Meanwhile Manchester City beat Club Brugge by a very far score, no comments here, they deserve it.
It was a must-win for Manchester City, and they went about about their business superbly and got the three points, if City had failed to win they would have put themselves in a very tight spot in that group, now City stay second in the group with 6 points, PSG on 7 points, club Brugge on 4 points and Leipzig having zero points. Manchester City and PSG are surely the teams that will go through, but Club Brugge have been pulling up surprises, but it'll not be sufficient to take them to the knock out stage of the UCL, but it should earn them a spot in the Europa league cause I'm pretty sure they'll finish the group in third place.

Having said that, PSG's performance against Leipzig last night raises doubts if they will be able to win the CL this season, they seem to have all in takes in terms of players in their squad, but they aren't playing spectacularly and I personally do not think they will win this seasons CL title, and that could prolly mean Pochettino loses his job.

Good Damn Messi, He safe PSG. he created Panenka goal. I also respect Mbappe giving him an executor. I admit Leipzig playing well, they are quite troublesome PSG at home, even Leipzig don't have much control of the ball but they created over 15 kick and 4 shots on goal. in close the game, Mbappe failed to execute the penalty, he was appointed executor by Messi. maybe he got nervous.
Mbappe is dangerous with his speed and he has a great goal but again he has problem with penalty. He missed many pens recently and he should not take that responsibility for a while. It will help him to regain his confidence and it is only good for him.

Mbappe and Messi have combination and goals together. They are finding each other more and PSG only need Neymar to regain his best and combine with Messi and Mbappe.

In the match, PSG defense is terrible and their system was broken too easily by Leizig. If Leizig was more lucky and Navas did not have good saves, PSG would lose this match.

PSG, Liverpool, Ajax, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and FC Porto have won today. The victory of Ajax and Porto was unexpected for me. Because their opponents were strong. Looking at AC Milan's performance, it seems that they are not paying any attention to the Champions League. They want to focus on Serie A this season.

They have no excuse not to perform well; they've been the worst team in the competition so far, losing 3 games in a row; after their improvement last season, I was expecting them to at least perform above average and not play like a shitteam without direction and vision; if they don't improve in their next games, they will not even qualify for the Europa League

PSG 3 vs 2 RB Leipzig

Well forget about the Mbappe and Neymar nonsense, Mess will always be the Penalty kicker except he decided to give it away

I didn't see the game, just the replay of some moves, so I can't say much, but I wouldn't take the credit off anyone...

Mbappé opened the scoring and this is very important to give the initial motivation to the team, which counts a lot for the rest of the game.
Messi was sensational, as always. The penalty kick was sensational, humiliated the goalkeeper.

it's a shame that Neymar couldn't play, I'm looking forward to seeing him on the field scoring goals again.

The Ajax team has made one great attack after another and has been able to score 4 goals.
I thought dortmund would score in this game, but I was wrong. Ajax really made Dortmund die without making a goal. Or an own goal from Marco Reus seemed to make them mentally down. Actually from the start I predicted they would draw because their players are pretty evenly matched. But today Ajax did well, they could lock Erling halaand and control the game.
Dortmund could not score a single goal. And in this match we saw that the team relied a lot more on Holland alone. Ajax has attacked a lot in today's match. At the same time they did not give Holland a chance to attack. No other Dermund player has scored. Dortmund must need another talented player like Haaland, who could have helped the team by scoring in bad times. Dortmund are still the second team in the points table. There is still a chance to go to the next round.

I am very impressed with the strategy used by Erik ten Hag, he made Ajax play very well against Dortmund. Ajax played attacking and there were
a lot of opportunities that Ajax created, so it was very appropriate for Ajax to win the game. Dortmund played very badly and it was very obvious
that Dortmund relied too much on Haaland to score goals, when Haaland struggled to score, finally not a single goal could be created Dortmund.
Especially Dortmund's defense needs to be improved, it was too easy for Ajax players to enter Dortmund's defence. With this victory I believe Ajax
will qualify for the next round, but Dortmund will also qualify for the next round as the runner up, because I see Sporting and Besiktas are not teams
that can make it difficult for Dortmund.

