Leverkusen will clearly be many people's favorites in the Europa League until they reach the final because Leverkusen's performance is quite convincing, although that is not a guarantee. But if you look at Xabi Alonso's ambition so far, it is quite clear that if Xabi wants to win the treble, he has already pocketed 2 trophies and wants to add 1 more. trophy in the European League even though to get it he has to get past Liverpool, Milan and Roma first.
Leverkusen will beat West Ham, and they have a chance to get to the final. I predict they will play Liverpool in the final (CMIIW). Yes, they have secured two championship titles. They lead the Bundeliga with a 16-point advantage over Munich. And it would be absolutely impossible to catch. It seems that Munich also no longer hopes to win the Bundesliga. In the final of the DFB Pokal Leverkusen will face Kaiserslautern, the team ranked 17th in Bundesliga 2. I think 90% Leverkusen will win the DFB Pokal.
The only challenge for Xabi is the European league. Of course they will be very motivated to get the treble winner and write their names in history.
Treble Winner looks realistic for Leverkusen to achieve this season, they are a phenomenal team in Europe at the moment by being unbeaten in all competitions, placing Leverkusen as the favorite team to win is not wrong at all. However, Xabi Alonso must think of an effective strategy to achieve victory easily, unlike in their previous match against Qarabag. West Ham could trouble Leverkusen or create a surprise, even though on paper Leverkusen chances are quite high to win. In the first leg, Leverkusen must be able to score lots of goals, and make good use of the home match, so that in the second leg they can play relaxed.

The Bundesliga and DFB Pokal trophies are getting closer, there is only one match left for them to make their dreams come true, and will change the history of the club existence. Xabi Alonso is a figure who deserves to be praised for Leverkusen success this season, in my opinion he has succeeded in bringing out all the potential that his players have. Now it's only a matter of time, and we will see Leverkusen get on the podium and lift the trophy, this is extraordinary because they managed to break Bayern Munich dominance.

Well after the yesterday results in Bundesliga we can have a game changer in someways, because now Leverkusen is practically secured the title so they can rest players in their Bundesliga games if this is necesary.

Anyways i still think Leverkusen is not gonna win this competition.
Everyone's raving about Leverkusen's amazing Bundesliga run. But Europa League? That is entirely different. Its a great accomplishment for any team, but comparing domestic form to the Europa League is foolish.

The bookies now favour them and Liverpool, which makes sense. The Europa League is where underdogs shine and surprises happen, as we know. Liverpool has a history of success in European competitions.

Although Leverkusen is strong, football is about more than winning streaks. We've seen clubs win their leagues but lose in Europe. Different mindset and intensity. I like underdogs, so Im not betting on Leverkusen yet.

Milan should not be left out in this competition, because they are also doing great in their domestic league, and they gat quite experienced and string players who will be able to advance the club to the semifinals. Roma is their opponent, and this is where De Rossi will be faced with a big challenge on how to win the match.

Roma are currently playing good football and have only lost one match to Inter since the arrival of De Rossi, if I am not wrong, and this should also motivate them in order to win Milan, who I see as a better side than them in Seria A. But this is European league and all clubs are taking this competition very serious whether underdog or a strong club.

There could be two very hard semifinals for both teams and even though Leverkusen and Liverpool may be considered the favorites in the Europa League, the semifinals could be Leverkusen vs. AC Milan and Liverpool vs. Benfica. Those would be two tough games for both of them. Beating Benfica at home can be very hard and calling Leverkusen the favorite against AC Milan, I am not so sure. AC Milan now won seven games in a row in Serie A and Europa League combined. I think it would be more a 50:50 game than Leverkusen being a crystal clear favorite in that game.
So far the semi-final between Leverkusen and Milan is likely to be very exciting compared to Liverpool's match which may face Benfica in the other semi-final later, if later Benfica will meet Liverpool of course Liverpool will be the favorite to win the game even if maybe Marseille will be Liverpool's opponent, I think at the moment Liverpool have everything they need to reach the Europa League final and even Maybe win it, because in my opinion the experience, mentality, quality of players possessed by Liverpool at the moment is still better than other teams that are still in the quarterfinals of the Europa League.

