Mbappe is a great player, but I don't understand why he isn't playing as he should be playing. Maybe he still has to get used to the patterns, maybe he hasn't settled into Spain yet. I was expecting a dazzling start but he is really doing little with what is in his DNA.

Last year at striker they had Joselu, who was so and that they had to get him out and play without a striker in so many games, he helped them win some cups too so I cannot blame him for everything, but going from Joselu to Mbappe takes time to adapt and adjust as well. Mbappe will score bunch of stuff and it would not be really that good and we shouldn't really be worried about it all that much, it could be something that could benefit them eventually, he is already started so it should be great for him. Plus having that many great players that can pass him the ball would always feed him very well, Jude is not around for now, but he will come back and with Vini and Rodrygo next to him, he will get many great assists from them.

Unfortunately it is not as imagined as before and I think Real Madrid will still go through a tough competition even though they have luxurious depth. Their problems are quite complex from the chemistry between players which is still weak to other unexpected factors. Winning the 5 titles that exist this season is a challenge and at least they can first win 3 major titles to complete the treble nickname that they have never gotten.
