Di Maria's first goal is really fabulous! even coach Allegri was amazed by how he cheered... and you are absolutely right, Nantes could have had a small chance of being able to play for the next round but after the expulsion the situation degenerated for them, it ended 3-0 but it could have been a much greater achievement! Juventus attacked a lot and even hit a post

Exactly, as I said before Juventus could have scored 5 or 6 goals however the Nantes keeper played a good part at times
After seeing how Juventus played, I think Juventus is one of the right candidates to advance to the final
The other candidates are most likely between Manchester United and Roma.

we must not forget that there are other teams that have already qualified and can aspire to reach the final, in addition to Juventus, Rome and Manchester, I would also say Arsenal Feyenoord and Union Berlin, this year the Europa League is giving us great emotions thanks to the presence of great teams , we'll see what comes out of the next draw

Union Berlin v Union Saint-Gilloise

Sevilla v Fenerbahce

Juventus v Freiburg

Bayer Leverkusen v Ferencvaros

Sporting Lisbon v Arsenal

Manchester United v Real Betis

Roma v Real Sociedad

Shakhtar Donetsk v Feyenoord

Arsenal and Manchester United will definitely progress to the next round of the competition. I don’t see Real Betis and Sporting Lisbon causing them much trouble. They’re currently in form and can beat any opponent that comes their way in Europe at the moment.
The two clubs from England are among the clubs in the world that are in the hottest form which means they have every liklihood to progress to the next stage. Betis cannot stop Manchester United and also Lisbon cannot stop Arsenal. Then Sevilla of Spain will.do well because they have Europa experience.

I would also be surprised if Union Saint-Gilloise manages to kick out Union Berlin. Berlin is really a good team this season and I think they could qualify for the next stage. And I agree with your picks. I think that Arsenal and Man United shouldn't have problems advancing to the next round.
Union Saint-Gilloise and Union Berlin both of teams has been met in the group stage and at that time they were can able to defeated each other so this is interesting to know which teams will be qualified and i have to says this match probably will be hard to predicted because i didn't know how strong is Union Saint-Gilloise

Manchester United has interesting records for this season that since group stage they were always be met Spanish teams that on group stage Manchester United has been met Real Sociedad and play off matches against Barcelona and for round of 16 Real Betis will be their next opponents and so far Manchester United has been able to overcomes all of those teams although in Laliga Sociedad and Barcelona is strong teams and apparently beat Betis too isn't big problem for them

As it is, Arsenal and Manchester United are the strongest teams in the current Europa League setup. Both teams with the way they are playing this season are not Europa League teams but a mistake of last season. I know 100% both teams will be playing in the UCL next season regardless of their Europa league journey.
Of course they are in the best game at the moment. Their mentality is on the rise, so naturally they are favorites. But you have to remember Europe is very different, there are always many surprises. Real Betis may look set to be easy opponents. But they have an incredible spirit. Sporting are the same, they cannot be underestimated. I think Juventus, Union Berlin and Roma are also good. But they are slightly below Arsenal and Man United.
You are right Manchester United and Arsenal are in the best position in the Europa League so far. Both the teams are continuing their best performances day-after-day. Either of these two teams has the potential to do well in the Europa League.

It is Europe competition where it is hard to predict, previously you could say Barcelona is one of the strongest team but they have just failed.
There are some others teams from different leagues than EPL that may beat Man United and Arsenal in this competition.
Juventus and Roma from Serie-A, Union Berlin and Leverkusen from Bundesliga, Sevila and Betis from LaLiga, they cant be underestimated.
Till this stage, I would prefer to say that all the teams has the same chance to win Europa League.

What an impressive performance from man united yesterday and even in the first game, barcelona team has improved greatly compared to the season begining but man united improved much more in my opinion they are one of the favourites along side arsenal but there are some teams to keep an eye for like juventus and union berlin they could make it far if not win the title.
Manchester United managed to beat Barcelona in their own ground. But Barcelona tried hard to get themselves back. But Manchester United's defense generally resisted Barcelona's attacks.

Arsenal are one of the strongest in their current form but Manchester United has bad memories with their previous La Liga club, especially against Sociedad. But with the current conditions, it is likely that they will still advance even though Betis is a dark horse that cannot be underestimated. Victory when facing Barcelona in the Play off can be a good capital to face other La Liga clubs now.

