It was very unexpected, but Roma have done themselves proud by not collapsing just after the exit of Jose Mourinho. If  Daniele De Rossi can win the Europa with Roma, he would have made history and increased his value as a coach. There was a lot drama involved with the penalty kicks, the Roma players will never forget especially Mile Svilar who has to be the hero for Roma. Roma need to start preparing for their next opponent in this competition as soon as they are fixed.

Galatasaray was not a strong club. Even sparta prague can beat it with huge margins and this proves that if galatasaray was not capable to competing in the UCL. that's why it was dropping from UCL to the europa league. It's very good result from sparta prague caused by this is also going to the next stage to face other strong club.
As i expected that some clubs were qualified for the upcoming game like acmilan and roma. These serie a clubs were able getting very good result. There are some surprise results and lens was not also able qualifying to the next stage.

Qarabag was able beating braga in the continuation of play off stage to go to the top 16. That's bad result for braga caused by it was losing against unpopular team like qarabag. This is very bad achievement by the team.

Today's match ended in a draw and continued into the penalty shootout round where Roma managed to finish the penalty round with a win and now they continue to progress to the round of 16. For De Rossi, this is a matter of pride for him because he doesn't have much experience as a coach but he managed to take Roma past the play-off round.

Yes, this victory is also very important for the Serie A representatives because in the round of 16 there are three representatives from Serie A, namely Atalanta, Ac Milan and Roma. So it is very likely that they will reach a further stage in their journey in the European league this season. We will see the draw for the opponents they will face in the round of 16 and I hope for a surprise in the round of 16.

It was a close one between AS Roma and Fey. After having both their goals within the first 15minutes of the first half, there wasn’t any other goal produced in the whole game. Roma looked very threatening in the first half, I thought they would be able to take the lead at any minute in the second half but no, not much was given as Fey did well to put there defense line in check, making those interceptions and tackles just when it mattered to hold the game into the final whistle, extra time and a shout out.

The Hero in this game however was the goalkeeper. Having to save 2 consecutive penalties and had his hands on the third, that’s something I didn’t see coming and he made it look really simple.
Lukaku’s saved penalty was another surprise as well. He seemed to have got everything right, his footing, the pressure on the ball to deliver that shot and on target too but, the goalkeeper was there to deny him a goal.

Roma still managed to proceed to the next stage anyway, congrats to them.

Roma is being an the last team who qualified to round of 16 today and the match against Feyenoord is not easy because both teams have to playing draw at the normal time and at the extra time actually whether it Roma or Feyenoord still attempts to scores because seems they want to avoiding penalty kick even last minutes of extra time Lukaku almost be scored but luckily Wellenreuther can make fantastic save which make the match have to continue to penalty kick and Svilar is being an the hero of Roma because he can blocked 2 penalty kick from Feyenoord and this result is make Roma can able to round of 16

8 teams who qualified already determinted and they are Roma, Milan, Benfica, Marseille, Sporting, Sparta Prague, Qarabag, and Freiburg but the most surprised match today is between the match Sparta Prague vs Galatasaray that the match looks very easy to Galatasaray because they can leading the game at early minutes of first half by Preciado goal but the disaster was came when Galatasaray player Kaan Ayhan got the red card because after that incident Sparta Prague was control the game even within 22 minutes Sparta Prague can able to scores 3 goals which make they can able to became an the winner of this match and Sparta Prague was qualified with final aggregate 6-4

I said here that Roma has the advantage of playing at home after the 1-1 draw in the first leg. I didn't see this game going into extra time, let alone end in penalties. I expected Roma to win in normal time, although I knew it was going to be a tough game.

This goes on to show how well De Rossi has drilled these Roma boys. Feyenoord is a very good attacking team that could have won either leg of this tie to qualify if Roma had not changed managers. For Roma to be able to knock out Feyernoord, their confidence has increased so much and now they'll believe more that they can go all the way.

It was definitely not a good result but we did all the best we could. We haven't had a wing back since we sold Boey, and this has been talked about a lot and this is the result basically. I have talked about it at the local board as well, but this goes to the summer transfer window and a bit on winter break as well. I didn't even believe that Galatasaray was defeated by a big score, but in fact it came true and my bet in this match was really unlucky. If you look at the first leg, Galatasaray game was quite good, but unfortunately in the second leg, they were not able to balance their strengths, so Prague managed to score 4 goals against them.

Even though previously Galatasaray were quite favorites to qualify for the round of 16 because the depth of their squad was much stronger compared to their opponents, but unfortunately they did not manage to advance to the next round. On the other hand, I hope that Roma succeeds in following AC Milan through to the next round.

Galatasaray played well until the red card. There was almost no shot on target in the second half. Before and after the card in the second half, Galatasaray completely gave control of the game to Sparta Prague. Okan Buruk has nothing to do because he doesn't have two full-backs, Berkan is already a mediocre football player, this would be enough with the substitute players.

