The bad news for Zagreb would be that if city field their main team or a team B, it'll still be a team stronger than Zagreb and a team that should be able to beat Zagreb on any champions league night. If you look at the players on city's bench, this are players that are worth millions and even worth more than 3 Zagreb players, so if they get the nod to play, they have to play up to standard.

Cancelo in place of Walker, Mendy in place of Angelino, Gundogan for Rodrigo, Mahrez to replace Bernado Silva, etc, this are changes that could be made, now tell me if this changes would weaken the team(not possible).

Why Dortmund should be happy? This news that Barca will play without key players is only good for Inter. Let's say that Inter and Borussia will win tomorrow and in this case Inter will go through, because they have advantage against Borussia.

Liverpool are in a bad spot here and they can definitely be knocked out, which will be a consolation for Manchester United fans considering the fact that they have almost won the premier league title. Inter Milan have a huge advantage going in this match as Messi is not playing, and if they yet loose it then they only have themselves to blame for their exit.

Tomorrow is very interesting matchday.
I think that Chelsea have great chance to qualify, playing at home against Lille, they just need a win. While Valencia need to win and wait good result from Chelsea game.
Liverpool - Salzburg should be interesting. Salzburg have do or die game, while Liverpool need draw only. We can expect many goals there.
In G group everything is so unpredictable with Benfica - Zenit and Leipzig - Lyon games.

I don't see this game ending with a draw. A win is a must for Inter, plus, they'll play against a FC Barcelona without Messi, that alone increases their odds of winnng that game by at least 20% (if it was 60/40 for Barca, now is the other way around for Inter). Even the bookies have Inter as the main favorite now that Messi was confirmed to miss the game vs the italians (Inter to WIN @1.56, Barca to WIN @5.38).

Barcelona fans would be crazy not to take ML at such odds.