While on the other hand of course Milan and Leverkusen will be an early final in my opinion when they meet in the semi-finals later, but for sure the match will be full of prestige and also high intensity because indeed both teams have so far been able to give many surprises with their consistent performances, I think when Leverkusen and Milan meet maybe we will all consider Leverkusen as superior,  But I think Milan will be a worthy opponent for Leverkusen and I think Milan will be able to beat Leverkusen when they are not favourites in that game.

Let's just look at the quarter-final match which will be held on April 12, because the results might be surprising. Liverpool are predicted to win the Europa League, but Jurgen Kloop's focus is divided on the Domestic League, especially since last night he just won a draw against United. even though the points are the same, Arsenal is at the top of the standings. Kloop has to share his focus, especially as one of these players getting injured again will disrupt the Red's performance. So, let's see how far Liverpool has gone in two different competitions. although, in the Europa League the Red is a strong candidate besides Leverkusen.

In contrast, Leverkusen is a little calmer than Livwrpool. Alonso is on the verge of breaking the Bundesliga dominance that Bayer Munich has so far, Alono can focus his team on this competition.  Moreover, they will appear with a full squad. For me, Leverkusen has the potential to win this competition. It's not without reason that I'm talking, not because they haven't been defeated. However, the pattern, system and game displayed by Xabi Alonso's team were truly impressive. plus, high fighting spirit. Well, before we talk about the next round, let alone the meeting between Liverpool and Leverkusen. It's better if we focus first on the quarter-final match, maybe there will be a surprise there.
Even though Leverkusen with Alonso have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. Well it'll only be fair and an added advantage to the German club if their hit maker coach stays the next season with them to keep up with the positive differences he's trying impart to the club.

Alonso was quested for by the counterpart German team, Munich and they've been able to have his preference. Well, hopefully he'll be able to take them out of the state they are. His records are speaking for him and so it's understandable that they see him as a proper prospect for the job ahead in the club. Also considering the English side as an option, I believe he can make much impact there too. The league is definitely a competitive league and so he's got to put in extra efforts. Yes the club has the right quality of players too that suits his taste and maybe they can bring positivity to the atmosphere.

Even though the league may seem foreign, a switch in environment serves as an advantage to his experience acquisition too. Liverpool on the other hand has experienced a push ahead in their stance since Klopp joined the team. They have been impactful in all areas of contests they find themselves and pulled through series of finals and have lifted a number of trophies too. The manager has been a positive addition to them and it's understandable if the club can't let go of him yet. Klopp is been a savior to the team and so if Xabi is to join them, then he's got a task to do better than Klopo did.

This is less than Xabi's second season with Leverkusen, because last season he joined in the middle of the season. However, in what I think is a very short time, he has shown extraordinary success. Even though in the end they failed in the Europa League, that doesn't reduce anything in their performance, because in my opinion they have shown more than enough so far.

Their main target is the Bundesliga, and now that target is in their hands even though they still haven't locked up the title. However, with the existing point distance, they will definitely get it. They can still increase the 2 trophies they have bagged so far by winning the treble winner even though they still have a long way to go in the European League this season. However, if you look at the opportunities that exist, I think they will be able to be in at least the final match. Leverkusen have shown their extraordinary abilities this season. They performed something that even I didn't predict at the start of the season.

It's actually not a bad speculation to think that West ham may actually loose to Leverkusen but then looking at west ham I'm sure they wouldn't be seen as a weak team, both in the Europa and their so domestic league so far they have been able to show a considerably average performance which will make one believe they shouldn't be underestimated or overlooked because it's very possible they will be able to get a draw or prove very resistive.

Westham has got a good performance so far in the premier league but they are not consistent with their results, Leverkusen has got an advantage of a better attacking line then westham but westham has got a defen which they can trust to fall back to when it becomes critical so I'm speculating that West ham will be more defensive while looking out for counter opportunities with which they will be able to get ahead of their opponent because they are much aware of the abilities of their opponent and the fact that Leverkusen isn't player dependent is a reason they will be able get ahead of west ham.

Leverkusen doesn't have a key player upon which they depends which can be said of attacked the team will be weak and that will turn out an advantage they actually have a team spirit playing style so everyone is actually playing well enough and not having all dependency on any so even injury wouldn't have much on them and the record of staying unbeaten since this season is another reason for them to want to defend with all they have gat.

One of their missions is secured, they will focus on the next one which I think is the Europa league.

