The Quarter Final has arrived but my focus is on England's match against Slovakia where if England still maintain their game as before then it is not impossible that they will be eliminated in this round. Southgate is really bad as a coach and with his golden generation squad, England is still having trouble winning matches.

Slovakia finished as the third best team and at least they were able to compete with the good teams in Group E, all of whose teams collected the same 4 points. I'm pretty sure they will surprise England and conversely if the pressure continues on England they will be more easily scrambled. This time England had to field Mainoo and Palmer from the start and if Southgate was still tough on him then bad things would happen to England.

It is now impossible to predict with certainty which team will win the Round of 16 matches. In group stage matches we have seen renowned and big teams not able to play well. Big teams like England, Italy, France and Netherlands won only one match in the group stage. Among the renowned teams, apart from Spain and Germany, I don't think any other team has performed well.

Italy and Turkey are more likely to win against Switzerland and Austria. But we cannot say for sure that these two teams will win. Because in group stage I don't see very good performance from Turkiye and Italy players. So it wouldn't be surprising if Italy and Turkey lost against Switzerland and Austria.
This doesn't mean that the team isn't playing well, but it must be admitted that the competition is currently quite fierce, several teams have almost the same strength so it is quite difficult to predict, even though the team is the favorite, that doesn't happen. guaranteed they will win easily.

In the round of 16, I think there will be some surprises, like what happened in the group phase.
I will only favor Germany, Spain and France to win easily in the round of 16, the rest is nothing.

Group E surprised us, Romania managed to finish in first place beating Belgium which on paper could be much better. Maybe facing the Netherlands is not easy, it's just that in terms of opportunities, Romania still has the strength to put up a fierce fight, the round of 16 is definitely a strong reason for Romania to play at full strength.

Slovakia is not a top team that can progress further, England should be able to handle this well but even that is not 100% if you look at England game which always has difficulty finding the ideal formation. Southgate is considered a rubbish coach who is unable to utilize his star squad.
Compared to Belgium, which will face France in the round of 16, I think Romania is a little lucky against the Netherlands in the round of 16, even though it is equally difficult, Romania still has the percentage to be able to beat the Netherlands in the round of 16.
In the Group E phase it was quite fierce and I think Romania's success in becoming the leader of the standings was because Belgium did not perform well at this Euro.
France round of 16 match against Belgium will a tough match and for Lukaku who will have to be as destructive as mbape in the attack, it's a huge responsibility he has on his shoulder to put out a good performance considering the stage they've gotten to where a draw is not what they need. They have a solid and well experienced three man attack which is coming from doku, Kelvin de Byrne and lukaku and if they have learnt the necessary lesson from thier lapses at the group stage in terms of thier inability to converting most of the opportunities they've hard and are ready to do better in this round, then they can shrink all the efforr mbape will come with but if they still play like they are in the group stage, France will certainly suck them dry.

I don't want to quickly pick a side because one way or the other France and Belgium have been terrible in their performances with other teams. They were included in the top 5 10 countries that I wished would go far a win the Euro 2024. However, in several matches, France has disappointed me as well as Belgium when I know that they have good and world-class players who have done so well in UCL and the EPL in their midst.

My picks would be any side to win. Am wishing the team good luck for whoever wins on Monday. I know it will be a tough one. Lukaku and Trossard have so much work to do on that day.

It was such a crazy match that Turkey's meeting against the Czechs had to end in chaos between the players which made the referee have to issue so many cards. I know the Czechs' desire is to beat Turkey to secure the best third place after only collecting one point from the previous two matches. But I think Turkey won't let that happen and therefore they have to win convincingly if they want to qualify for the knockout rounds without any problems.

