Nice has made a mega transfers this season but seems like they dont work so good, they have a stars team for the league they play but dont seems good at all.

The games pass and they dont seem to be in good shape, their strugle so much to reach the group stages of this tournament, and now their keep struggling with teams of lower tier.

lot of matches, but I am looking at group where my Partizan is, and we are losing home against Nice, conceived in 2nd minute, and it will probably stay that way until the end
Slovacko on the other hand scored two in second half, to equalize against Koeln, and it is 2:2 there (interesting team Slovacko, first round played 3:3 with us in a very dramatic match)

and while writing, two goals, Koeln is up 3:2, and Partizan scored for 1:1, total game changer

Yeah our Partizan ended in a draw and im pretty sad about it we were much better then Nice and had amazing chances to score. Ricardo Gomes missed big chance in the end of the match and could have got us those three points. But Diabate is one of the best wingers in this tournament and im surprised how well he is playing for Partizan.

^ Well, betting away on teams above 25/10 odds would work for anyone so far with the first round of games, most notably Dnipro who were at least 4/1 to win, as well as Basel and Sivasspor also 4/1 min, even handicaps on Molde above 2/1 would have gotten great value.

16 goals in the first half from 8 games, this is the league to watch hahaha.

A lot of goals in first round of games but second round is up there too with a lot of goals so far and still 20 minutes to go so yea....it seems all the goals from all the other competitions are happening in Conference  Cheesy. Too bad FCSB is still 0-0 with Anderlercht but still have a pretty good chance to score as they are playing much better and a goal should be well deserved for FCSB Smiley

3 days away to the next round of games, I don't think any were affected unlike their bigger brothers.

It's almost impossible to choose a sure bet here. We've got teams like Villareal and West Ham who are doing terrible in their last games, so playing away too makes them seem like good value from odds?

Always have to account for teams doing badly in the league to make up for it in Europe.

Fiorentina though hahaha.

Well , West Ham had a non penalty and from there they snowball over FCSB and won by 3-1 but without that penalty I would say that FCSB would have scored another one and end it up with 2-0 from them but what can I say ? FCSB is a small team so they shouldn't win...it's a big scandal here in Romania regarding that referee.

Fiorentina ...what a disappointment they are this season in both Serie A but also conference league when they couldn't beat HJK...

See, this is why I think Conference and Europa is so fun, especially as it's the only time I'll get to hear shit like this.

Where I come from we do have Asian champs league and a smaller cup competition (you could call it a Conference minus all the cash prizes) and I swear sometimes it's much more passionate than the actual FIFA/AFC grand competitions Wink

Anyway, I'll have to dig in properly for next round of matches, get some joy from HT scores maybe seems like big teams leave it late or leave it early!

Sivasspor and Basaksehir were representing Turkey in the Conference League last night.

Honestly I didn't have much hope about Sivasspor against Slavia Prague. They weren't even the favourite in their home game also. Slavia Prague are a much more experienced team in this kind of tournaments. They were almost defeating Sivasspor also but they missed a penalty in the final moments. Comparing the performances, Sivasspor didn't even deserve this draw. They still need to make a bigger effort to have a chance for next stage. CFR Cluj and FC Ballkani are much weaker teams than their last opponent but they can still find themselves out of here if they underestimate any of them.

Basaksehir were one of the most impressive teams of the day. They were favourite against Hearts of course but their odd was still quite high in this away game. But their performance was literally spectacular. They dominated the whole game and won by a huge score like 4-0. After their Antwerp matchup this is a really huge improvement and they are a candidate to represent their country the best here this season.

FCSB was so close to make history and make Romanians happy with a win but unfortunately that penalty changed the game totally and from there FCSB game went down and West Ham managed to score again but overall , FCSB played much better for 65 minutes and this gives me high hopes for their next game with Anderlercht Cheesy

Yeah, I avoided a lot of bets, normally would have just piled on the upset stage but odds were either not as tasty, or I simply didn't know enough about teams. Didn't even know this team was from Romania, but yeah as expected, Hammers find a way in Europe. Always have to account for teams doing badly in the league to make up for it in Europe.

