As far as I know there are 5 different competitions this season that Real Madrid is playing, namely La Liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey, Spanish Super and Club World Cup, but I think Carlo Anceloti's priority is not only La Liga and Champions League. Anceloti definitely wants the Treble Winners title to create history for himself at Real Madrid like Pep Guardiola did. Real Madrid has a good and complete squad, they must be able to maximize the best results this season.

Real Madrid have a very strong squad this season. With the inclusion of Mbappe in the squad, it can be said that no other team has as strong and stable a squad as Madrid. Real Madrid also has an experienced coach like Ancelotti. So if Madrid want to win the title in all 5 competitions, they have the ability to win it. However, it will be very difficult. But it is not impossible for Madrid. Because Madrid has both experienced and talented players and experienced coaches.

But the many injuries experienced by Real Madrid players at this time can hinder Real Madrid's journey to achieve the results that Carlo Anceloti expects, the coach must work very hard so that the club performs well with the players they have and in the first match in the UCL Real Madrid will face the Bundesliga club Stuttgart, it seems this is not too difficult because I am sure Stuttgart will not be able to make it difficult for Real Madrid.

You are right that Madrid's main obstacle to a good performance this season is the injury problem. Madrid's players have been plagued by injuries at a rapid pace this season. Several key players in the squad have suffered injuries. This is why Madrid's performance has been somewhat unstable at the start of the season. Ancelotti was probably not prepared at all for such an eventuality. However, once the players return to the squad, Madrid's performance will be strong again.

Real Madrid this season will participate in at least 7 different competitions, the Champions League and La Liga are certainly their main priorities. We can easily see the reason, their weekly expenses are quite large, by winning the two competitions, Real Madrid can operate the club and maintain its existence as a dominant team every season.

Ancelotti has the most ideal squad at the moment, which can make his job easier, besides that the current Real Madrid squad is a dream for every manager.

Seven(7) matches seem to be alot  and also providing more chances to win new titles and reclaims, at the same time the journey to seven competitions is starting with several injuries taking almost half of the team squad. At the moment, their performance is not upto satisfaction  tbh and they are looking forward to playing 7 games Tongue... they are some kinda strong team though, they figure their sh*t out and if they don't they get to enjoy seven competitions atleast Cheesy but I know they will atleast finish the season with at least one or two trophies.

Yeah, basically UEFA is getting inspired by Super League with this new format. But, the good thing is that no Champions League teams dropped to Europa after failing in the group stages. It means the competition in Europa league won't be diluted by the Champion leagues team.
The good news for the teams competing there will be much more excited to reach the end of the trophy because it is not overshadowed by teams that do not qualify for the group stage. This format also benefits the teams competing there so they can focus on facing teams that qualify from the beginning because we know that teams that do not qualify in the Champions League group stage are also strong.
That's on the positive side, while now there are quite a few players who disagree with the new format of the Champions League, one of them is Kevin De Bruyne because what UEFA is doing is increasing the schedule while attracting more sponsors and that means bringing in more money for them without paying attention to the condition of the players. They will be victims in this case risking everything with the risk of injury which is always not light.
Most players are already complaining about the number of matches they will be playing and I agree with them, considering that most of them have domestic League games and some other competitions that they engaging almost every week, take for instance the English premier league players, they have to play the FA cup and carabao cup plus international games they have to play for their countries, all of this most be put into consideration because this current champions League schedule will only lead them to fatigue. the schedule is too tight and should be reconsidered, players are humans and they need time to rest too.

Maybe for players playing outside the Premier League this can be a problem while for players playing in Premier League they do not care much as they have already a tight schedule in many seasons and they are used to it. For sure players playing in Germany, Spain, Italy and other leagues will be the most tired players when the number of games will increase for them as they are not used to it, they have one cup in Italy and the Serie A and that is it, they try to keep it as simple as possible while in England they have about three cup competitions and many games are played on a really tight schedule. Based on this new format of games the teams from Premier League should have an advantage over the long term as they should be more resilient than any other players playing in other leagues in Europe for the above reason. Let's see how Manchester City and Liverpool, two strong teams from Premier League do this time in the new format, I am sure they will be doing very well but let's see.

Last season Real Madrid won the league which some people never expected.  It is too early to predict which team will champions league , Real Madrid may not be in the best form but they still have the chance to win.
all teams that have successfully qualified for the UCL will take every match seriously. but Madrid has a big problem with several players who are currently injured while defending the national team during the international break. a big loss for Madrid because the first UCL match will start immediately after the international break is over.
although Madrid always shows good performance in the UCL, losing some players who are the main squad choices will certainly frustrate the coach. hopefully, the injured players are not serious.
Yes, that's what Real Madrid is currently experiencing, many of their core players are injured and that will affect their game, their strength will clearly be reduced in the first match later in the UCL against Stuttgart, seeing the storm of injuries experienced by Real Madrid can be utilized by Stuttgart by achieving positive results. But it seems that Ancelloti already has a plan to maintain the stability of his team, let's just wait and see what Ancelloti will do for all of that.
Last season we saw several players in Real Madrid's starting XI suffering from injuries but this season we don't see any injury problems in Real Madrid. Real Madrid have qualified replacements for those who are injured. Maybe the new season has started and they didn't play their best in the first few matches that's why many Real Madrid fans feel like maybe their team won't perform well this season but very soon we will see Real Madrid in a terrible form again. We don't know what kind of team Real Madrid won the Champions League title with last season. Compared to last season, Real Madrid's team is much stronger this season so we can definitely expect good things in La Liga or Champions League this season.

