PSG are probably a better team than Real & this was shown in the first game between them. The thing is when Real are desperate, backs up against the wall etc they can always get a result. Their squad is full of winners with amazing CV’s, littered with trophies.

I think Real will get a result in this game tbh.
I still do believe Real Madrid can come through thou they have lost a bit of confidence and that fear factor they had in Europe. It will take alot of work to get back to where they were in Europe 2-3 years back.

The players are brilliant, but they don't play as a team. I witnessed that in the recent 0-0 draw against Real Betis.

I'm waiting for the match Dortmund vs Inter Milan will Dortmund be able to win this match at home? Having 4 points is the same as Inter Milan so both must compete as much as they can to win, adding 3 points will be safe to advance to the last 16.

They lost to Inter Milan on their first game and I don't see a different result even on their home. What I have seen in the previous match is even though Dortmund maintained the possession of the ball most of the game they failed to produce a goal and yet Inter Milan has maximize their attacks well and delivered two goals during that match. Without them changing anything on their defense and how they bring the ball down I don't see them winning the second game at all.

You have a point, but would you put aside all his success with city simply because of one trophy, if city win the league this season, that'll be three in a row not to talk of if they add the league and fa cup, that'll be total domestic dominance and that's some feat worthy of note as well as something city wants, yeah the previous managers had various levels of success but I don't think any would be able to match peps success when he leaves.

The UCL is indeed a coveted title that city would be craving to win, pep wants it, the board wants it as well as the fans, and i believe city would push with all they have to get it this season, but if they don't and can make up with domestic titles, then it's a successful season I must say and I doubt if he can be called a failure.

I don't think so...  At this point in City's progress, there's no other trophy that can make up for the CL.  It's the CL or bust before Pep leaves.

I wonder who'll replace Pep when he leaves.  Arteta...?

I think that Psg will win easily against any team of the group in their home field. They may be not in their best form but surely they are able to win.Just remember the game against Real Madrid where they won easily and produced a great football.I think it will be difficult for any other team of the group to get a different result in Stad de France.

Why Manchester City always wins in champions league matches, you can see the picture below:

So do not be surprised if Man City always wins in every game, they are in an easy group in my opinion. We will see later in the next round, it will prove.
Manchester City can play well against the other top teams but it is a fact that it belongs in a weak group. Put Manchester City in a tough group like B where Bayern Munich or Tottenheim or in the toughest group F where Barca, Inter Milan and Dortmund are all together.
like the previous season, Manchester City always get a group with an easy team, I think this season will also be the same as the previous season, Manchester City will break at the quarter finals when meeting a big team.

Anything short of a victory for real Madrid would be a very bad result and further reduce their chances of qualifying to the next round. They face PSG next and would need maximum points against Galatasary. Club Brugge on the other hand would be playing damage limitation, trying to reduce the number of goals they concede. But PSG are not in the best of forms, so they could be daring and try to take something from their trip to Paris.

@Upgrade00 I’ll agree Real Madrid needs to win this match to increase their chances of qualifying for the next round, because so far they have only been able to secure 4 points in the three fixtures they have played. PSG will thrash Real Madrid again hence winning tonight’s fixture should be a priority for Real Madrid.

Compete at Bernabaou Real Madrid must be confident of his victory, I believe Zidane gave his best strategy because this is the victory for the next round, and I think Galatasaray is a weak opponent so Madrid should be able to win.
I hope fully for this victory.

Pep Guardiola will pursue this trophy, because CL is one of the most prestigious trophies and can be called a successful coach who has won the CL trophy, look at Man. City is unbeaten in this match, and I hope that after qualifying for the next round, we can face many goals.

One way or another, everything's going well for City. Many teams are struggling, including Real Madrid. Therefore I think the City looks great. I think City fans should enjoy today, contrary to what you say. The next stage will be challenging opponents and tighter challenges.
Facing easy teams in the first stage is not something good generally.. In the next round, many games are already fixed and coaches can test their substitutes...

Why do you say that?
Facing easy teams is always good especially for teams that come from the Premier League or La Liga, where they play a lot of games during the season.
Playing against easy teams allow them to make rotation as well as securing the 1st place in the group and have easier matches in the next round.

Would you prefer being in easy Champions League group or having difficult opponents? I don't understand how facing easy teams is NOT good. You can rest your key players and secure promotion to knockout phase soon. Manchester City had luck with a draw this year.
The money and injuries part are two important reasons but it is not the key ones. Injuries could happen even in training and money can be collected from other important games.
Playing vs easy teams will make the players more confident in a negative manner which may have an impact in the next games. Man City is a professional team indeed but facing some challenges is required in every step. We will see what will happen next

They just need to have more games against these teams in order to show their true value and potential.Liverpool did last year, now it is the turn of Manchester City to show they can do it too.

Well, if they can't go to semis then that won't be possible. You get the chance because you win, not because you believe you're equal with those teams.

Too high hopes for Manchester City to enter the semi-finals. Manchester city is always tough in the domestic league, but for the champions league they are only able to phase 8 or 16 major.
That is why I say, it is too illusory for Menchester City to enter the semi-finals.
