Leipzig playing amazing football. No wonder why Bundesliga is so close this season.

Are we gonna see 3 German sides in quarterfinals? Well it seems like unless Tottenham can bring back their luck element in final minutes like previous season.

Atalanta vs Valencia
Spurs vs Leipzig

The games aren’t as exciting on paper as last night, these are maybe the 4 weakest teams left in the competition.

^  Expecting Mou to do the same (as pragmatic as he is).  And I'm rooting for him to go thru, tho I like to see Nagelsmann to progress as well (I'd also like to see him replace Pep at City).
Yep, I could see him trying that same defensive approach. But Leipzig only have one centre-back 100% fit to play as Orban, Upamecano, and Konate have been ruled out for today's match, so maybe Tottenham can take advantage of a weak defence? If only they had Kane and Son available :/

The todays Tottenham - RB Leipzig is going to be a really close one in my opinion. With all the injured players, I really can't tell who is favored tonight. In the Bundesliga RB Leipzig showed strong performances against FC Bayern München (especially the 2nd leg here) and against Werder Bremen. On the other hand Tottenham won against Manchester City in the Premier League. Wow I really don't know on which team, I should bet tonight. I guess the best idea would be to skip this one, since I have no clue who is going to win. Any advice?  Wink

Possible full of goals. We know how Leipzig are performing in Bundesliga and have good goal scoring average but with Tottenham's top attacking players- Son and Kane out it makes it hard to say that both sides will be involved with coring tonight.

It will be interesting to see the lineup that Mourinho will choose tonight.

Any betting line suggestions?

Predicting the results of tonight's matches between Spears and LB is not easy, as is Atlanta against Valencia, I will not bet this night. I'll leave it to another chance!!!!I will not bet this night.   Wink For sure tonight there will be an unexpected surprise

I still can't believe the game, it wasn't like Madrid played better, Liverpool was clearly the better team and it was obvious that Athletico just played a marvelous defense and there was nothing Liverpool could do to tie the game. I mean I have counted 10 players inside the lines in one possession, there is only goalkeeper left anyway, so at one point ALL of athletico Madrid was there, Liverpool's quick playing couldn't made any difference because they had to go beyond 3-4 people all at once whenever they attacked.

The goal Athletico scored was basically the summary of the game as well, Liverpool did everything right but it just stayed right in front of Niguez and he scored an easy one. I think on the second leg Liverpool have a chance to redeem themselves easily if this is the tactic Athletico will once again do.

I want to talk a little about head to head between the two teams, Tottenham and Leipzig.
Since January 2020, Tottenham has played 10 matches with 5 wins, 3 draws and 2 of them lost. As for the Leipzig team they have played 6 matches with 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 of them lost.

Based on the data I have, the match between Tottenham vs Leipzig at the UCL event is the first and I think this is one of the rare things. So both teams will definitely do the same thing to find out the quality of each other is opponents so they can create a good chance of winning.

So far I think you will definitely know who should win the Tottenham vs Leipzig match, but certainty is determined after 90 minutes of regular time and extra time. Lets look forward to this match.

I'm really impressed about the performance Tha dortmund had yesterday.
I didn't expect anything more from PSG. However, I wonder why Haaland is able to play on the Champions League with dortmund. I thought tgst he wouldn't be because he had some participations with Salzburg.

<...> and I also bet that Atalanta will win against Valencia. I hope I don't have any big unpleasant surprises tonight.
Atalanta playing in the CL Round of 16 for the first time ever, Valencia used to playing in the big stages...I don't know, some Atalanta players could feel overwhelmed, a lot of them never expected to be at San Siro playing in the Champions League!  Shocked
Not saying they're gonna lose but, i would stay away from ML on this game.

But in Atalanta's statistics it is superior but it can't guarantee Atalanta will win with Valencia, in fact in this match I still doubt where Atalanta is still not enough for CL but they in the news will continue to ambition to win its first in the last 16 so this become one of the full surprise games later.