Towards the final minute, Turkey dashed Czech hopes through Cenk Tosun's goal and that was also a sign that the Czechs didn't have another chance. However, I thought it would all end well, but what happened was that all the players were involved in problems and the ones who suffered the most were of course several Turkish players who had to get yellow cards. The reason is that if they get another yellow card in the next match, of course some of their players will have to be absent and that will reduce their strength.
Well, A. Barak became the main problem for Czech after getting his second yellow card for a serious foul. Without a doubt, the referee's decision to award him a red card was detrimental to Czech's gameplay. If I were Czech's coach, I would switch him out for a player on the bench.
Barrak lost control of his emotions after getting his first yellow card, which caused the Czechs to lose that game. Czech still made it hard for the Turkiye to score, though they had 10 players. For the last, I thought that Turkey vs Czech Republic was the most exciting game to watch.
The game between Czech and Turkey is a game where refree is very busy and shows almost 12+ cards including 2 reds lots of harsh tackles and many shoulders pushes are done in this game from both sides and as a watcher on television you might think it's, not a euro cup match its a local teams match where everyone is fighting on little things.
This match was absolutely crazy and the referee had to exercise a lot in this match.12 Turkish players got yellow cards in this match which is not normal at all. Everyone from forwards to defenders committed fouls and each received a yellow card for a foul. Not only the original XI players but all the players outside the original XI who came on the field as extras but also left the field with yellow cards as a gift. Turkey received a yellow card, but the opposite team did not sit still, they were one step ahead of the Turks. A total of eight Czech players received yellow cards, including one player who received two yellow cards and later left the field with a red card, while another player received a straight red card. In other words, in this match people watched less football but more physical fight between two teams.

Denmark can certainly put up quite a tough fight against Germany. Because if you look at Denmark's matches in the group phase, you could say their performance was very good and stable.

When I look at Denmark's games in the group, I don't see anything "very good and stable" honestly.  Sad  They got 3 draws and still qualified for last 16.

Slovenia played really good against them. Serbia weren't that good but Denmark still couldn't beat them. I'm okay with a draw against England though. However this performance in general doesn't look very promising to progress further. You know how solid Germany have started. I can say they are one of the best teams in Euro 2024 so far. Denmark will have to play defensive. Even that won't be enough to stop Germany in my opinion.
I think Germany will definitely win because it has the audience advantage against Denmark. They started Euro 2024 like a storm against Scotland and won 5-1. Now the real qualifiers will begin and I think Germany's players will see it as an area to showcase their strengths and show off all their skills. Denmark's job is not easy.
I was particularly impressed by how effortlessly Germany progressed through the group stage compared to the other major clubs in Euro 024, but Denmark has a strong head-to-head record versus Germany, despite the fact that their current squads are so different. And I believe Germany will completely dominate the game against the Germans.

I only anticipated defensive gameplay from Denmark. Germany has been fairly consistent in the group stage, so this will not be a difficult game for them considering denmark was not even able secured three points in the group stage. Denmak never managed to win a single game in the group stage, though they also never lost three points. Finally, Germany appears to be far more powerful than Denmark.

I think that the safest bet will be 1X (Germany wins or otherwise - draw).

By the way, what do you guys think about quarter-finals?
I think that the quarter-final in Stuttgart will be: Spain vs Germany.
Quarter-final in Hamburg will be: Portugal vs France.
Quarter-final in Berlin will be: Turkey vs Netherlands.
Quarter-final in Düsseldorf will be: England vs Italy.

By the way, this Euro is something that I have never seen. Slovakia beating Belgium, Georgia beating Portugal, who could possibly imagine?
What do you mean by quarter finals? there are no guarantees Turkey and Italy will win lol. Austria and Switzerland played better than them, Turkey and Italy only win in popularity. Turkey has Super Lig and Italy has Serie A, while Austria league isn't that popular, however many of Austrian players are playing in Germany Bundesliga, so don't underestimate them.

Slovakia and Georgia pull an upset is almost impossible, they're weaker than their opponents.

