Hey makishart, little note, you can make the graphic a tiny little bit bigger
I know sometimes it is annoying if the whole screen is full of it, but a little bit bigger is fine I guess.
I just try to make sure my picture will not be annoying to anyone.
Yes the difference between Sevilla and Manchester United is too big, I agree. But they purely look at the standings in the table of their domestic leagues and that's it. Although I wouldn't say it is way too big. Manchester is the obvious favorite here for good reasons and the relative difference to a team like Feyenoord, for example, is simply explained by the fact that Sevilla plays against the favorite.
The statistic will never lie. that's im thinking about that since some people in the past were favoring sevilla caused by it has been winning europa league trophy for the six times. I don't mind them but just try to tell if MU is far superior here compared with sevilla.
Sevilla's strategy is clear to me I think. Their first game is an away game, so keep a clean sheet for as long as possible and keep a low difference between goals scored and goals conceded. In a good case scenario not more than -1 goals after the game. In a best case scenario achieve a tie in Manchester and everything above would be a miracle anyway. But the idea is then to put up an amazing fight in front of their own people at home. The bad thing would be if they concede 3+ goals and have to play a game at home that is almost not worth playing.
The problem is, will sevilla be able to do that? Ten Hag didn't want to miss the opportunity to play at home, so MU will be fully offensive. Getting a draw is so difficult to be achieved by sevilla in the upcoming match. Ten hag may give another sanction to the club if MU will get bad result against sevilla at old trafford.
If you look at and predict from the statistical table, MU is indeed superior to Sevilla and I think MU will be a rather complicated opponent for Sevilla because the Red Devils are in a very good state of performance at the moment which allows them to beat Sevilla in the upcoming match.
it looks like the Sevilla coach will use a defensive strategy because they know that the red devils are very fierce and need a very strong defense in Seville's defense.
Sevilla didn't have a lot of choices. Sevilla must have won against MU no matter what kind of strategy that its coach will use. MU is also coming with full strength against sevilla as casemiro will be fully playing against sevilla. Sevilla's director has even known how strong manchester united after MU able to defeat two spanish clubs in a row without any problems. That makes sense if anyone was putting their choice into the MU as the most potential club to win the trophy this season.
