What we see from Real Madrid they show that they are not only a giant team but also equipped with a team with a winning mentality. Manchester City are one of the toughest teams to beat but for Real Madrid it can happen. Even in just a few minutes. At Real Madrid everything looks so complete, And they managed to use everything they had. Their success in making a comeback is a record that they are a great team.

and once again showing that with all the money/capital that is being pumped into the clubs by the investors, there is no guarantee of winning any titles, let alone the cl title
and here is a small example, which refers to the below statistics:
manchester united + manchester city = €1.9b spent, 0 cl trophies
fc chelsea + fc liverpool + bayern munich = €1.2b spent, 5 cl trophies

I never expected Manchester City to lose in the way their lose in the last night match haven't scored a 1 goal in the last minute of the match I expected Manchester City players to lock their defense, and walk away with the q goal.

It was a poor performance from Manchester city in the final minutes of the tie last night against Real Madrid. They were overwhelmed with minutes left to play and conceded 2 goals in 2 minutes that took the game to extra time. There are concerns this is about the coach ineptitude or players poor experience because the same thing has happened in 4 separate seasons under Pep at Manchester city

And now Real Madrid are officially Liverpool's opponent in final round of the CL. But the match last night was absolutely epic. Even Real Madrid must be very surprised after making that kind of a comeback. They literally saved themselves by the goals in the stoppage time. Benzema and Rodrygo were the heroes of this match certainly. If it weren't for them, Real Madrid would be eliminated. Now let's see if Real Madrid revenge on Liverpool.

Just waiting can Liverpool revenge last time defeated by Real Madrid on champion league final?

Sincerely? I think Real Madrid will win the Champions League. Certainly Liverpool took notes on Real Madrid's style of play. But I don't think at this point even Real Madrid knows what strategy they use to win games in the last 10 minutes.  Cheesy

Real madrid's journey in the Champions League this season has been magical and full of surprises again and again until they reach the final Real madrid have beaten some very strong teams and are predicted to win the Champions League this season. Like PSG, Chelsea, Manchester City.
and when Real Madrid was on the verge of being knocked out of this tournament it was even predicted that they would not be able to advance to the next round, but Real Madrid was able to turn things around and it was amazing.
Hopefully it doesn't happen to Liverpool in the final because I hope Liverpool beat Real Madrid and become champions this season and another reason because in the final there is no second leg because that's what can turn things around for Real Madrid.

After Kyle Walker out have many change and impact with Manchester City defensive area, I think as one reason why Real Madrid success made come back from Manchester City last night. Maybe if Walker without got injury not ability for Real Madrid can scored 2 goals before make match continue on extra time. But good luck for Real Madrid and Liverpool have settle on final early looks as interested final match between La Liga and Primer league team. Just waiting can Liverpool revenge last time defeated by Real Madrid on champion league final?

The mistake guardiola made was to put zinchenko in this match, the lad has never been good defensively. The two crosses that lead to the goals came from his wing. Carvajal crosses was limited with cancelo when he was on that wing. Guardiola could have brought a physical defensive player for walker to see out the match even if its a CB. He should have sub Silva and play fenardinho, Let mahrez remain in the game to keep pushing attack and at same time play a defensive MIDFIELDER. I believe that Guardiola errors lead to this loss, the players didn't bottled the chance
Zinchenko coming on was not the problem, it is true that he is quite inexperienced and not strong defensively but he was not the problem. The only reason Manchester City were able to contain Real Madrid for long in the game was because everyone was defending as a pack from the midfield to defense. They were quite successful with that and luckily they scored a goal. The problem started when Grealish was substituted in, he was making too many forward runs unlike City throughout the game that was balanced, they because unstable at the back forgetting what Madrid could do and they got punished. The chances of City qualifying dropped from 80% to 5% when Pep brought Fernandinho in with over 10 minutes left. Guardiola decisions cost City yesterday.

Yet another dramatic moment in the history of UEFA Champions league yesterday, Real Madrid has shown the world how determined they are to become the European champion once more. They've done that before and they did it again, the experience was there and it paid off. I don't really know what to say about Manchester City, my hope was in them, but I wasn't dissapointed anyways. They probably felt too convenient or demoralized in the game and they were made to pay for that, Pep wouldn't forget this in his coaching career ever.