They and Liverpool are the two teams that we should be looking at in the Europa League because they are both playing well in their respective domestic leagues, therefore the Europa League will become very interesting to watch, but I think Leverkusen will have the good advantage since they have less load in the Bundesliga unlike Liverpool who have to win all their remaining matches to win the League.
I think they still have two missions left since the Bundesliga is almost secured, they have the KFB POKAL Final and the Europa League. They will play the KFB POKAL Final against Kaiserslautern, a Bundesliga 2 team who are struggling and currently sits on the relegation zone of the Bundesliga 2 league. It would be an easy win for Leverkusen but it’s a final so they can’t underestimate them. The Europa League is more competitive so their focus would definitely be to reach the final of the Europa League and possibly lift it.

If they should win the Europa League and also win the Bundesliga and the KFB POKAL cup it would be a very special season for them and the fans for winning the Treble and i think Xabi Alonso should be appreciated for leading the team to one of the most successful season of the club.

Leverkusen are now starting to have comfort in the Europa League, by successfully claiming the Bundesliga champion sooner now, it is certain that Leverkusen can fully focus on facing Europa League matches, but I think still Leverkusen cannot underestimate their opponents,.
With the Bundesliga bagged it would be easier for them to focus on the Europa League giving them edge over every other teams like Liverpool who would have to worry about winning the premier league because they have Arsenal and Manchester City competing for the league as well. They cannot underestimate any team regardless of winning the bundesliga, all the opponents at this stage are actually worthy and they can be very difficult opponents to face.

Indeed, currently Leverkusen no longer has a burden in the Bundesliga and they can make the Europa League as their second trophy target, but I personally tend to see Liverpool is a team that deserves to win the Europa League this season, in my opinion Liverpool's journey so far in the Champions League certainly makes them have a better mentality and experience than Leverkusen, although Liverpool have a busy schedule that at the moment is between focusing on the league and Europa League, but I think Klopp's ability to rotate and also place players well in various positions in my opinion will not interfere with Liverpool's concentration at this time.

Klopp is very ambitious and this season is a last one for him with Liverpool so he does want to win as many titles as possible with Liverpool. The draw in Premier League with Manchester United is bad for Liverpool as they now are at the second position under Arsenal. They are no long control the race against Arsenal and Manchester City but Premier League title is a big one and Klopp, Liverpool will continue to fight for it.

Leverkusen only wait for time to lift Bundesliga trophy and only magic can help Bayern Munich to win Bundesliga. It will be a biggest shock ever in history of Bundesliga if Leverkusen lose the title in this season.

With early success in Bundesliga, Xabi Alonso can reserve best players for Europa League quarter finals and even later matches. With best players they have for Europa League, I agree with any opinion that Leverkusen is one of best candidates to win Europa League.

Well after the yesterday results in Bundesliga we can have a game changer in someways, because now Leverkusen is practically secured the title so they can rest players in their Bundesliga games if this is necesary.
Leverkusen have more advantage than last 8 clubs in Europa League after solving their domestic league Bundesliga very early. They can focus most of their resources for Europa League, and it makes them stronger in this competition.

Leverkusen had got smaller chance to win the Europa League compared to Liverpool, which has won the competition numerous times in the past and many people knew the history of liverpool at europa league. If you ask me which team has become my favorite, I would probably say Liverpool since it has proven its existence in europa league many times. Leverkusen is a strong club, but their performance in the Bundesliga does not convince me to pick them as my favorite team to win the competition for the current season.
Both Leverkusen and Liverpool have four matches to reach to the final match. They will have to beat two more opponents to appear in the final match of Europa League. If they meet each other in the Europa League final, chance will be 50/ 50 for each club. If Manchester United can get a draw from Liverpool and came very nearly to a winning, Leverkusen can do the same or better than Manchester United.

It's too soon to talk about a champion of Europa League 2023 - 2024 but if the final will be between Liverpool and Leverkusen, it will be an interesting match. They are both very attacking in their tactical philosophy and can contribute an exciting final match for watching.

It's actually true that Liverpool are the clear favourite to win this year uefa Europa league title, but I really don't think it's will be that easy for them, because as of today, Bayern Leverkusen are in the form of their lives, though even they meet each other at a particular stage of the competition, Liverpool will still be the favourite to win it due to their rich history in Europe, but I believe that it's really going to be a fascinating encounter between them if they actually meet each other, but the competition is still very open though, let just watch and see how it goes gradually, because I believe that more surprises is expected in this year Europa league.

