You contradict yourself. You mentioned they scored a remarkable win over Barcelona yet you also claim their victory over Barcelona wasn’t so great.

I think their victory over Barcelona was amazing. They stood up to Barcelona in the first leg and came out with a draw. Ordinarily, I would have thought that Barcelona would gear up to win the second leg of the game but it seemed Manchester United wanted the win much more.

I still don’t think the Penalty awarded to Barcelona in true first half of the game should have been given but I guess it didn’t matter at the end cause Manchester United still got the win.

It was clear to me that Manchester United would beat Barcelona after the first match. They were confident away and Barcelona were lucky that they were able to equalise at the end of the first game. There was no doubt in my mind that Manchester United would win the home return game. Even just looking at the stats of the game, Manchester United played better.

There are some more teams that showed pretty good performance and win the Europa League in the end. One of the teams that look very good is Union Berlin. They are in the top of Bundesliga and just managed to beat Ajax with a pretty big 3-1 score. Ajax had the ball in their possesion but it was Union Berlin who had more shots and won in the end.

With so many teams showing good performances, this makes competition in the European League this season very interesting. Manchester United managed to progress after defeating Barcelona with a score of 2-1 (4-3). I'm not too surprised by this result because even though Barcelona played well, Mamnchester United also did the same with the improvements they made.
Union Berlin is showing an impressive performance in the Bundesliga, it will be an important capital for them to be able to talk more in the Europa League this season.

Union Berlin on the other hand always was a team of the second Bundesliga until a few years ago.
That match yesterday though, was a pretty good example why Union Berlin is so successful this year. Their defense is very stable and they don't get nervous even if the opponent is having the ball all the time. In addition to that they are also very effecdtive with their chances.

Barcelona dominated the match and deserved to win the game. But Manchester United goal keeper David de Gea was just exceptionally good, with several outstanding saves. He would have even saved Robert Lewandowski penalty if the striker had not lifted the ball a little bit high. The management office the Barca team will be very disappointed because they had invested so much on the team.

I didn't expect Manchester United to win this match because they have not been in good shape this season. But they defended so well and made the Barca to have less chances. The result from this year was the same like last year. Barcelona's not at the level that was able to compete with another good club in the europa league. It was losing against MU which has been always losing to the barcelona so many times. A bit surprised that if the degrade of barcelona's quality was happening. Im not even feel doubt if barcelona may also fail to get another trophy just like copa del rey. It seems like that barcelona is always facing difficulty to compete in competition other than domestic competition.

The performance from barcelona can be categorized as good enough but it's not even enough to win europa league. Glad to see that MU was making barcelona out from europa league. What people said about barcelona would win europa league easily was not true

That's a serious problem for Ajax ATM, not only being knocked out of UEL, they are not even having a good enough season in the Eredivisie.
