Leverkussen has quite some high chances as they can afford to lose like 3-4 games in their local Bundesliga while it will be difficult for them to do so as they are unbeaten from more than 40 games,so it is just to say that they have the luxury of fully focusing on the Europa League as they have already gotten their Bundesliga title most likely.

It won't be that easy however as there is Liverpool in the Europa League too which means that most likely I see a final here between the two teams if they don't encounter themselves before that game which honestly if they do it would be a shame as most likely one of these two teams should be a winner.

This situation can put them as favorite to win Europa League this season. They now can relax in Bundesliga without significant pressure, because their position is now safe at the top of the table. Leverkusen will have their focus on their ambition to lift european trophy. On the other hand, other three favorite teams, Liverpool, Milan  and Roma, still have their own aspirations in their respective league. Liverpool is having fierce competition in Premier League to win the title. Milan is maintaining their second position in Serie A to stay in Champions League zone. And Roma is fighting for top four finish competing with some other teams.

Focus is crucial in a high-stake tournament like Europa League. This is why Leverkusen have an edge to win the Europa League trophy while they are having their best form and in full confident after closing to their league title. They can now manage gametimes for their players to avoid injuries or other obstacles.

After all four clubs have qualified to the semifinals, that is when one can know which two clubs will advance to the finals based on their opponents that they will be playing with. It is obvious that this will be a beautiful and remarkable season for Leverkusen, if they can win the treble.

Bayer Leverkusen has this season been in their very best form and just like you did rightly mentioned, they are not a team that will be actually scared to contend any team both in the Europa or their domestic league because so far they have been able to already face so many teams in both leagues a d were still able to maintain that good form which actually means they are at their best this season.

Most definitely the fact that they have got a very good coach too which could actually mean a whole big bossy for them actually can't be overly emphasized as his strategy and tactical approach to game ahas been seen to be effective and still very much productive with the team, i see every possibilities of This team getting to the finals of the Europa a d aswell been able to win their own domestic League aswell this season and this actually isn't any joke at all. The kind of record Leverkusen has been able to keep this season is such that across Europe this season, almost no team has been able to maintain such records and it's helped boost their confidence so far.

Liverpool is the only team sofar that i have seen to be such that could actually be able to cause Leverkusen a little hitch in the Europa and looking at their performance today in their domestic league, they obviously are not dropping form or has in anyway become lesser of the form they used to have before now so most definitely Liverpool is going to be a very hard nut to crack that's if actually Leverkusen will be able to really crack them.

Obviously, any result can still happen, so you really can't guarantee or say that Bayer Leverusen will fail in the Europa League. Because after all, a treble winner is the big dream of every team that is capable or has the chance to get it. So yes, because this season Bayer Leverkusen has a big chance of getting a treble winner, of course, Bayer Leverkusen will also have a big effort in the Europa League this time to get a trophy Europa League after Bayer Leverkusen managed to get the Bundesliga trophy and the DFB Pokal trophy. Leverkusen is showing a stable performance. They play well in every match and deserve the winning streak. Anyone who faces such a team will have difficulty. If Leverkusen's good play continues, they will not have any difficulties against West Ham.

from my point of view it looks like Xabi troops will still beat Liverpool but this is just speculation.