Denmark probably has a pretty solid defense. but they would definitely be overwhelmed by the sharpness of the German attacks. And not only that, Germany also has an equally solid defense line. And it could be said that Germany is at a level slightly above Denmark. So there is no doubt that Germany will be the favorite. But of course Denmark will also provide very fierce resistance. But imagining that Denmark will be able to beat Germany is quite difficult to imagine. And yeah it's a small chance. but for Germany they have a big chance of qualifying for the next stage.

At least Germany, Spain and Portugal, I think there is no doubt that these three teams will be able to qualify for the next stage. Because they don't seem to have any significant difficulties in the group phase. And maybe the round of 16 will not be a difficult obstacle for these three teams to continue to go further.
While I do agree that Denmark doesn't look terrible, I feel like Germany is just on another level and they are going to end up with the win. The best thing we can do right now would be just focusing on how to bet on it and what would be the optimize one. Like do you do how many corners and such? Cards? Goal difference? Who to score? Because playing just Germany money line win wouldn't be that ideal and the odds are not good enough to make it enticing.

I think 2-0 or at least 2.5+ goal seems like a good situation, either Germany will win with 2 goals, or there will be more than two goals because I am sure that Germany will not leave the game with just one goal difference and that is why I can see that it could be  a bigger deal.

If you have an audience, it's like you're playing with one more crowd. Germany is very lucky in this regard, they receive great support in every match. This support would be really valuable in tournaments like this. That's why I think the team that will play most comfortably in every match will be Germany.
I think the next match will not be very difficult for them. Denmark is not a very strong team, I think Germany will win with a difference of 2-3 goals Smiley

In the group phase, England have not shown an impressive performance, but I don't think they will have any difficulties in the round of 16 against Slovakia.
And what happened in the group phase cannot be used as a reference, there is still a big possibility for England to improve their performance if you look at the squad they have.
England has all that it takes not just to win Slovenia but to get to the finals of the Euro but that's only going to be a reality if the coach is ready to change is tactics that's not working and try out something different that will work well for him. The fact that Bellingham is still starting all the matches and players complete 90 minutes is part of what needs to be check in this round or Slovenia would drag them to a draw and head to the penalties with them. If he tries kubo maino and Cole Palmer out in there next encounter, you're already sure that the result is going to be a favourable one in thier favour but anything below that is a sure sign that if they manage to play well, they might just see themselves getting into penalties in this match.

Well, of those teams that were in the group Denmark looked in general not bad, because Serbia played terribly, England played boring and predictable and on this background Denmark seemed in general not bad team, but I agree with you that such a national team of Germany will be difficult to leave, especially given that this is a home championship for Germany, which means that Denmark has to give not even 100%, but all 200%.
Denmark has little chance to go further and it is not clear why Denmark can go further, because Germany is a very balanced team that can defend and attack, with excellent midfielders who always create chances. In general, this pairing is 90% sure that Germany will go on to the 1\4 finals.

Georgia was a big surprise to me but I just like the twist because it added more fun to the competition.  Even though group stages just concluded, it will not be wrong to say that this is the most fascinating and interesting Euro tournament I have seen. First time in the history of Euro that you cannot be sure of winning until the final whistle.

I expect more intrigues as the knockout stages begin and the first major match that will defy every tactics of prediction is France against Belgium. Both teams are among those expected to win the trophy so there meeting will be a big clash.

No one would have bet a penny on Georgia, when instead the big teams, France, Italy, Spain are really disappointing.
Now I don't want to be controversial, but this is the result of having made a mess of the youth springs.
Unfortunately it can't be fixed in the short term.

But it is not a fact of the youth teams also because it is enough to think that Italy's youth sector has won the European so there are great players who are coming out, I think it is a fact that the level of world football has leveled and that there are no longer only the usual European and South American teams the level has changed

Germany as the host of Euro 2024 certainly has higher mental strength than other teams. They will always be supported by many supporters who fill the stadium. So that in every match Germany will be the team with the most confidence in playing on the field. And yes, because it is against Denmark, it doesn't seem like it will be a difficult obstacle for the hosts, namely Germany. And if or for example if Germany is not even the host in this euro, I think they will still be the favorites because we have seen their extraordinary performance this season. And Germany is still the team that has scored the most goals at the moment. They have scored 8 goals in 3 matches in the group stage. And yes, in the match against Denmark, Germany will try again to score lots of goals. But I realized that Denmark has quite strong fortifications. So maybe Germany will only win by a narrow score.