The teams are too different, it seems to me that Bayer’s attack is faster, Alonso should take advantage of this, especially since West Ham’s defense is not the best in the Premier League, they conceded 56 goals in 32 matches, this is approximately the figure for teams near the relegation zone. This could be the main problem for West Ham, since Bayer's attack is very good. Last year these teams played a friendly game and Bayer won, of course it was just a friendly game, but Bayer was already good then.
Yes, Leverkusen's attacks are fast so they can make it difficult for their opponents to maintain their defense and WestHam will play very carefully, I think WestHam will play a defensive strategy if you look at their performance so far when facing quite difficult clubs, including against Leverkusen in the European League, namely This is quite a big obstacle for WestHam because this club is in very good form and has not lost in all competitions, so it is not an easy task for WestHam to break Leverkusen's winning trend.

Yes, they met in a friendly match and Leverkusen was able to win with a landslide score against West Ham but that was just a friendly match which was not very important for both parties but who knows, Leverkusen could do the same thing if they met WestHam in their next meeting because of WestHam's performance inconsistent in the league.

Leverkussen has quite some high chances as they can afford to lose like 3-4 games in their local Bundesliga while it will be difficult for them to do so as they are unbeaten from more than 40 games,so it is just to say that they have the luxury of fully focusing on the Europa League as they have already gotten their Bundesliga title most likely.

It won't be that easy however as there is Liverpool in the Europa League too which means that most likely I see a final here between the two teams if they don't encounter themselves before that game which honestly if they do it would be a shame as most likely one of these two teams should be a winner.
It is almost a foregone conclusion that Leverkusen will win the Bundesliga title this season as their nearest rivals Bayern Munich are many points behind them.

Leverkussen have been performing consistently and we have seen their performance far better than Bayern Munich's since the start. If Bayan Munich could have equalized the points difference from the start, they could have competed well with Bayan Munich and Leverkussen by the end of the season, but Bayan Munich failed to match the competition from the start. As the points gap between the two teams has widened by the middle of the season, Bayern Munich may not be able to compete with this team until the end of the season. On the other hand, if we consider the Europa League competition, then surely Liverpool will be a tough opponent for Leverkusen and it will be a tough fight with these two teams.

Anyways i still think Leverkusen is not gonna win this competition.

Become a potential candidate will not guarantee the club to hit the trophy. Leverkusen will  not win this competition easily but it's still remain a club with the lowest odds along with liverpool that is still holding the first place to get the europa league trophy this season. Bookies are considering these clubs as the strongest clubs based on their performances.  There are so many strong clubs are still competing in the Europa League this season and it decreases leverkusen's chance to win the competition gradually when other club showed astonishing performances. Perhaps Leverkusen will leave the Europa League through the same scenario as happened last season when a small club was kicking its ass and this is still possible to happen considering that we are still in the quarter final. The bookmakers still favor this club and Liverpool to win the competitions but other clubs are also holding their chances to win the competition.

That will be a very difficult one to come to a conclusion this early. The unbeaten run continues even when we know that it’ll definitely come to an end one day but this team looks very strong and can be able to win this trophy also if they set their mind fully at it as they did to the Bundesliga title race. I am not saying other teams can’t win either, but the chances of Bayern Leverkusen winning should be equal to other teams you see as potential contenders for the Europa League title too. The speculations won’t stop but I still have a lot of hope in this team to also win the Europa League title.

That's right, the challenges and pressure faced by Liverpool are heavier than Leverkusen, so this will benefit Leverkusen from having a lot to say in the European League in the future. Liverpool must be able to appear balanced, Jurgen Klopp has a tougher task because the competition for the Premier League trophy is quite tight at the moment. This is different from Leverkusen, which is already in a safe position, because the competition for the Bundesliga trophy is now over. Meanwhile, Liverpool and Leverkusen deserve to be favorites this season, both teams are performing well and are very consistent.

Meanwhile, we also cannot just ignore Milan, they have the potential to be another team that can win the Europa League this season. However, the competition is only at the quarter final stage, where I think many surprises could happen, and the favorite teams could be eliminated by surprise. Leverkusen high expectations are understandable, Xabi Alonso squad has had great luck by being unbeaten to date. Now many assume that Leverkusen has the opportunity to win the treble this season.