Yeah, there is so many draws today... Probably most unexpected is Fiorentina draw with RFS. At least one draw bring me money, it's Slovan 0:0 Zalgiris. There was no goals scored, but it was good game to watch, especially last minutes where both teams played without midfield. It's not bad way to debut with away draw against probably main competitor for place in next round. Villarreal 4:3 Lech had to be amazing match to watch. I expected easier Villarreal win. And Vaduz 0:0 Apollon - first ever point for Liechtenstein club in UEFA tournaments.

Games are coming in thick and fast, and as usual, I'm looking for what I'd call value bets against superior opposition (which get even more ridiculous when playing at home).

Teams to eye: Fiorentina, Villareal, Basel and West Ham, all playing at home, mixed fortunes in domestic leagues (except bloody Villareal I'd say), and odds are all above 10/1 to lose.

West Ham , Villereal and Basel won as expected but the biggest shock in all 3 tournaments is that Fiorentina played 1-1 against RFS. This is a historic point for team from Latvia and against a huge team. Even with 30+ shots Fiorentina managed only to score one goal

There isn't many games must watch games in Conference League group stage. Maybe Nice - Koln is most interesting, after all, teams from Top 5 leagues face each other. I go there with BTTS @1.63. I'm going to watch Slovan - Zalgiris game, it will be debut in UEFA tournaments for my country club. I put small stake on Zalgiris not to lose @2.30. A bit bigger stake for over 2.5 goals @1.55 in Villarreal - Lech game, Yellow Submarines looking very solid so far. And I see good value for Basaksehir win against Hearts.
Right now we have eight matches with 16 teams in action and mostly are playing with draw just two matches are having good action first Basel is leading against Pyunik Yerevan with the score of 2 - 1 and in second match West Ham is struggling against FCBS by 0 - 1 here look like most chances we are going to have the worst season for West Ham as they have poor start of the season in Premier League and now badly down against a weaker side with this score is not going into positive way for them.

Slovan Bratislava vs Zalgiris is also goalless draw with 60 minutes game is already ended and both are trying their best for having some better result, but nothing positive is coming until now.

I have a small bet on Slovan, it is a good odds, did not thought about Zalgiris as debut, that could change dynamics, and game is still goalless

my team played earlier today with Slovacko, and finished 3:3, with red card, in a pretty interesting match, we were down 2:0, lost a player for a red card, and then scored 3 goals to overturn the match, to conceive third in last ten minutes, and finished with a draw (happy to miss betting on that one)

Considering the first week matches, I'm thinking of adding Villarreal (1.26), Anderlecht (1.60) and West Ham (1.18) wins to my betslip. I'm hesitating about only Anderlecht because they didn't start great to the Jupiler League. They got only 10 points in 7 matches and they can't win for three weeks. But hopefully they would use this match as an opportunity to boost the morale. It really isn't easy to make the right choices at the beginning.  Grin

Hard to argue with the form of Villareal, Hammers, sure, they seem to find their touch in Europe, but I really dislike adding too many "sure bets" to my slip only for them to all add up to little over 2/1. Much better to rely on a single game to get the same odds.

OGN NICE KOLN its the most important match, between two top leagues and are big teams in this competition.

Such as this one! I'm leaning towards Koln too, though they haven't won me much this season (both Nice and Koln actually provide serious value in their domestics, if you like martingaling on 2/1 odds!)

All eyes on FCSB boys as this team could score on West Ham twice if they are not careful with their defenses but they could also concede 3 goals from West Ham so maybe both teams to score makes the perfect guess on a ticket ?

For me , Conference is always about lottery because you never really know who's going to win even in group stages where everyone is chasing points and playing at full scale.

Teams to watch : Djugarden , FCSB , Sivasspor and Nice.

Villareal and West Ham @emrecemsan? Don't fall for West Ham at 8/10, definitely Villareal at 7/1.

If doing any outright, I'd pick a team with at least 10/1 odds (which you can boost daily on a platform like Sportsbet for 11/1 or more), in fact I'd pick a handful of them. One hits and it's big end-of-season profit.

Don't think any of these favourites except Villareal but Koln (19/1) or Basel (26/1) why not?

Of course, why not?

Maybe the last champion was a big team like Roma but we can see a more unexpected team to reach the title this time as well. I accept that West Ham weren't very impressive in the Europa League last season. I didn't like them against Frankfurt in the semi final. However their performance in the Premier League this season has been terrible so far. They might not even qualify for the Conference League. Maybe this can push them to play better here and fight for the Conference League title. But we will wait and see their passion.
