Each of the reasons you stated could be a true fact for both teams, because in general both of them will be equally focused on the Europa League trophy this season, although Leverkusen will not consider it a gift because their current coach will still will remain at Leverkusen next season. AC Milan and Benfica are surely best teams and these can make things interesting, while we will be having little edge but still competition at the same level and quality for the all teams.