"Hala Madrid" was the sentence flowing all over the place yesterday, and Congratulations to Madrid, I hope they will sing CAMPEÓN! CAMPEÓN! CAMPEON! once again, but I'm not sure Liverpool who is meeting them for the second time, after the embarrassing UCL final experience they had with Madrid in 2017/2018, would make things easy for Madrid as they wouldn't want history to repeat itself. It's definitely going to be another dramatic and unpredictable UCL final yet again.

I was completely satisfied with the Real Madrid v Manchester City match. The last moments of the first ninety minutes were definitely insane! I was just waiting for the match to end by Manchester City's 1-0 victory but suddenly the way the match was going changed very sharply. I wonder whether they would do the same again if Rodrygo didn't enter the match. But we will never be able to figure that out.  Grin  And Benzema is such an amazing player that he was very helpful for advancing to final as well. He got one goal and one assist.
Exactly how you feel because I feel the same as you.
To be honest, from the start, I was really pessimistic about Madrid, especially after Mahrez's goal in the 73rd minute made the aggregate bigger, but maybe it had to be that way because after that, I saw Madrid playing more insistently and the results were in the 90th and 90+1th minutes. Rodrygo is capable of being disastrous for City.

I am very happy with this match

Congratulations to Real Madrid! It was such an unbelievable comeback that they did. After scoring those goals while the match was nearly coming to an end, I started to think that Real Madrid must definitely win this. It would have been a big disappointment for them otherwise. And it was a big disappointment for Manchester City already of course. They did a great job about keeping their opponent away from scoring any goal for like 90 minutes until that goal came. I appreciate their performance also because of that.

I guess at first Manchester city never expected to lose the match to real madrid. The victory was a special one to real madrid, but I still feel disappointed Manchester not winning,  all my expectations is for them to win the match.  No one expected this win from real madrid.  Congratulations to them.

Yesterday was something else, after Manchester City scored my bookie offered a 250 odds for Madrid to qualify and even if it was too low, I took a gamble on it and today woke up to a happy account Smiley

Otherwise we all know how bad Real Madrid can be at this stage, the likes of Atlético Madrid, Paris St-Germain all can tell the story better, you can't be too comfortable if referee hasn't blown the whistle if you play Real Madrid, and City fell for it and allowed the living legendary team of champions League to bounce back when all they needed is to keep them at bay...well they didnt yield and the rest is history.

Congrats to Madrid and I guess we are looking at potential Champs 🏆 here  Roll Eyes

Real Madrid seems to have tactics of playing slow in the first 80 minutes and really start blasting and attacking with all guns blazing in the last 10 minutes and that has worked out quite well for them.

A funny thing is I was actually counting how many minutes did Manchester City waste in that match after they were ahead.
I don't exactly remember but it was near 11 to 14 minutes. and while Real Madrid was ahead I did not exactly count the whole time but I saw Real Madrid player going down on the pitch and they alone had wasted almost 10 minutes and I think that's why we've got the pep was really angry when the overtime extra time was decided to be 3 minutes only.

Real Madrid is dangerous, so dangerous that only the final whistle (match finished) determines the result...
There is something about the current Real Madrid team, they always somehow manage to find the strength and motivation even when they look exhausted and out of hope to still try to get some last minute redemption, and so far it has been working out well for them. Ancellloti's super sub's made the difference in the game.

Many Manchester city supporters are furious that KDB & Mahrez were subbed off, and Sterling introduced...but we all have to still understand that for Pep, he still has the task of ensuring that Manchester city win the EPL unlike Ancelloti who has already won the Spanish league and can afford to throw everything at ensuring that they win the UCL.

Real once again showed how huge they mentally are. City was better in 90% of the tie but if you don't kill the game off, they will make you pay for it.

City had everything under control with 5 minutes to go - but against Real you cannot give an inch of space. I cannot say that it is an undeserved win for Real - in both games they showed incredible effectiveness in their game.

