I'm glad you're not a blind fan of Real Madrid. You have realized and acknowledged the weaknesses of Real Madrid. Real Madrid is definitely a strong and experienced team. But their only problem is that they are overly dependent on Benzema. This is why winning the match at Real Madrid is a lot of trouble if Benzema is not in the squad. To reduce this dependence on Benzema they need experienced strikers, or they need to change their tactics.

I think Real Madrid actually needs a renovation of the whole squad because the squad seems to be depending on the older generation and the football of this time actually depends on the fast pace and counterattacks. For that to happen the squad needs a lot more younger players. Compared to Real Madrid, Chelsea is a better team. But I think Real Madrid has the experience that is needed and that might come in handy.

This is going to be a great match between these two teams and I expect nothing less than a close match. But I think Chelsea should be the team with the advantage because frankly speaking their squad is the better one in my opinion. They also have a great record in the last 5 matches.
But on the other hand, Real Madrid doesn't have that type of record in the last 5. But that is understandable because they have been reserving energy for the match against Chelsea.

But I do expect both teams to score. Should be a really close match between both the teams. But even though I say that Chelsea seems to be the better team, I think Real Madrid is going to give it their all to win against Chelsea.

As a Real Madrid fan, I don't think you need to be pessimistic about the performance of the team you support, it's not at all good for the mood while watching but I'm sure you will support it even if you don't want to. to reveal it.

I watched some of Real Madrid's match in the league and also in the Champions League this season. So basically both teams are not in their 100% power, that is true.

which means the odds for both to beat each other would be really high , one thing that i believe ... there will be 1 leg ended with a draw, so yeah brace yourself to expect the unexpected.

You are right, they are just as strong. Mentality is the winner in this match. Of course Anceloti must not repeat the defensive strategy like the previous match. I think they have to dare to have the ball and press. Maybe if Madrid can't win at least they draw. That will benefit them for the 2nd leg at the Bernabeu later. They will feel better playing in their stadium, of course they will also have a better game. So the best strategy, Madrid must play well in both legs. Manchester City are going to be highly favourite team against Atletico Madrid in the matchup. Atletico Madrid did a great job by eliminating Manchester United in last round indeed. But I think that their journey is nearing to an end in this round. Because Manchester City are way more serious and difficult opponent for them now. Atletico Madrid might be solid as for defending their opponents but I don't think that it will work against Manchester City too. Manchester City would get a good result in the first game already.

I'm really looking forward to this match, I think there are two factors that make this match very interesting to watch. First, Real Madrid carries a mission of revenge for a last season defeat to Chelsea. At that time Chelsea won 3-1 on an aggregate over Real Madrid. Second, Chelsea, who's a status as defending a champion, certainly wants to maintain the opportunity to go to the final and get the Champions League trophy 2 times in a row.
