Villarreal must be really unhappy to lose their chance for the final like that. They were equal after getting 2-0 ahead but it didn't last long. I'm also of the opinion that Villarreal deserve to be commended because if you had seen the way they played, had they been paired with another lesser club, they would have had the game in their favor.

I was so rooting for Villarreal to come out on top over Liverpool and go on to the finals. They played so well in the first half of the game but got beaten at the end. Liverpool stood out to be the greater of two, that's for sure. It's now left for Manchester city to work its magic, defeat Real Madrid and go on to meet Liverpool in the final.
Manchester city is the better team out if the two. Accurate passes and rock solid defense coupled with amazing attempts at goal.

Villarreal did very well too score too early goals which I know gave them high hopes of coming back into the game with either a penalty st the end or extra time defeat.

My flights & hotel are booked for Paris 27 - 30 May. Now I just need to get 2 tickets. I didn’t go to every game so I am not eligible for face value tickets. I am going to end up paying extortionate prices from a tout or something but I will be in that stadium on 28 May.

just remains to be seen who will be the opponent in the final, will it be Real or City!? With only one goal difference from the first game, I think everything is open tonight, both teams are strong and playing well! Maybe a small advantage for Real because they play at home, and they are generally good at home! But that doesn't have to mean anything, City dreams to reach that final game for years and now they are so close, they have that goal advantage and all they need is to save it!

We had a really unforgettable match yesterday. I think that even Liverpool weren't expecting to start the match like that despite Emery's words before the match. He said that it was not going to be easy for Liverpool as it was in Anfield. And by their amazing first half performance, I believe that Liverpool got his point there. After I saw that Villarreal ended the half 2-0 ahead, my interest in the match increased a lot. But in the second half, Liverpool made them remember who is the boss again and made an incredible comeback. But even though they won by 3-2, I really appreciate Villarreal's high effort in this round.
My heart was right in my hands during the first half of the game, because I had told my friends it was going to be all England finals, but 2:0 down my confidence fall and I had almost lost hope. But Liverpool came back and dominated. It was a wonderful game at the end and congratulations to Liverpool.