It will be tough in the final but as a Liverpool fan, I'm glad it is Real and not City.
I saw Manchester City being a little off guard and after the goal conceded the ball. manchester city even became depressed. seen from his game which always can not perfect the attack.

I'm also happy that Madrid is waiting for the final and not Manchester City.

Right, when Madrid managed to equalize the score then Madrid controls the match, Manchester City seemed surprised so he lost everything
We can see that Manchester City is less experienced in this competition

Well, at the end of the game, Manchester City seemed to have lost their cool. they could concede because they felt they were safe and then let their guard down a bit and real madrid who are much more experienced can take advantage of those conditions and score goals.

In the field, experience is also very much needed. Real Madrid on the Champions League stage is already much more experienced. And Manchester City had experience under Real Madrid and made him lose control in the last minute.

If that "goal" had entered, well, which goal? the approximations are not worth it, you have to score the goals, how? Real Madrid, call me  Smiley

.../Q/....::..
When it was 0-1 for City i watched the match and was thinking there is no chance for Real Madrid to even get the ball let alone score two goals and then out of nowhere two amazing goals for Real Madrid. After that Real Madrid players got motivated and scored another goal and went into the finals. Really good match.

Real Madrid is dangerous, so dangerous that only the final whistle (match finished) determines the result, meanwhile there is always the possibility of winning, it is not just this match, its history in this tournament makes it clear.

I would like to know if someone, despite that, had bet after the 86th minute, at least on a tie, this background is what makes you lose money later.   Wink

M.City could not make good use of the gaps Real Madrid gave during the match in defense. City started attacking more after scoring the goal but could not score. Real Madrid showed the spirit of winning in the last minutes of the match and did not fall out of the match. Benzema led his team and prevented him from being relegated from the game. I think the penalty given in overtime is a controversial decision. Capturing important positions in overtime City was the team that said goodbye to the final when they could not turn these positions into goals.
Indeed Manchester City have enough opportunities, but they can not take advantage of it. On the other hand, Real Madrid was able to maximize existing opportunities with goals. I think that Manchester City are satisfied with what they have achieved so that it lowers their concentration, as evidenced by the 2 goals just a few minutes later. And plus Real Madrid's mentality is so good, that they can make an incredible comeback.

Real Madrid had a match that was like a dream against Manchester City. I assume that most people didn't believe their eyes after seeing Real Madrid scoring two goals and making the score 2-1 in the last minutes. After this incident, I felt pretty sure about them to eliminate Manchester City also because they were much more motivated than their opponent after that happened. And huge thanks to Benzema's goal by a penalty, they made it! Guardiola must be very disappointed now like the players.

Experience in coaching is important, but a winning mentality is much more important in my opinion. Before coaching Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti was not able to build Everton as a club that can compete with top clubs, even though Carlo Ancelotti's experience in coaching football clubs is extraordinary. If I'm not mistaken, when he coached Real Madrid, some important players in Real Madrid such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos were left behind, but Carlo Ancelotti managed to bring Karim Benzema and his friends to win La Liga and enter the UCL Final. From that I judge that in European competition, mentality is very important.
Ancelotti is a very good, experienced and successful coach. His long career shows that with many titles from national to European ones. He is the first coach who win league title from all top five national leagues in the Europe, from Serie A, Premier League, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 to La Liga. He has won Champions League with AC Milan and Real Madrid.

In the match, he made some substitutions that bring Real Madrid to the final win. From Camavinga to Rodrygo, he did excellent substitution and good adjustment in Real Madrid tactics. I don't say Pep made bad substitutions because with Gundogan and Grealish, Manchester City had some opportunities to close the match. They were lack of a bit accuracy and a bit of luck or just because of Courtois' good saves.

Football has a very thin difference between win and lose. Yesterday match is a crazy one like that.
Right. Carlo Ancelotti made the right substitution in the match vs Real Madrid as you said. Who would have thought the player he replaced scored two goals in such a short time to equalize.
Pep Guardiola was just unlucky to improve his achievements in Europe with Manchester City. Overall, Pep Guardiola's strategy is also quite good.

I have also given a review regarding the results of the Real Madrid vs Manchester City match. Link