R.madrid is undoubtedly the best team in football as we speak. If the players have so much confidence in themselves, who am I to look at it the wrong way?... It's obvious that they're never going to back down. Even before the endeavors althrough -- when the transfer windows began, I always knew Madrid would maintain the standard that earned them the back-back-back champions league titles under omw of greatest coach, Zidane.

I'd like to see them meeting up with bigger teams as the competition goes by.
Madrid is indeed a big team, they are the favorites and will always remain the favorites to win the Champions League, but this time, it seems like they are not as strong as we are expecting, because they have large injury list and the list consists of some important players in the squad that are reliable especially in the midfield and the defense. And again, we can not because of that conclude that they will not perform well because anything can happen and Ancelotti is a big coach with great experience and there are players that can do wonders in the team especially Mbappe and Vinicius Jr and the main players will get well before the competition mover further; nevertheless, there are several teams that can do better in the Champions League especially Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and the rest of them; therefore, we have to wait and see how the competition go before we can conclude.

You know, Rodrygo and Federico Valverde are two who could do anything to uphold the them.
What kind of mentality is it?? Shocked I don't know, just Bravo man Cool.
Not only Mbappe and Vini jr. Every player of Los Blancos are so determined to win everything as much as they can.

I will say there is no chance Real Madrid will have any problems in the group stage or even in the knockout stage.
the problems are going to start from the semifinals. Because that is the time when they will start facing big opponents.
Also, Real Madrid is not very much worried about the La Liga. Because they are definitely the best team in La Liga.
So I think they should only be worried about the Champions League.
OK let me word it better, "they should be more concerned about the Champions League compared to the La Liga"  Smiley

I agree that Real Madrid was actually feeling invincible at the start of the season but it’s more like they have got a reality check. But it is still the start of the season and a lot of big teams do not perform as well as they should at the start of the season.

However, for now, Real Madrid journey is slightly hampered, due to player injuries and the adaptation process within the team. In the future, if the injury problem is resolved, I am quite sure they can create consistency in various competitions.

Although favored in every competition, the most important thing that Ancelotti must pay attention to is to emphasize his players not to be arrogant and underestimate any team. We have seen surprises so far, many favorite teams have fallen surprisingly when facing mediocre teams, Real Madrid must remain vigilant.

And in the group stage of the Champions League, Real will have no problem reaching the playoffs, it seems to me that this format will only be beneficial for strong teams.

That's what the Champions league organizer wants as they want the weaker teams to be eliminated faster and only the strong teams left so more people will be interested in watching the champions league games. The players that use to make the champions league interesting are all retiring or have stop playing in Europ, therefore they're looking for new strategy to help increase the interest in the league again. Teams that have very strong players depths are going to be the ones that'll advance to the further stages. Real Madrid reaching the playoffs isn't going to be a problem for them because they can use their second team to play and still defeat the other smaller teams.

Real Madrid is a team with a very impressive history and in fact,  the great quality of Real Madrid is still happening today. Unlike with other top teams that have a great history in the Champions League, but until this moment, other top teams do not have good quality, because they also have difficulty winning trophies although just in the domestic league. So, with such differences, of course every player who plays for Real Madrid will certainly have a very good champion mentality too.

But indeed, for this moment at least the young Real Madrid players still need time to be able to have the excellent quality of performance as before. Therefore, although Real Madrid is sometimes doubted,  but the fact is that Real Madrid always manages to advance further in the Champions League and of course, Real Madrid is always a very dangerous team for any team.

They are using a lot of the idea of the "dead" superleague, but this is on copied poorly.

This is really a poor imitation of the Super League. Of all 18 games, only 3 (I highlighted them) can be called top games and in addition, you can find 3-4 games that are of interest. The rest will be interesting only to fans of the playing clubs. In total, out of 18 games, only 6-7 are watchable - and this is with the optimistic assumption that the new format will not kill the irreconcilability of the confrontations, since this is the group stage and the value of the games is very low. The only improvement is three matchdays instead of two, but that could also be a problem as the Europa League and Conference League will have no spectators at all.
UEFA's new Champions League format is straight out of the Super League playbook - more money, less sport. Yeah, we might get some juicy early matchups, Liverpool vs. Real Madrid in the group stage? Sounds great. But what about the smaller clubs? They're getting thrown to the wolves, playing each other in meaningless games while the big boys duke it out

This ain't good for anyone. The knockout stages could be a snoozefest if half the big names get knocked out early. And let's not forget about the Europa League. It's supposed to get a boost with no more Champions League dropouts, but let's be real, it'll be completely overshadowed by the new UCL format

