Milan is not where the fans should look at anyway, Liverpool is the one to get it if you ask me. Leverkusen has shown the world that they have what it takes and won against Bayern whereas Liverpool lost to Arsenal recently, that is why I would understand why someone would say Leverkusen too.
However, Milan has no chance, they are not even remotely as good as those two teams and have no chance at all, we should not expect them to have a win at all, they are not going to get that win. Liverpool will be the winner if you ask me and Leverkusen is the second in line, Milan may not be even third, there are some other very good teams as well .Milan is decent, but they are not champions level of a team for Europa, not this season at least.
If you ask me, since the start of this thread I have favored Leverkusen. It's not without reason that I said this from the start of the Europa League competition, because Leverkusen's performance has been very good since Alonso took charge of it. moreover, Xabi Alonso has made good progress with Bayer Leverkusen, it has been proven that so far Xabi Alonso's team has not been defeated in various competitions. plus, Leverkusen has the potential to break Bayern Munich's dominance in the domestic league, which is 8 points ahead. in this competition, Leverkusen is no less strong than Liverpool. even though in terms of depth, Liverpool is one level above Leverkusen. It's just that Leverkusen has a very impressive, interesting and aggressive game. so it is clear, Leverkusen is also one of the strong challengers in this competition in the race for the championship trophy.
As for AC Milan, at least they have the probability of qualifying for the next phase. Stefano Pioli only needs a draw, so they will advance to the next round. Regarding AC Milan's progress in the round of 16, if they qualify, we'll just follow how it develops. after all, they will also do their job optimally.
Talking about Liverpool, I think Jurgen Kloop's squad is not as safe as Leverkusen. I mean, in the Premier League the competition will be even tighter with a narrow point difference. apart from that, Liverpool still has matches against City and Arsenal. which means, Klopp's focus will be more on the Domestic League. well, if the competition gets tougher. Like it or not, Klopp focuses on the Premier League. for the Europa League, it will probably only be a second option for them. but we'll see, because to be sure we have to take part in the matches presented in the Europa League at least after the playoffs are over.