The favorites don't have to win every match and that's the beauty of football.
It is true, a favorite club can be defeated by a weaker club. The real example is Dortmund defeated by Ajax today. There were many previous matches that implied the favorite team possible to be defeated. We can say it is the beauty or charm of a football match. A weak team doesn't always be defeated, they always have a chance to win or destroy the favorite teams.

A dangerous choice seems to choose victory for PSG today, because currently Leipzig are at the bottom of Group A, and of course they will play very hard to win or at least play a draw against PSG.

Club Brugge vs Manchester City I think will be an easy game for Manchester City Cool

As I suspected Before, it was not a wise enough choice to choose a win for PSG in their match against Leipzig (despite the result they won) Cheesy, PSG Get Pressure On The Score, 2 Goals That Decide PSG Victory Was Successfully Created By Lionel Messi.

Meanwhile Manchester City beat Club Brugge by a very far score, no comments here, they deserve it.

They have lost 3 matches in the Champions League. Ajax has completely knocked down Dortmund's defense. They have scored 4 goals. PSG vs Leipzig and Atletico Madrid vs Liverpool were two very competitive matches. PSG got a chance to score another goal from the penalty spot in 90 + 4 minutes but Mbappe missed the opportunity.
Some really good matches today and most of the favorites won in this matches. PSG again struggled but was abled to win it in the end. Ajax starting to play amazing like they did a few years ago when they were in the semi final. Milan again lost and is probobly knocked out of champions league
Today all the favorite teams could not win. Atletico Madrid were the favorites in the Liverpool v Atletico Madrid match. Because Atletico Madrid won 3 of the last 4 matches against them. I was happy if the match was a draw. On the other hand, AC Milan has been defeated. At the same time, the Ajax team has a huge 4-0 victory over Dortmund. Which was completely unexpected.
The favorites don't have to win every match and that's the beauty of football. Atletico Madrid gave Liverpool too much head start by conceding two quick goals at the beginning of the match and then only managed to equalize the score thanks to Griezmann's goals before the well-known events with the removal of the same player and it is still unknown how the match would have turned out without these quickly conceded goals. Diego Simeone was so annoyed with the outcome of the meeting that he quickly went to the podium without even shaking hands with Klopp. In the match between Ajax and Borussia Dortmund, for me personally, it was not the fact of the defeat of Borussia itself that was unexpected, but the score with which all this happened.

Who shocked me today is Borussia, Ajax is a strong team, but losing 4-0 to it is surprising, to put it mildly. I have not watched the game, but I see that according to statistics, Ajax deserved this victory (possibly with a smaller score)
This is Champion's League, Not some away game in Bundesliga  Grin

Ajax being at home, I was not surprised by the Borussia Dortmund loss.
I didn't follow that game and just saw the score after the end and I assure you that I double checked it before realising that Dortmund is the one that got knocked by 4 goals and not Ajax! And honestly I don't think that I am the only one doing it Wink
So far this is the most surprising result tonight. Even Milan defeat vs Porto wasn't surprising regarding the poor performance of Milan in CL. Otherwise big scores +4 goals in almost all games except Milan's one.

I was completely shocked to see Dortmund's performance. Dortmund are doing well in Bundeslive.
Yep, I am also surprised to see the result. How can Dortmund be defeated without scoring a single goal? Even though Haaland was playing full-time, he cannot score a single goal. We know they were playing in Ajax's home. However, being defeated with 4 goals without scoring a single goal isn't acceptable. Dortmund isn't a small club, has good attackers, one of them is Haaland. It is a bit disappointing to see this result.

If Griezmann had been on the field, the outcome of the match would have been different. The match would have been a draw, otherwise Atletico Madrid would have won. Because Griezmann was playing very well from the start of the match.
Agree. If Griezmann continues to play till the end of the match, I guess Atletico will win the match. Losing 1 player has a big impact, especially he is the machine goal of Atletico Madrid. He proves it by scoring 2 goals, unfortunately he must end the match with a red card. Too bad day for Griezmann and Atletico Madrid!!

If A. Griezmann wasn't sent off the pitch the game would have ended a draw. Athletico Maldrid was a bit more nervous and frustrated after he was given red card. Sallah is just a one sticker of its own kind too. I enjoyed both Sallah's goal for Liverpool and that of Griezmann for Athletico. Liverpool took advantage of their lapses

I think it so. If Griezmann had been on the field, the outcome of the match would have been different. The match would have been a draw, otherwise Atletico Madrid would have won. Because Griezmann was playing very well from the start of the match. With a player like him in the opponent's squad, Liverpool's players would be under some pressure. Atletico Madrid could not able to make any good attack after Griezmann received the red card. But I expected better gameplay from Luis Suarez. He could not play well in today's match.