UEFA's chasing the cash. It's the same story with all these football associations: squeeze every last penny out of the clubs, the fans, everyone. The beautiful game is becoming the business game, and that's a damn shame
There are too many changes that do happen in the Champions League every season but I don't see it will make the Champions League better, this season we will see a new format and I think a lot of surprises will actually happen in the change of format, including we will see how often big teams meet now in the semi-league phase started which we rarely found in the previous group phase,  Maybe it will look interesting but the possibility for us to see a more exciting and high-intensity knockout phase seems unlikely to happen, because currently with the increase in the number of matches in the Champions League and also the schedule at clubs in the domestic league will actually make many players in big club clubs exhausted which in the end a storm of injuries will hit their squad,  Especially with the national team matches which are indeed close to the schedule that the club currently have, so I think every big team is no longer ready to face competition in the Champions League like what happened to Madrid today which has lost many players due to injury.

I don't doubt Ancelloti's ability to bring out the talents of his players including Mbappe who is currently still unable to integrate with the team, we are just waiting for the right time for Mbappe to bring out all his talents at real Madrid and help real Madrid win the La Liga and European trophies
My opinion is that Real, although very strong now, considered themselves invincible even before the first games, especially after Mbappe joined the team, but perhaps excessive confidence is now preventing them from showing the football that helped them become champions. Maybe injuries also play a role, Ancelotti needed to rebuild the midfield after Kroos left, then there were several injuries and this definitely complicates everything. Ancelotti is capable of dealing with this, 4 points is a lot, but so far nothing has been lost.

And in the group stage of the Champions League, Real will have no problem reaching the playoffs, it seems to me that this format will only be beneficial for strong teams.

Yeah, basically UEFA is getting inspired by Super League with this new format. But, the good thing is that no Champions League teams dropped to Europa after failing in the group stages. It means the competition in Europa league won't be diluted by the Champion leagues team.

It makes the Europa League more prestigious than last year. CL teams have no chance to get revival on Europa League after getting knocked out from the CL. And i'd be more excited for this.

There may be less spectators in the competition below UCL due to the new format, but i have no problem with it. I know UEFA <3 money.

Yes, the fact that all three tournaments are now isolated from each other gives them additional value (but in reality only eliminates an absurdity that should not have existed in the first place) I forgot this positive improvement since it was self-evident. It remains to be seen how this will affect the viewer interest. It seems to me that it will be low and we should at least get rid of the Conference League.

Thus the Europa League will be much more interesting and the teams competing there will be much more confident in the title fight. For those who do not qualify in the Champions League group stage, they will have the opportunity to prepare themselves in their respective Leagues so that the competition will be much more independent by relying on this format.

I think the audience problem will not be affected so much even though there is a slight decrease from before because football has become a favorite sport in most countries so people will still watch on the field or on other social media.

Seems you are so accustomed to watching the big teams of the famous leagues only but you may not know that some matches might even be more interesting than those you listed. If you watch Portugal match against Scotland yesterday, you will be surprised at how tough and captivating the match was even though no one would expect it will be that way. Scotland had an early lead that kept Portugal on their toe throughout the match and it only took the extraordinary effort of Cristiano Ronaldo to turn the match around and that was how they got the last minute goal that gave them the winning. So, there are many matches you did not mention that will be very interesting. Just try and watch highlights and to see some of the key moments of the various matches and you will know. Although, I will agree with you that Manchester City against Inter Milan and Atalanta against Arsenal are among the tough matches in the fixture.

Ancelotti has always succeeded and will always succeed in transforming teams into authentic goal-scoring machines. Real Madrid was still a team that had a lot of potential but Ancelotti always manages to bring out the best in the teams and Real Madrid will return to winning in the next matches. I'm sure
Don't forget failure in this game is actually inevitable in rhw long run so if for any rare reason ancelotti fails at some point, a big deal shouldn't be made of it, he's human and we are bound ro fail at some point regardless of our level of perfection due to experience, times will come when it becomes inevitable. The advantage Ancelotti is having currently is with time and so believing he's going to capitalize on this advantage it appears failure for his isn't an option just yet and ofcourse he's got his strategies and ways around this as almost always. If the injury time of some of these players could be shortened, it will mean a lot and also help get the team back in shape almost sonner, this does not mean the team is in their worse just yet but they are definitely going to build even stronger confidence. The likes of mbappe vinicius is still sound and healthy not injured so I believe something can be made off them to keeping the team strong before the injured will be back.

I don't doubt Ancelloti's ability to bring out the talents of his players including Mbappe who is currently still unable to integrate with the team, we are just waiting for the right time for Mbappe to bring out all his talents at real Madrid and help real Madrid win the La Liga and European trophies, So for now as supporters should be more patient because the team needs time especially at this time the real madrid squad is in a player crisis, most of its core players are injured we must understand that the current situation experienced by real madrid will inevitably have an impact on the improvements they are currently doing, and honestly real madrid for now still shows a good game despite being hit by injuries. Therefore as I have said, there is still plenty of time for recovery, wait for the time to come mbappe brings glory with real madrid.
