PSG finally got what they were entitled to throughout the game, 3 points. It seemed for a long time to go 0-0, but in the 94th minute still made it 1-0. That feels even better than winning by penalty. Messi, in particular, will be relieved, as it looked for a long time that his missed penalty was going to be crucial with the 0-0 draw for a very long time. Nothing is lost for Real Madrid yet.

ya.ya.yo!

It was an interesting game even though the goal margin isn't the high. Aside that late-winner goal from Mbappe, one if the key talking points would be that Messi's missed penalty. If Mbappe didn't score, I'm sure Messi would be blamed. While I'm not a PSG fan, I would really like if PSG can win Madrid in the return leg or at the very least, ein on aggregate. These PSG boys deserve to go ahead - compete and then win the UCL.
The game between PSG and Madrid was a very good game the two teams played as if today was the final of the game. I expected the game to end in a goal less draw but when I heard that penalty whistle I knew that the unexpected has happened but I was astonished when Messi missed the penalty.thank God for a late powerful strike from mbappe if not for his goal,Messi would be the topic of discussions all of the world.three points well deserved for Paris Saint German.
Absolutely, PSG did play very well in that game, they' were in control of the game from first half till the last minute. I enjoyed the game, the combinations between Verratti, Messi, Mbappé and Neymar were beautiful.
PSG they as team very solid at the back, very decisive in the middle and very sharp going forward. Am very impressed.  PSG were actually good today and that Mbappé goal is brilliant, he makes those actions against low blocks every week yet keeps getting criticized for not performing against them. With more goals attempt, T. Courtois did pretty well but at the end Mbappe showed that he knows how to do better.

We are short on Messi to say that Mbappe is the best player in the world. He is still too young to be compared to Messi. Look what kind of records Messi has set (together with Ronaldo). especially together they are very valuable to this Psg team and they can use both well in the return in Madrid in 2 weeks. Madrid will go all out on that. I think it could be a small result again, but there could also be a goal rain shower. It also depends on what the weather is like. Tonight the weather was bad, it seemed.

Some times I wonder, if Lionel Messi is ever going to adapt and fit in the PSG team just as it was for him in Barcelona. With all things being equal, I think he has been with the club for far too long to prove his starship. Today's PSG 1-0 Real Madrid was a good game and as a Real Madrid supporter, they played good but still at a disappointing lose. I really wish this kind of fixture was what we had in the finals.
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo just can't cheat nature, this is all about Messi and not Ronaldo...but Kylian Mbappe has shown he's the perfect fit for the replacement of Messi and Ronaldo in big games like this.
Honestly speaking, the best side was PSG, Real Madrid came for less you could see how they played diamond in the first half of the game.
The Supporter still hopes Lionel is the same person in Barcelona, always creating the goal when touching the ball, Penalty never missed and very impressive on the front, but is not much expected in PSG, Because the club has a different atmosphere and each player has the skill different with his club before. I believe he still needs time to match for each other because he has been a dozen years in Barcelona. Last night, he missed again and was labeled as the most missed pinalty,

Messi is just disappointing at Psg at the moment. Everyone and himself had expected much more from it. Perhaps there was too much pressure on him. With Mbappe in the squad, it might also be difficult to be the best player on the field. I think Mbappe might be the best player in the world, and tonight he showed why. That action with the 1-0 was unparalleled, 2 defenders from Madrid sent into the woods and perfectly rounded.

1-0 is a poor result. I enjoyed the game, it was a spectacle and pleasure to see how well psg played. It should have just been 3 or maybe 4-0 and then it's done. Now with 1-0 nothing is certain. Mbappe is match winner, but somehow also had a huge chance of the shoe he missed. And another ball curled just wide. Actually, it wasn't mbappe's day at all, until the 94th minute

Normally it's a great score in two leg games but considering they found too many positions and never give any, yeah we can say that outcome is pretty poor. We should've seen two or three goals lead. Parking the bus clearly didn't work this time. If Messi scored that penalty we might watch a different game but when it stuck in goalless draw then Ancelotti didn't need to change their tactic. That cost them a loss eventually. I wonder what kind of tactic will they use in second game.

Sporting facing Man City would always be a thankless task. They have fantastic players, who know how to play as a team, it's probably the best team in Europe right now. Despite Sporting even trying to do some interesting things, Man City players simply had the whole game under control and easily managed to score goals.

And once again Bernardo Silva played a fantastic game, with two goals scored. He received high praise from Guardiola, saying: "He is perfect with the ball. He scored a fantastic goal, and for him to return to Lisbon and beat a rival like that is special to him. The country has to be proud of him for what he has done. He doesn't just play, he understands the game."

Looks like it was your first time watching Champion's League. How is 1-0 with a clean sheet at home a poor result?

All PSG have to do is to at least score a goal at the Bernabéu, and Real Madrid have to score a minimum 3 goals to avoid getting eliminated. You think it's an easy task?

PSG obviously is going to be under more pressure than Real Madrid. and I also think that PSG is going to give it their all to win in this match because they don't have the pressure of their own League as they are almost surely going to win the league.

But Real Madrid has their  La Liga title to think about and it will also be really disappointing to see any of these teams getting knocked out. But I really believe that PSG has more of a point to prove than Real Madrid because they uh have been really inconsistent in the league despite of having great players in the squad.
I feel like if Real manages to beat PSG on this round, then they could say good bye to Mbappe. He will 100% think that if Real could beat PSG without him and even against him, imagine the difference if he switched sides? That would be a great type of pressure on PSG as well as trying to win the UCL as well. This is not just about lifting the trophy, it is also about losing their best player as well.

In the end they will play with their heart out there, but if they manage to fail and lose then it is going to be long time until they could be this good again. They are a rich team and could buy another star level player but doubtful if that player would be as good as Mbappe.

