I think its a disapointing result for man united seeing how the game went they should've scored atleast three goals, they should fix these offensive problems in the next game if they want to go far in the europa league, they faced a really weak team and they only managed to win by the slightes of margins.

Manchester United had a really awkward match. They were in control from the beginning to the end as expected. However the winning goal came by McTominay barely in the stoppage time. I know that this is the Europa League and it isn't the most important target for them at the moment. But this statistics was still worrying to me as they had like 33 shots and 12 of them were on target. Ronaldo was in the starting eleven again in a Europa League match. I hope to see him like this in the Premier League as well otherwise we can't see a better performing Ronaldo anymore.

Now they have consolidated their place very much and they would focus on the Premier League matches more than before.

I watched the match till around the 88th minute and thought it was going to end in a 0-0 draw, only to read from here that it actually ended 1-0 in favor of Manchester United. How heartbreaking it must have been for Omonia Nicosia.

So, I am just wondering, who scored the last minutes goal for Manchester United?

Everyone will have imagined a different United team tonight in their home game against Omonia Nicosia. It took until the 93rd minute for United to score the winner in the 1-0 win. Okay, a win is a win but the fans won't have much fun with this match. With this victory they have secured the winter to the next round, but I think the fans at old Trafford now also want to see more and more fun football. Because of their outstanding performance in both the Europa League and the Premier League this season, Arsenal is my top pick for the Europa League this season.
Bodo was very strong today, looking at how serious they were in the match, they were not lucky to win because they created more chances than Arsenal and had more shots than Arsenal, but Arsenal's defiance was a bit stronger as they can withstand the pressure of the home team. This performance today demonstrated how Arsenal is well prepared to return to the Champions League, even through the Europa League, by becoming champions this season, which I believe they can do.

It seems that the Omonia guys are ready to resist Manchester United till the 90th minutes of the match.
I am not understanding the decision of the Omonia goalkeeper - Uzoho, the guy is so incredible this night , he has stopped so many shots on target even at the start of the second half he has stopped a shot from Anthony which was again sent back by Rashford but stopped. He also stopped a shot by Fred and almost all the Manchester United attackers. It could be that he is too good this night or so lucky or luck is not in the side of Manchester united players .

I found it very adorable watching the Manchester United vs Omonia match, Manchester United had a lot of chances but couldn't score and the game was completely dominated by Manchester United.
actually I expected Ronaldo to score in the first half because he played from the start, actually Omonia is an easy opponent for a top team like Manchester United and can also score a lot of goals, but Manchester United couldn't take advantage of that. Hopefully in the second half Manchester United can score goals and also win the game because I see Omonia in attack doesn't look good, except for goalkeeper Francis Uzoho who is quite good and can save the ball several times from Manchester United's attacks.

Marcus rashford has been clinical today hitting the target a couple of times but being denied by the Nigerian goalkeeper Uzoho who has replaced the first team keeper of the team. He has been the difference in this game and has stopped Manchester United from entering into the second half with any goal.
Omonia had like two good chances to be ahead but because of some stingy play they couldn't utilise the opportunity they had which might be the best one they will have in this game.

We should have been in the champions League but were denied by Tottenham Hotspur. Just as we are showing I expect us to prove to everyone that we are bigger than this Europa League and deserve a chance next season in the champions League. We have eleven wins out of twelve games in all competition, that's a good record for Arterta.

Batshuayi continues to be the savior for Fenerbahce. Grin

He scored the winning goal once again for his team and played a big role in this match. The first half was under full control of Fenerbahce but the second half was different than that. AEK started to be more dangerous with the chances they found. They found an early goal to equalize the score also. But Fenerbahce kept fighting until the end and finally scored the winner by a penalty in the last ten minutes. They got another penalty but Valencia missed this one. They still managed to maintain a 2-1 advantage until the final whistle.

As Rennes defeated Dynamo Kyiv by only one goal, Fenerbahce are still keeping their lead. I think they will finish this stage as the leader also because they can defeat Rennes in Istanbul.