A lot of people expect Dortmund to score at least one goal today but it seems that unfortunately, we all got it wrong. Sad

Nothing epic about the game, VAR came to Liverpool rescue once again this Season, Atletico was all over the game before the ref ruined the game, the red card and penalty against Atletico Madrid was unnecessary

Maybe "epic" is a bit overrated word but you can't disagree that it was a great game from two great teams. At least they play as we all expected, as a CL game should be.
VAR does his job, simple as that. If it "favors" a team it's not his fault...

Atletico Madrid - Liverpool game was a very interesting one. I was expecting Liverpool to win this game and they really did it by 3-2. And they even got ahead 2-0 too. But Atletico Madrid made a nice comeback thanks to Griezmann's two goals. However, the breaking post was the red card. And it was really shocking to see Griezmann being shown the red card. After that, things were easier for Liverpool. But still, it was a really competitive game.

PSG vs RB Leipzig was another exciting game. Mappabe is just too good of a team player. He made PSG goals a reality but by him scoring and also his assists. His first goal was just a perfect finish from few meters away from the post.

Club Brugge Vs Manchester city was a walk over the winning was just too easy similar to shakhtar Donetsk vs Real Madrid. They had their winning just too easy and their games were quite predictable

I'm also happy that Madrid won big, at least they still have a chance to get into the knockout stages. At least in group D there will be many options for teams that will advance to the next round. Regarding the Madrid game I think the star today was Vinicius Junior, he scored two goals and did well.

Shows how incompetent the Bundesliga teams are once again, Dortmund was thrashed while Leipzig bothered a 1-2 win in less than 30mins to end of the match. I was expecting a both team to score tip but surprisingly Dortmund failed to register a single goal. Great to see Messi on the score line

I think that very big changes are starting to happen at the top of European football, and that the football map of Europe will change a lot.
In short, some former football greats like Barcelona, Liverpool, Arsenal, Inter, Milan ... could disappear and some new football greats like Newcastle and Leipzig could appear.
Barcelona is in a very difficult situation and has to sell off the best footballers in order to survive at all.
It could easily happen that they end up as former football greats like HSV, Torino, Nottingham Forest etc.
I think that's why they wanted the Super League so desperately in Barcelona, it was their last chance to save the club.
Today, football history means almost nothing, it all comes down to money and power, and currently Arab investors have money in abundance and where they invest money, new football greats, like PSG or Manchester City, are born.

I agree with your position on how you see the current situation of football, the one that surprises me the most is Barcelona, which is a team that despite all the bad things, due to the many crisis that it has had in my case, I never had in my life. left Messi, in fact he would have preferred to play with all the substitutes formed from the quarry than to leave Messi, and less in the way he came out. Now, now those who dominate are those who continue to have good acquisition of money, such as PSG, Real Madrid even if it is in crisis, I think they never show it, because they always aim at the most expensive players they have, for me it is a team that takes many risks at an economic level, and with respect to Newcastle it is seen that they want the best, unfortunately Zinedine Zidane cannot be their coach, because they looked for him and he wants to coach the French team, it is understandable, but it shows that many teams that were not so popular before can shine at any time.

What happened is that Laporta had the ridiculous expectation that Messi will agree to stay with Barcelona and play for free, you read that right, he wanted Messi to play for nothing, and this is why there is no loyalty coming from the players to their clubs, Messi gave everything he had and more to Barcelona, there is nothing negative that can be said about Messi on the field when playing for Barcelona, and what does Messi receive? Gratitude? Respect? Nope, they wanted for him to gave away his talent to them in exchange for nothing to solve problems that have nothing to do with Messi and everything to do with someone that did not knew what he was doing.

A very interesting game couldn't take my eyes of the screen for a moment, controversial decisions from the referee and VAR.
That should have been a penalty for Athletico Madrid, they are a very tough side you can imagine how well they contained Liverpool's attacking threat.
Although Salah came twice on the score board.