You may expect a lot of goals in the match but I never expect many goals and I even thought the game will end up with no goal at all until when Mbappe do the magic when the game is almost end and I don't think it will be fair if you say Mbappe alone os the match winner when the job is not only done by him not to mention Neymar that did a perfect assisting job.

Yes, Man city was a huge favorite to win the match. Still, it would have been nicer if there had been a little more tension in the game. PSG's match against Madrid was great, despite only having 1 goal. I've never seen madrid pushed back so often and so little getting out. Then you also see how good psg is. I'm putting my money on Madrid to continue, they might soon play in a packed Bernabeu, that's a witch's cauldron and PSG has often been vulnerable this season. City? yes 0-5 won and at home I also think around 5-0.
City decided to play with its second squad in the second leg so it nuked Sporting badly tonight Lips sealed
For PSG - Madrid game, it was like PSG attacking and Real defending. What everyone understood from that tactic is that Real Madrid wanna get a draw at any cost then they will win in the second leg! A wonderful tactic really...
Meanwhile, Messi needs a fresh factory reset to return working normally..

The match between psg and Madrid was an interesting one. Both teams played well but it was as if psg was not lucky but in the end luck came back through Mbappe. Checking about individual performance, Messi performed very well. I really think that Benzema was not fit for the match but thanks to him too.
The return leg will be now interest as Madrid will not be relaxed at all.
Till tomorrow I still respect Neymar, he is a mover of the ball and a game changer

Manchester City are just undisputable and unshakeable, winning with too many goals and keeping a clean sheet, forget it zero caps, Pep Guardiola's team is the best in the world.
I see them both facing each other, Parish Saint Germans against Manchester City.

That's right and we expected the game to be closely contested that's why it was the most hyped fixture of the day beside Sporting vs City.  Messi is trying really hard at PSG but things are not just working out well for him and to top it off, cruel headlines from the media. I'm just excited that PSG would and that might give them edge when they will face Madrid at Bernabeu for the return leg.

Dani Cavajal was tormented today by Kylian Mbappe, Wrong timing which lead to the tackle.
I admire the way Mbappe puts in his best into every game for PSG even though his future with the club is very much undecided. He is a world-class footballer and his worth has not been dampened by the presence of Messi in the team, i mean his place in the team is very much deserved, he will definitely be an asset if he continues with PSG. Mbappe's record in the UCL this season is remarkable.

Lionel Messi missed the penalty, I didn't see that coming, great save from Courtois.
It will definitely be remembered for a long time, good thing that there are still other players in the team with the ability to create magic.

Dani Cavajal was tormented today by Kylian Mbappe, Wrong timing which lead to the tackle.
The way Real Madrid started the game was great, they was compactable frommthe start, defending and marking tirelessly.
Lionel Messi missed the penalty, I didn't see that coming, great save from Courtois.
Mbappe at the end showed he's world class, beautifully done by the france international.

It is not for nothing that Mbappe is one of the best strikers in the world. The fact that he decides the game in the last minute, or perhaps the last second of the game, is something only the greatest can do. Messi has canceled this match by missing a penalty. That can happen, but that penalty was really badly shot. Nothing has been decided yet and Real Madrid can also beat Psg 2-0 at home. Bokies say 50-50 in Madrid I think.

PSG are lucky to have a talented player like Mbappe who manages to score goals and make them beat Real Madrid. PSG should have won by two
goals on aggregate if Messi had not missed the penalty, but sometimes bad days can happen to anyone. So in the PSG vs Real Madrid match Messi
was having a bad day, not only failed to score a goal through a penalty kick, but Messi also played badly in that match. Since Messi's arrival to PSG,
Messi's performance has not been consistent. Looks like Messi hasn't really adapted to PSG's style of play, hopefully in the 2nd leg Messi can show
a much better performance. Even though Real Madrid lost, but Real Madrid's chances are still open to qualify for the next round. There is still a second leg
to be played at home to Real Madrid, so there is a possibility that Real Madrid will beat PSG with a higher score. So the Real Madrid vs PSG match
in the 2nd leg is more interesting, because it will determine which team will qualify for the next round.

Finally PSG was able to score a goal through Mbappe in the final minute of added time in the 90+4 minute and the final score was 1-0, at least this will be the capital in the second leg later at Real Madrid.
and it's a shame Messi couldn't take the penalty kick well, as Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was able to block it and it should have been 2-0 for PSG.
2 - 0 would have been better, but anyone can miss a penalty, we do not know who will still quality between PSG and Real Madrid because Champions League is a very tough match no club is not seriously. Let see what will happen in the second leg. I wish PSG to have scored more goal.

Manchester City wining that goal range is not a surprise for me, it was an interesting match, if away match is like this in Porto, I do not know how the home match will be.

PSG destroyed today Real Madrid with how they played i think Real Madrid was just lucky in this match to lose only 1-0. PSG barely won in the end by a late goal. Messi continues to struggle in PSG with a missed penalty and poorly taken honestly. Real Madrid will need to change a lot of stuff in their game if they want to go into the next round.
They were definitely lucky not to have conceded more goals. The match isn't as close as the score shows. I don't think Real Madrid played there to win and they almost pulled it of.

They are down but they are still in a good position to qualify after the second leg.
I really enjoyed the game it was an entertaining match, Mbappe once again the match winner against all odds rose to the task, I was quite disappointed with Madrid performance today, they are more defensive than attacking consequently they couldn't record a single shot on target throughout the duration of the match, their midfield was poor today except Modric who did very well as well as Courtois who saved Messi's penalty, I believe the second leg will be much more tougher, Madrid knowing that failure to win will lead to their crashing out of UCL.