Simeon's extraordinary coach deserves to win the cup, A brave man is standing on his feet to guide the players Roll Eyes He can influence fans' enthusiasm and ask them for more chants and chants and this makes you feel that he runs the entire stadium !!! Grin I think this guy can bring down Big Liverpool. We'll wait for the return match.
Dortmund achieved the victory as expected as well,He will definitely cross to the next round.
Yeah ATM is a good team and Simeone is a good manager too but better to not underestimate Liverpool also. They could come back easily, that's applicable also for PSG. 1 goal difference is not reassuring at all in both games.

Liverpool's situation is really not good, they will play at a disadvantage and if Atletico de Madrid scores 1 goal at Liverpool's home and then just keep defending until the game ends, Liverpool may lose the game. Anyway the game that catches my attention today is this:

Tottenham - RB Leipzig

I wonder how tottenham will perform in today's match Grin
Yes Liverpool is in an awkward situation but they have to deal with it.
For today games, yes Tottenham one is more interesting but I think Leipzig will win 1-0 or maybe 2-1. Yesterday surprises may occurs also in Atalanta game? Tongue

for today's games I am of the opinion that tottenham will win the game against RB Leipzig. If tottenham does not make any mistake (something like a foul that originates a penalty and score goals they will win this game) and I also bet that Atalanta will win against Valencia. I hope I don't have any big unpleasant surprises tonight.

for me most important match tonight is Atalanta - Valencia, and I expect VCF to score good result for the re-match at home, and to pass-through into next round, both teams are underdogs, but in good form at the moment, so could be very interesting and one team has to proceed into next round, which is great success for both of them...

Did we play really bad or we were not lucky much. Seems like finally we got the taste of losing after long time.
Liverpool was pretty bad, kept the possession throughout the whole game but were unable to get past Simeone's massive bus parked in front of goal. Klopp got outclassed by a manager who always uses a "score a goal and then deploy the Shield Wall" gameplan  Lips sealed I'm expecting more of the same at Anfield.

but did you see how fast he ran two times towards goals? So fast even his teammates could not see him!

There is still a match in the second leg at Anfield where Liverpool will correct the mistake and it will not happen again in the second leg, yesterday's match was less favorable for Liverpool I am also disappointed as a Liverpool fan.

Tottenham in the last season has a good history to advance to the final and currently coach Mourinho has handled Spurs there when Mou will provide the best strategy at UCL tonight, the main point of this match should not be missed. Believe me, Tottenham will win.

What Erling Braut Håland is currently doing is just unbelievable. Another two goals in a Champions League game. He's only 19 years old and already scoring like a young Christiano Ronaldo. 7 games, 10 goals, 1 assist and an average of 46 minutes per goal. He really pushes Borussia Dortmunds game to a new level. If they can repeat such a strong performance in Paris I am sure they can make it to the quarter finals.
I hope Dortmund can win this, it will be a difficult task for sure.
But if Haaland is playing too good, the problem arises that other clubs will get interested. I hope that won't happen soon, he's contributing to Dortmund a lot, especially because Reus is missing so often.  Cheesy

Dortmund must be so happy they found this guy and managed to convince him to come. They are already such a strong team on their own,,, but did you see how fast he ran two times towards goals? So fast even his teammates could not see him! That man is only 19 years old too,,, and he will definitely spend a few years first before moving on.

For today games, yes Tottenham one is more interesting but I think Leipzig will win 1-0 or maybe 2-1. Yesterday surprises may occurs also in Atalanta game? Tongue

The rates are the same for both clubs, but it seems to me that Leipzig will not be able to win Totenham ... Maybe they can play in a draw ... But I will bet on Totenham!

Although Leipzig still has no experience at UCL but I am sure they will win this match with Tottenham, I also will not doubt Tottenham especially now controlled by Mourinho who have felt the UCL title so this match will be so tough in my opinion.
Betting on RB Leipzig will be more interesting than Tottenham and let's see who is more powerful on the field.
