What does everybody think of Tottenham's chances to reach the semi finals under Mou?  Good...?  Bad?

Bad to be honest, there are definitely better teams than Spurs. It depends how the draw works out for them, they could get lucky but unlikely imo.
I also believe it to be bad because of the performance of the Hotspur lately which also the reason why they are considered as an underdog in this season Champion League but football can be hard to predict sometime because something ones less expect to happen sometime and Mou can be funny in terms of changing the game.

In a few hours the UCL match will start soon I will try to bet in some of these matches.

Red Bull vs Liverpool - I'm sure this will be a win for Liverpool
Chelsea vs Lille - I think it's very easy for Chelsea to win at home.
Inter Milan vs Barcelona - Many say Lionel Messi will not play so Inter must remain aware of Suarez's movements because he always scores goals.

Liverpool with Keita in midfield, I'd rather we went with Milner.

A tough game but looking forward to it, we are already experienced enough for these kind of games. Salzburg is an interesting and dangerous team though, I liked that Minamino guy in our first game and Haaland is another one to keep an eye on.

It should be a great one for the neutrals.

My tips for today CL matches:

Ajax - Valencia - Home win (Away team has lot of important players that will not play today due to injuries) Last H2H Ajax won away 0:3
Salzburg - Liverpool - goal over 2.5 (Haaland from Salzburg is one of the best scorers in CL and last H2H was 4:3 for Lievpool)

Do you think that Haaland is going to score against Liverpool? I find it hard to happen.
Also, Ajax might have better players but Valencia needs points to get qualified so I don't think it would be an easy win for Ajax.

Suarez is still a very good player but he’s not the magician he once was. Naturally he’s on the decline as he comes close to his mid 30’s. I loved him at LFC, he was amazing, wish he never left.
It was Suarez's best time while he was playing in the English league. I also really like him and he is my mainstay striker in fantasy premier league. But now he has gone down a lot. And he started diving too much. I think against Inter Milan in the champions league he will not be played by coach Barcelona

Under the new manager Tottenham is doing very well. At least their last few matches proves it, except the match again Man Utd in EPL. Utd was just super motivated. I am interested to see how far Ajax can go. They were the team full with excitement in the last season and proved everyone wrong in some matches.

Tottenham and Bayern Munich have been confirmed to qualify for the next round and only prove it for Mourinho against Bayern Munich will this win at the hands of Mourinho? or vice versa as defeated by Man United yesterday in the EPL?
I hope this wins again for Mourinho at UCL.

Shakhtar doesn't even have to beat Atalanta for Dinamo to continue in EL, for them even draw is enough in that match and they can loose against City. In that case both Atalanta and Dinamo will have 5 points, but Dinamo has advantage due better goal difference in those Dinamo-Atalanta matches.

It sounds almost impossible and crazy, but Dinamo should go all in against City, draw doesn't bring anything at this point.

All is good for Dinamo unless Atalanta beats Shakhtar, and they are capable of doing  that.

Yea, sorry, that is what I meant to write and thought I wrote Grin

In other news - Man City is bringing all the best available players to Zagreb.

Dinamo Zagreb has its chance to win over MC since this game has almost no meaning for them. It would be insane for them to go with full force and maybe lost some important player with all those who have already been injured. But Dinamo depends not only on its possible victory, if Shakhtar wins over Atalanta they will secure 2 spot. In any case, Dinamo needs to win in this game if they want to play in CL or EL next year.

A completely open group, all three teams have the opportunity to win 2 spot.

Not entirely true, if Shakhtar wins Dinamo goes to EL even if they lose.
My opinion is they have 0 chance against City, even if City will probably come with a weakened team. Their 'C' team has players that can get into most teams in Europe.

Yes draw is a big factor but in their day Tottenham can threat any team and win the match. So I will not take the lightly. They have good chance.

Yeah it's like messi himself is 50% of the Barcelona as a club , no wonder bookies give that much to the market.
I still confident that inter milan won't go qualified easily, it's a 50/50 chance for me . Barcelona get draw or win it with 1 goal difference like 1-2 or 2-3 ... or intermilan win it in struggle and some lucky factors like 1-0 and defending at the rest of the game.

Inter milan urgently need this winning and that's could be a boomerang for them.

To play under pressure like that could bring chaos at the back as they focusing on attack, unless they found an early goal. I've seen how conte playing style works since he was in Juventus and spent 2 years at chelsea.