In this event, we have too many surprises with few teams fail to give their best in early round matches but still they are doing good and having good chance of going through into next round with Romania having top spot into their group is surprising with Belgium is having not good start of their campaign in this season but now as we are heading for the round of the 16 its looking few matches are going to be exciting with any team can go through for the win.

Here I have some personal predictions about the possible winners even these matches are going to be fierce with all will be tried their best, but It's going to be interesting watching these all games Spain, Germany, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Austria, England and Italy are my favourite teams to win and go for the round of 8.

I find the Germany-Denmark matchup good in terms of rivalry. The struggle of these 2 teams will give a different pleasure. Denmark is good defensively while Germany is strong offensively. I wonder what the outcome of this match will be. There could be too many goals in the match and it could end in a boring match. Germany has a better chance of winning because it is at home.

Actually, Denmark also has a pretty strong attack pattern in my opinion. I saw how Denmark made England's defense difficult several times. Even in terms of passing accuracy and the way they maintain possession of the ball, I think Denmark can almost be said to be on par with England. Even a little better. So I'm sure Germany will have quite a difficult time facing Denmark. Although perhaps it is very natural that we still prioritize Germany. But well we can't underestimate Denmark. And they could be the ones who qualify for the next stage. But betting on Denmark is too risky. And yes, I would still prefer to play favorites with a team that is favored by many people. And Germany is one of the strong candidates at this Euro in the race for the title. So they can indeed have more hope at this Euro. Unless their opponent is Spain, who are both in their best condition. So predicting it will be very difficult.

It looks like all the countries in group E may not really qualified for the next round because if you check their upcoming matches you will see that the matches are going to be more tougher than anything they have ever seen on the group stage so they all need to buckle up their game because Belgium will be meeting France, Romania will be meeting Netherlands while Slovakia will be meeting England, so you can see that is a very tough matches for the clubs in group E.

In terms of Slovakia match with England I may not no what the exact results will be but without being told we no that right from there history of football England is always higher in performance than Slovakia because of the quality players they possess, though England has not really been themselves this season because they seem to have been struggling during there group stage but however there is a big difference between group stage and round of 16, so they will use all they have to win the match.
Here I agree about the possible exit of all group E teams from the event as they are having the toughest matches ahead waiting for them and their performance in early round matches are not good enough to give them any advantage for the having any chance against these teams for the win and having spot into quarterfinals.

Even Netherlands is having not good performance in this tense game they can pass Romania for having spot into quarterfinal of the event with all group D teams are having good chance of going into next round with their performance and quality is much better but still we have to wait for the start of these matches because in this year we have many surprises in few matches and things can go for more surprises as all teams are having their best squads for win their matches and having good end of their campaign.

I believe that football is unpredictable, but Denmark has no chance to qualify through the round of 16. Germany hosts this tournament, and they aim is to win the championship. Denmark qualified for the knockout stage with a draw in their last three group games. If I'm not mistaken, Denmark seems to be the only team in this competition to qualify with three consecutive draws. The German squad is very strong, they drew one of their group game against Switzerland, and even though Denmark play defensive game against Germany, they will lose because they cannot handle the German team's pressure.

However, I am not comfortable with England draw against Slovakia. England did not play as well as we expected, they played like a squad that was not prepared to win this tournament. England finished first in the group stage with 5 points, while Slovakia ended third with 4 points, there is just a one point difference. Belgium also lost their game against Slovakia, England must improve their games because if they continue to play as they did in the group stage, they may lose to Slovakia.
