I am impressed by Leipzig's performance. Being in the second position of group F is a wonderful move. Real Madrid is just a point ahead of them.

Not surprised by Juventus' result they are not doing well not only in the UCL but also in the league, I think Juve's chances are already closed whatever the outcome of the next game does not affect their chances of qualifying, this season was a bad one for Juve.

Benfica created problems for itself out of the blue, first by not making the score 5-1 and then by not realizing a one-on-one exit with the Juventus goalkeeper at 4-3. Even if Juventus had really lost with a big score of 5-1 or 4-1, I'm not sure that the club's management would have decided to dismiss Allegri, and so the final score of the match is quite respectable and it looks like nothing threatens the head coach's positions so far. If the head coach says so, it means he is confident in continuing his work at the club.

PSG was in such a mood for it today and they delivered what they came on the pitch for in ways that Maccabi Haifa won't have expected or imagined. Although i can't say they were all that disappointing because they came put with sme dangerous attack that couldn't find the net with so many off target shots. Abdoulaye Seck delivered some superior headed balls into the net but PSG showed more quality and Joshua Cohen wasn't at his best.
Frm the little I observed, he seemed weak on his left hand. Most if fge goals came through that side of the ball and it was mostly a curved ball to the far corner. PSG 7-2 Maccabi Haifa, surprising score for a champions league game.

With their first defeat since May 8, Madrid's unbeaten streak comes to an end.

Although football predictions are rarely 100% accurate, I don't think Madrid will lose this match.
Vinicious played poorly, had terrible finishing, held the ball too long rather than passing it to his teammates, and I believe this contributed to Madrid's loss.
I hope he has learned from his mistakes, and I think the team will benefit from having Benezma, Modric, and Valerde back.
Madrid will eventually make a comeback. This season, they went 17 games without a loss. It's a solid album.

liepzig were able to win Real Madrid 3-2 in a thrilling encountered this night,I didn't know Madrid were going to come back to score two goals again after Liepzig flogged them 2-0 within 30 minutes of play. Madrid were in a very good form but they couldn't just defeat Liepzig today.
Whereas Mancity were held to a goalless draw with Dortmund.

P$G 7:2 Maccabi Haifa. That moment when over 3.5 goals looked like safe bet, but I didn't risked to go with more. Easy walk in park for Messi, Mbappe and Neymar, but they also let farmers from Haifa to score.
Shakhstar achieved important draw with Celtic. Damn, how good is Mudryk, seems that he will be imprtant target for big clubs soon. Though, unexpected Leipzig win ruined things a bit for Shakhtar. Now they will have to win against Leipzig in last round in Warsaw, while for Leipzig draw is enough.
Dortmund 0:0 City. Maybe draw isn't surprise, but I expected to see some goals. Mahrez missed already second penalty in Champions League, first was against Copenhagen.
Good to see Sevilla bounce back with new coach. Now they qualified where they simply belongs - Europa League playoffs.

It's not going to be easy but it could still happen. Benfica is a great team, people do not look at them as a great team because they are not at the top 5 big league, but they are still a great team, better than most teams in the big five league aside from maybe top 2-3 of those leagues, sometimes second best.

This is why Juventus will have a very hard time beating them, and I am guessing a good loss is waiting for them if all goes as expected. Juventus is a good club to be honest but they haven't become a "team", they are a bunch of players all playing together but not a team. This causes them to play much worse than they could potentially play and Benfica is not like that, they are a proper team.

Hopefully the two straight wins over Manchester City and West Ham will boost their confidence going into the next games. The supporters will be excited to see their team getting back their form and returning to winning games. The season still holds a lot of surprises, Liverpool have a chance to be strong contenders for the title
