have they won? I don't know how y'all see and watch football. Too many of these people can't watch and analyse only to come here bad mouthing a great player. What the bloody hell!

I hope they beat Lazio same way they've found a way to jump back into the game tonight leading against Frieburg.

Well I have always known that these things have to be discarded, never think that it is a curse, if we use that word we have to be aware of what it really means, because it is a very strong word, it is a word that has a very strong context. ugly, then maybe if you use something like "She hasn't had very good luck" because in truth things are very different when it comes to these bears, besides you don't have to look at it that way, the teams always have their way of seeing things are better, and this is something that is noticeable, therefore we are people who when we see this type of behavior in a team, it must be because Tuche.op must be because the player has some type of problem, this is the UCL , where the level is very high, Bayern has always been one of the strongest teams in the world, always reaching the final or close to the final, so there are teams that always make the difference.

Harry Kane is a person who doesn't have any kind of curse, he just hasn't had any luck, but he is a player who has always made a difference, since last season there have been problems in the team, in fact the Bundlseiga almost They lost it, they won it because they really were very lucky, why did Dortmund get so close to them that it almost left them second, now, with all this in the UCL they have to show and take out everything they have, that's how when it is said here: "they have to work hard" because it is the most optimal way to handle things, not to complain afterwards that they didn't give everything, that one thing and another, if they are going to lose, they should do it with honor, they should say They lost but left their soul on the field, generally when this team is playing under pressure they surprise, they make very impressive plays and this is something that I always like to see from the Germans and I am sure that Kane is one of the players who will always do and they will make a difference in every sense.

Tottenham return on the cards for Harry Kane as Bayern falter

Quote
Harry Kane really couldn’t have done too much more in his debut campaign at Bayern Munich.

The England captain and record goalscorer has consistently found the net for the Bundesliga giants, with WhoScored noting that he has 31 goals from 31 games in all competitions as well as eight assists.
Harry Kane could beat Lewandowski’s all-time record

With a dozen games still left to play in the German top-flight season, he could well beat Robert Lewandowski’s all-time record of 41, set in the 2020/21 season for the Bavarians.

Clearly, he is an integral part of his club side, so it’s a pity that a number of his colleagues aren’t up to the same level.

Champions League is wild, the teams you underrate are the ones you later see working well in the League and so many questions comes to your mind like, what's really happening. However, if there is any of the team I'm seeing in the final even before the conclusion of round of 16, it's Manchester City. These guys are in fire in the Premier League, very soon at the top, their game has recently just been improved and that was the intervention of Kevin Bruyne, the current best play maker of Manchester City and best in assisting.

Arsenal going through is what I'm not sure and confident about the team, they couldn't a single short on target for 90 minutes in the round 1 of their knockout, only lord knows what they are going to play next in the round 2, I don't don't know what to expect from them but my confidence in their Champions League has decline. Bayern aren't better either here and in their domestic league.
I agree with that because every team in the Champions League has the same opportunity to surprise when they are not the favorites. But yes, there are not always surprises because each team has a stronger advantage compared to their opponents. let's say it's like Manchester city vs Copenhagen where Manchester city is very much the favorite and it's true that they managed to win the first leg. So in this case of course there is a striking comparison because if a team has a strong mentality they of course have a big chance of advancing to the next round.

But like Lazio vs Bayern munich, of course this is not a surprise because Lazio managed to beat Bayern in the first leg. Lazio also have quality players in their team and the previous season they were runners up in Serie A and of course the first win was very natural for them because they were also playing at home. Obstacles will come to lazio in the second leg because they have to be able to play better if they want to beat Bayern munich in front of their supporters.

Lazio's defence played very well in that match, but it's still amazing that Bayern didn't make a single shot on goal for the whole match, and even earned a suspension. In the return match I still think they have a better chance of winning, despite the fact that they are erratic in terms of their results this season
Bayern Munich was very far from what was expected and only through the second leg were they able to produce a decent result later. There is still confidence that Bayern Munich will not give up and they don't need to be confused considering the aggregate difference is very thin. Bayern Munich only needs to pressure Lazio at home and Harry Kane is relied on to open the goals for Bayern Munich.

I'm pretty sure Bavari will win. By the way, the bookmakers are also confident, even very confident, with Bayern's win now at 77 per cent, despite the fact that they are losing at the moment. Bayern should not lose, this is a chance for them to finish with a trophy this season, because most likely they will not win in their championship.
It is very likely that Tuchel will change his priority scale, where Bayern has currently lost the momentum to win the Bundesliga trophy, and will maximize their full potential in the Champions League. Of course it is not an easy job to become champions, because in fact they must first turn things around when they face Lazio in the second leg.

Tuchel is now brave enough to experiment, because he has agreed to leave the club when the season ends, betting on Bayern victory must also be careful. It is clear that Tuchel ambition to win is different, compared to before there was an agreement regarding his future at the club. When the coach is not in the club's plans for next season, it could be interpreted that Tuchel is just keeping Bayern from sinking further.

However, it would be extraordinary if Tuchel was able to take Bayern through to the final round, maybe his fate would be different if he could present the Champions League trophy. We'll see to what extent Tuchel can create luck, I still believe they can qualify for the quarter finals by beating Lazio.

Instead of making parables about Bayern Munich and Arsenal being difficult obstacles for Manchester City, it seems more appropriate to say about Real Madrid and also Inter or maybe also about PSG. At least, the three teams are teams that have at least a safe position in their respective league standings. Therefore, those three teams have a good chance to have a great focus in the Champions League this season. So yes, although Manchester City are still very promising good results because of the greatness of De Bruyne and Haaland, but I personally might be looking forward to the results from unseeded teams like Inter and PSG, maybe they will get good results too at this moment to be able to advance further of course.

Everything will depend on the draw. If we remember last season, Inter reached the final the “easy” way, while City beat all their main competitors (like Real Madrid in the previous season). City don't look as dominant this year so a difficult draw could seriously hurt them. In the 1/8 they were extremely lucky and got Copenhagen, now if in the 1/4 they get a difficult opponent (in theory there should be no easy opponents in the 1/4) then they will have problems since there will be a series of games in the Premier League against direct competitors. I'm not sure City can be successful in both.
