They controlled the match and had more than 30 shots but only had 3 points with a super late goal from Mc Tominay. It shows that Manchester United still have serious problems with attacking system.

If they can not score goals to Omnia, they will have more difficulty when facing with stronger clubs. If opponents are stronger clubs, they won't be able to dominate match like yesterday and won't be able to shot too much like that. Chance to find goals should be slimmer and their players must be trained more to shot more accurately.

Anyway, this match is a good one enough for them to continue their improvements in result and keep up positive sentiment in the club.

I was counted at least Omonia goalkeeper has blocked 9 chances to scoring goals from Manchester United players so it's lucky their goalkeeper was playing well yesterday because the score probably will be more than 1 goal if the goalkeepers didn't do several great save and some people will thought this match will ended draw because until extra time the score hasn't change but finally Mctominay has came as the hero of Manchester United and since the beginning of match Omonia has a plan to stole point from Manchester United because it's impossible for them to beat them at their home round so that's why Omonia has using 5 defender players because they know Manchester United forward players is very sharp

Manchester united used the second half to defeated Omonia 1-0 for the favour of Manchester united that made their fans to celebrate for the three points they achieved from the match. Omonia really prepared well for this match, because they didn't allow Manchester united strikers to achieve any goal in the first half, and their defenders make sure they secure everywhere in the first half not to allow cristiano Ronaldo to score a single goal. But at 90 minutes, Manchester united midfielders and strikers joined their efforts together to achieved victory at the end of the match.

Omonia's keeper was too impressive he had enough save despite the club having very poor appearance in the match there was a total of four brilliant saves against Rashford, One unique one against Casmero and another shocking save against Anthony and Rashford combined, McTominay denied F. Uzoho the Man of the match title. McTominay became the favourite star of the match based on his determined performance to ensure the earn three points at old Trafford to keep their position counting in the Europa. Manchester had a stat and were in possession of the ball all through the match it was a big display of passion and dedication to win.

Getting the 3 points is all what counts here but the failure to score in 90 minutes is worrying.. Their opponent isn't that solid team, yet they won with only one goal in the latest minutes..

Trabzon did good by scoring 4 goals against Monaco which they are performing bad by the way in their home league. They still have a chance to pass without playing play-offs if they win the remaining 2 games.
Lazio should be the first in its group with certain gap but ironically all of them have 5 points Roll Eyes

Well Manchester United won it in the end with 1-0 and a very late goal in the extra time. I did not watch that match but only looking at the result that is a very disappointing performance of Manchester United because they played with a lot of their usual starting players and to be honest i have never heard of Omonia Nikosia before this Europa League season.
Looking at the stats of the game though it becomes obvious that ManU was extremely dominant in this game and also had a lot of chances to score. So in the end this win is more than deserved for Manchester.
Also Freiburg won again today with 4-0 at Nantes. 4 Wins out of 4 games very impressive.
