Considering unbelievable achievement of Dortmund success qualified to UEFA Champion League final in this season I think always has unpredictable teams will lead to final round for next season not only dominance by top teams. In this season, Dortmund success defeating many top teams and lead the first standings position group make them over confidence for success lead until final round.
I see Real Madrid more confidence for opportunity winning the Champion League next season after arriving Kylian Mbappe and the history of Madrid achievement with three Champion League consecutives winning last two season.

But I doubt with UEFA Champion League season 2024-25 have new format and how possibilities each teams keep consistent on every match, they have 8 matches in phase round and its not easy for top teams how to manage many matches in Champion League after new format adopting than usually has six matches only on phase round. Its need time for all teams adopt with new Champion League season 2024-25 format and keep playing well in domestic league.

We all love watching Real Madrid in the Champions League competition.

But suddenly something came to my mind, when was the last time Barcelona actually won the Champions League competition?
A quick Google search revealed that it was 2015.
Almost around nine years ago.
If I recall correctly, it was right after that when Real Madrid was going through a very tough time and Zidane came in as the emergency coach of Real Madrid. And we all know that the rest is history. he was able to win three Champions League competitions back to back with Real Madrid if I am not wrong. He was also able to bring Real Madrid a lot of other trophies including a La Liga trophy. And that was also the time when the downfall of Barcelona started. All the great players that Barcelona had started to leave the club. Barcelona also fell into a big financial problem. And now thinking that Barcelona is going to win the Champions League trophy can only happen in someone's dreams. I do not see Barcelona winning the Champions League trophy anytime soon as well.

I'm guessing that there are some people who want Mbappe over Haaland because he's now in Madrid, the chances of a potential win are quite greater than Man City.

That's just the facts. Mbappe coming to Madrid is already strong, meaning Madrid's attacking line is even sharper, this is all just speculation.

We are only talking about two clubs Real Madrid and Man City who have a chance in the final, then what about Liverpool, Bayern, Inter Milan I think this team should not be underestimated, we never know how the flow of the champion league will be.

Many people predict that Real Madrid will have the potential to become UCL champions again and Mbappe's arrival will certainly make Real Madrid stronger and in this forum I also see many people who favor Real Madrid to potentially become champions again.

Only UEFA can tell us their actual reasons behind the big change in their policy on eligible clubs for Champions League 2024 - 2025 season. With clubs from smaller domestic leagues, it will be their chances to enjoy Champions League and also help them to gain more income. That is like bringing more fair opportunities to grow up for them but it is very challenging for those clubs to compete. Even in domestic leagues, we easily see a fact that a new ranked / promoted club struggle to survive in a higher ranked league and they usually relegated next one or two seasons.

There will be surprising underdogs but we will barely see them in domestic leagues or Champions League.

I don't think so actually but clubs at 5th rank of two best leagues can make surprise. For clubs from small leagues, I really don't believe they can make big shocks and contribute for a more competitive Champions League.

With the new format of the Champions League competition, I am expecting a lot of clubs to actually make some surprises. Maybe it is going to create a new chance for the clubs which are actually not known to perform very well in the Champions League competition.  This is going to be a chance for them. At least that’s what I am thinking right now. I also believe that the Champions League competition is going to be more competitive. Even though I do not believe that with the new implementation of the new format, is going to be any harder for Real Madrid. But I am expecting some other teams to actually perform better in the Champions League competition than the traditional ones that we are used to seeing in the Champions League. Maybe there are going to be more surprises now. But still, it is going to be the fight between the best teams in the world. So no matter what the format is it is still going to be competitive

Personally, I think Real Madrid will have it again, now that we have Kylian Mbappé and Red hot Vini Jr. Even Manchester City would dread to play against Real Madrid. It's also the only Club in the UCL history to lift it back to back.

It seems to be st uo for Real Madrid and to be serious here, they won the Championsleague and now sign Mbappe, it is difficult to not see how they are destined to win the title again. They are the huge favorites. I mean Vinicius Junior and Mbappe, those are some names....