Shaktar Donetsk won the match that went to penalties. Roma also won 2-0 at home in the rematch of the match they lost 1-0 away.
Ajax lost a dominant game and were eliminated. Despite being away, they played a dominant football but couldn't take advantage of the positions they found. Union berlin played less and less and won the match.
Ajax's elimination surprised me a bit. Union berlin is a fit team but they don't have enough experience in these tournaments.

Barcelona tried their best and in fact in European competition it does not look like this year was their year.I thought that they had the capacity to beat Manchester United but the fact that Manchester United beat them surprised me a lot as the players of Manchester United if taken individually are not at the same level as those of Barcelona so I think this to be the hand of their coach which is doing really well so far with them. From now on I think the most favored teams to win the Europa League are Manchester United and Juventus.
I'm not surprised Barcelona lose to Manchester United,  it is the home of Manchester United and it can not be just easy for Barcelona to win. Though Barcelona had opportunity of winning the game by leading in the first half but they couldn't maintain the lead. Manchester United was really tough even in the first half which they didn't have opportunity to make a goal. This season Barcelona have never been good in league competitions outside laliga,  they only put more efforts only in laliga games.

Ajax was unlucky this time. facing Union Berlin, Ajax's front line looked frustrated. they controlled the midfield but Union Berlin left Ajax with little to do.
Ajax controlled 74% of ball possession. but could only make 3 shots on target. of course, Union Berlin has a defense unimaginable for Ajax.

I think a another very modest performance from Ajax Amsterdam, Union Berlin (is also in a deserved third place in the German championship) deserved to win and also deserved to advance to the next round. Possession alone doesn't win a game also Ajax don't seem very confident and don't have much self-belief, next season Ajada has a lot of work to do.

I agree with what you said, even though in this match they lost by a landslide, but Nantes' game, especially Lapont as goalkeeper, deserves a thumbs up.
His performance is still very good and he really worked hard in this match, it's just that the advantage in the number of Juventus players also hindered and made Nantes unable to do much in this match.

Even in La Liga, Barcelona still have to fight very well if they want a trophy at the end of the season. Because if Barcelona are still able to be beaten by other teams in the remaining matches in La Liga, Real Madrid will continue to use this to get closer to Barcelona's number of points in the standings. But in general Barcelona can now only focus on competitions in Spain such as La Liga and also the Copa del Rey where Barcelona is also faced with its eternal rival, Real Madrid.
Barcelona's position is not yet safe consider about real madrid can still chase it anytime as there are so many matches remaining in la liga. I guess that if barcelona needs to make the gap even bigger. Barcelona will not able to play in europa league anymore. Barcelona is now in the domestic level only. Gerrard pique was so mad caused by barcelona was losing against MU. Ten hag has been improving MU a lot.

Ten hag is such a consistent coach that was making its team waking up again to get its best form. MU looks so different when it was playing in la liga. MU deserves a spot to play in the champion league next season.

exactly I think like you. Juventus will fight for this trophy all the way! di Maria was amazing today, it's a pity that during the whole year he had many stops due to injuries! now that I'm writing the match Manchester Barcelona are at 1-1, a very balanced match! I bet on the over 2.5 I hope for another goal from Robert

So far and from all the goals I saw this week the way Di Maria scored the first goal was amazing and unique I mean by scoring this goal he proved himself pretty well and even after that he could score two other goals for his team. Di Maria is still on his good days with Juventus and performing well for his team. However, the moment when the referee punished Pallois with the red card the game just finished because even before that the French team, Nantes had nothing to do, and after that red card goal they accepted the loss.

Barcelona are now face with no other option than to focus solely on winning the laliga competition this season as they have been serially swept off from all European competition this season starting from the UCL in the hands of Bayern Munich down to the Europa in Man UTD hands and this is no good for the Spanish.

The main goal for Barcelona now remains the La Liga championship.  After the elimination in the Europa League, there is no other target left for Barcelona to focus on.  I hope Real Madrid does not become the champion, but Barcelona can at least achieve one of their goals as champions.
It is clear even to the blind that the only hope of Barcelona in this season is the Spanish La Liga.

I thank their goodness that they are already leading with eight points. Even if they have to be less careful. It will be difficult for Real Madrid to overtake them by next season. I do not know if Barca will continue with Xavi as their coach or they will make a change.