Icardi also was very reluctant and didn't seem to be in the mood to run today. Sparta Prague won with a clean game. What happened after the match was ridiculous, there is no need for such things.

I can't believe that Galatasaray will fumble the bag despite having the advantage coming into this game. They started well and equalized pretty quickly which I liked but in the end, they lost woefully. Imo, that red card was what gave Galatasaray away. Sorry for being eliminated. I took an L too today from Milan and Gala but of whom lost to their opponents. This is why teams needs to be on their guards in return legs because anything can happen just like Liverpool vs Barcelona in UCL 2019 season.

And Galatasaray was eliminated from Europe. We didn't play well, if you play badly that's how it ends. Sparta Prague was a worse team than us, we shouldn't have been eliminated, but in this game, the one who scores and plays well wins.

The match is already in the injury minute; anything can happen, but I didn’t see any of them winning. I have high hopes for As Roma to win the match, so we will continue to anticipate and see the winner they have been given, and with an increase of 5 minutes, anything can happen. I hope AS Roma wins because their performance is better and more amazing than that of Feyenoord. I was even surprised when they got their first goal before AS Roma, but the game might still end in a draw, so we just need to anticipate the final results. 

Just to see that the game is over and it finally ended in a 1-1 draw 

Marseille beat Shakthar 3-1 at home to qualify.Marseille, who drew 2-2 in the first meeting, managed to eliminate their opponent by winning at home.Marseille played better than their opponent and I think Marseille was the deserving side.I think Shakthar does not have the old potential and it seems that they have already lost that power in the league.
Sporting Lisbon drew with Young Boys at home.Lisbon, who managed to pass the round with the away win, could not manage to defeat their opponent despite a good performance in this match.They closed the first half 1-0 ahead and in the second half they could not manage to break the match with Gyökeres missing a penalty.The match ended 1-1 with a goal from a penalty in the last minutes and Lisbon passed the round.

They're playing at home and it's only natural that they're making the pace more favorable for them but up until now even though their initiation has been good and Roma's possession is still very superior but we can see that their finishing is still poor at the moment.
I think with the clock ticking down and extra time now upon us, the match will indeed go to 2x15 minutes because their performance towards the end of normal time is still not showing signs of scoring.

It will be draining but on the other hand we must understand that no one wants to lose even though in this match Feyenoord continued to be pressured but they were still focused enough to carry out their duties and expected Roma to have a little problem in their attacks and that could be exploited by Feyenoord,

I should have taken on consideration that point maybe because Marseille's game almost finished and they are leading with 3 goals to 1 against Donetsk. That was nice from them considering their actual performance in Ligue 1!
The other two French teams are out after their defeat. Lens lost by two goals to three vs Freiburg and Toulouse failed to score at home in Benfica goalie.. For Rennes, they won but lost by aggregate

I least expected Sparta to be this vicious seeing as they were quite weak in the first leg. As it is they are taking advantage of the red card given to Galatasaray to punish their visitors as the scoreline is 3-1 and on aggregate, it's 5-4 and if it ends like this, I think the Turkish giants will have to kiss Europa good bye. With this scoreline, it's massive defense strategy that Sparta will adapt as they won't want to take chances and leave their defenses open because even though Galatasaray is down to ten men they can still be deadly especially now that they know the odds are against them.
 I really hoped Galatasaray would win and I'm sure that's what most of their fans thought since they became too confident in that scoreline and didn't hustle much for more goals.

The normal time is almost over, there is still no change in the score (Roma 1 vs 1 Feyenoord). Roma actually really dominated the match, they showed their quality as one of the popular team in Serie A. Roma has 12 shots, meanwhile Feyenoord only could make 3 shots. From the stats, it is very obvious that Roma has a better quality of squad. But Feyenoord can play solidly, they play as a team. This way makes Roma quite difficult to have a good chance for scoring goals. However, I am sure De Rossi has a plan for AS Roma. They are likely to prepare some players for the extra time if there is no change in the score. AS Roma still has some good players in bench, I believe De Rossi won't feel frustrated with the situation.  

Sparta Prague - Galatasaray game is exciting.
Sparta Prague is currently beating 3-1 and there are 10 minutes left until the end of the game. If Galatasaray does not score a goal, they will be eliminated from UEFA. I hope we score 1 goal.

There are still 5 minutes left in normal time and I hope Roma can win this match because they really dominated the game in the second half. Roma were able to launch many attacks in the second half but were unable to score a goal. Feyenoord defended more in the second half because they wanted to try their luck if extra time was given. For this reason, Roma must be able to score 1 more goal to ensure they qualify for the round of 16 because if this match goes to a penalty shootout I think their chances are 50|50.

As far as I can see, Lukaku has had a lot of opportunities but he seems to be having difficulty breaking into Feyenoord goal. Lukaku must be able to show his best quality by contributing goals in this match because the team really needs to win in this match.