Yeah, it may all work fine for Barcelona. Barca plays entirely different football in the absence of Messi, players take more initiative and midfield try to open defensive line rather than giving ball to Messi outside the box and hope he will take that to penalty area.
As far as I remember, Messi was unable to play 2 champions league games last season, both of those were also against Inter Milan. But players like Dembele, Coutinho and Rafinha took charge and played pretty well. And how can we forget 5-1 against Real Madrid. Players click better together when Messi doesn't play. However, that doesn't mean Barca is stronger without Messi. His presence alone is enough to win games for Barca.

Suarez is still a very good player but he’s not the magician he once was. Naturally he’s on the decline as he comes close to his mid 30’s. I loved him at LFC, he was amazing, wish he never left.

I am Barca supporter and believe me Suarez is almost finished. He scores because he has Messi who creates most of his chances. One against Mallorca was awesome on Saturday but in the same game, he missed a very silly shot too. He has become too slow and when he's unable to control ball or bettered by a defender, he just falls to attract foul. It has really become irritating as a Barca fan to watch him falling for no reason.

my correct score prediction? chelsea 3-2 lille should be an intense match
dortmund 1-0 slavia prague
inter milan 0-1 barcelona

can somebody calculate how much the odds for my correct score prediction above?  Cheesy

3 This match is indeed difficult to guess in its score.
I would have thought that Chelsea would win not knowing its score
Dortmund will clearly win this match against Slavia Praha
Inter and Barcelona I can be sure because Inter now have to win so the game they will continue to attack.

Group H
Chelsea will win against Lille OSC and this must really win for Chelsea if they want to qualify for the next round. Score (2-1)

Group F
Borussia Dortmund vs Slavia Prague (3-1)
Dortmund has a great chance to win the match before being able to draw against Barcelona and beat Inter Milan.

Inter v Barcelona (2-1)
I believe Inter Milan will win because this is life and death for Inter Milan at UCL.
That could be a trap, instead get a desired winning chelsea could receive the unexpected and unacceptable loss. the must winning match always full of surpises , beware on this match it looks really easy but it is not, despite i choose chelsea to win.
dortmund , they fight for nothing if the match result between inter milan and barcelona ended with inter milan victory but still they have to win this match against slavia prague which is not easy , they are the real underdog among the underdogs! just in case inter milan get draw or lost so they can get through the next round.

Inter will face Barcelona tonight in the last game in group stage, everybody know inter should win this game to qualify into the next stage, dur to the easy game for Dortmund against Slavia Prague, well Barcelona without Messi is not dangerous, I don't expect them to score a goal tonight, I will bet for Inter Milan to win this game.

The odds of 1.55 for Inter Milan show us that Inter should have an easy win tonight but never should we understand a team like Barcelona even if plays without Messi.Luis Suarez is a great forwarder,I am afraid of a draw tonight or even a lost game for Inter if they try to attack a lot which is what they need to do tonight.Barcelona had a very effective counter attack.

Luiz Suarez is the most dangerous if there is no Lionel Messi in there Inter Milan must focus on defense when attacking the Inter Milan back line is not missed, and true Inter Milan will attack it out tonight if it still persists in its strategy too far to win this match.
Yes, tonight Lionel Messi is not playing and will be an opportunity for Luiz Suarez to play freely and will score goals because Luiz Suarez can play very well and dangerously without Lionel Messi.
and tonight's match will be played at Inter Milan and Barcelona who will definitely qualify for the next round.

That is true about Man City, they have bigger problems in the EPL, so they won't be really focused on the game against Dinamo, and that could be  Dinamo chance. I am definitely avoiding that game though, i wont bet on it.

Regarding tonight, my money will be on Dortmund, Chelsea and Napoli.
Chelsea has better chances with the home game and coming back of Rudiger. He should be in the line up according to the Coach, statistics shows he has better record at the defense when he plays. he is  better and an experienced defender than any other in the team, he is also a leader. All Chelsea need is to win to get to the next round, though they might face a tougher team with less point. Napoli is a very strong team and they cant be underrated

What does everybody think of Tottenham's chances to reach the semi finals under Mou?  Good...?  Bad?

They reached the finals under Pochetino last season, so the semi-finals this season is possible, but every team takes it one step at a time. It's possible for every English team to finish top of their respective groups, and Tottenham finishing second would avoid them all, they would also want to avoid the likes of PSG and Barcelona.
A good draw in the round of 16 and we can see what happens from there.

I think the possibility is a little bigger under Mourinho is leadership. Mourinho is an experienced coach and has won 2 UEFA Champions titles with Inter Milan and Porto.
I think Mourinho can help Tottenham get to the semifinals and even if they can maintain their consistency then they might also reach the final. Not something bad in my opinion.
