It was quite unexpected for Villarreal to see the ball end up in the back of their own net for their own goal. But on the other hand, I also believe that Liverpool had a lot of chances to go further ahead in the match and they were not able to convert those chances into goals. But, they will be quite happy with the advantage that they have right now, and obviously, it seems like it will be an easy win for Liverpool and they will be through to the finals.

You are too naive if you think of this as easy, even though Villarreal are not favorites but they are still a good team with their defense quite strong so far in UCL.
Bayern's reason is that they are underestimating which makes them immersed in their own game as for Liverpool they are still very good now and continuing to dominate is the best thing.
the difference is quite clear even though Liverpool attack they never forget their defense area

I also hope that Bayern Munich will qualify for the semifinals, not Villarreal. If Bayern Munich were the opponent Liverpool faced in the semi-finals, the result would have been different. It looks like luck is on Liverpool's side again, Jurgen Klopp's men played an easier match than those played by Manchester City and Real Madrid.