Agree. Actually, it is not the right time to predict which team to win the UCL trophy for the next season. But we know that people must be always curious and trying to guess for the possibility of the champion in the next season. Real Madrid successfully builds their squad with most young players. And they won the current UCL trophy, it just add more UCL trophies for Real Madrid. With Mbappe, Real Madrid looks stronger in the next season. We can't blame those people who are optimistic about Real Madrid in the next season.

Dortmund can surprise us in this season. Sure, other teams can surprise us in the next season, too. I really expect that there is a team from EPL that can surprise us to play in the final in the next season. In the season of 2023-2024, all EPL teams look weaker. They need to prove that EPL is the best league in the world and it has strongest teams in the world.

The entire season was spent without a striker and they also entered the final after defeating stronger teams. So it has to be said that without Mbappe, Real Madrid is strong enough but after Mbappe joined Real Madrid, Real Madrid has become stronger and the attacking department is much stronger. The top teams in the Spanish la Liga and the English premier league appears to be the most picked as the favourite to winning the champions league next season because of their obvious strength which can be seen through last season and even now just before the beginning of the new season, Manchester city, and Real Madrid appears to the most picked choice as favourite for most teams and this is very much understood because they have got a very good depth aswell as the team quality is sound, all of which have put together to making these two teams stand out.

i truest Guadiola is very good and talented he will do everything to win the Champions League because they still have the key players to perform and win the title. If Madrid win the Champions League next season he will be a shame to Guadiola if no European club that can defeat madrid in the Champions league next season.

It is the best league in the world because it is used to rate the performance of all the teams to know the best team since all the top teams that are the best in the European top leagues do come together to play the Champions League, and Real Madrid is the champion because the team has won the Champions League 15 times. Talking about how the new champions league season is gonna be, I assume that it will still create tension just like every other seasons and since Real Madrid is dominating the champions league every one can just tip them to win continuously most especially now that the squad has become more solid with the free transfer of former PSG play maker Kylian Mbappe so a lot is expected from the Real Madrid squad but however let's not forget the fact that the champions league is a combination of champions from other leagues so changes can happen as things may not really go as everyone is predicting but however, Real Madrid will go far in the competition because it will be shameful for them not to make visible impact after having the best squad for the competition.

It's too early to talk about who might get the win because the league hasn't started yet of course we still have a very big question mark in the course of the league season this time, and indeed see that many teams are preparing their troops to form their best strategy to compete in the Champion league which might make us difficult who will get the win in the league this season.

I see that for Dortmund next season I personally very arguably can reach the position of this season, although indeed their performance is quite good this season and managed to become runner up and compete with Real Madrid is indeed a very big achievement, but what if they meet a group in which there is Real Madrid and they can lose at the beginning or in the middle.

I really do not think that they were that much worried about it, doesn't mean that they looked for one, just means that they knew that they would find one. Defiantly its way too early to tell who is going to win the UEFA Champions League but the top favorites are Real Madrid Arsenal Liverpool. Everyone is now working on Buying and selling players and teams are completely in rest mode.

Every team that enters and competes in the Champions League will do its best work, even though most teams do not have the same level as the elite teams who are always favourites. The Champions League is interesting, because teams from various leagues come together to compete for the best title. even though in reality, the Domestic League competition is more tiring, especially the Premier League. Just imagine, each team has to play 38 matches until the end of the season. Apart from that, some teams have to focus on other competitions.

However, the Champions League is still ranked as the best of any league. Last season, Real Madrid became champions. Next season, Madrid's chances are still very big, especially with the presence of Mbappe. However, there is no certainty that they will win this competition again. Even though they have a chance to do so, some of their competitors are not teams that can be underestimated. City, one that can be said to always be among the favorite candidates. I understand the oddsmakers are giving Haaland a higher percentage, but I would expect it to be the other way around. With Real Madrid's Mbappe transfer and since they are the last Champions League champions, I thought Mbappe might have a higher rate or the percentage difference between them could be lower.

The two strongest candidates for the next season are both players and their teams. I cannot even predict that another team will win the cup, given these teams.
