Galatasaray's performance in the Champions League group stage was very impressive; most people didn't think they would play that well. To be honest, we can't compare Galatasaray's current performance with the way they did in the Champions League group stage. Although they are currently leading the Turkey Super Lig table,  but their performance isn't strong enough to give us confidence that they will defeat Sparta Prague; if Galatasaray wins against Sparta Prague, they are lucky because they are not facing an easy opponent. I will not bet on Galatasaray to win this game,  in my opinion, it would be better to stay away from it or bet on it as a double chance. 


I don't think any other team aside from Bayern Leverkusen will win the Europa League this season. We know how strong Leverkusen's performance has been so far. For instance, if Leverkusen and Liverpool advance to the final round, I have every confidence that Leverkusen will raise the trophy because they are capable of winning it and Liverpool lost their game in the group stage.

Please allow me to explain why Feyenoord may be underrated. Roma have a serious game under De Rossi, notably against Inter Milan. Despite conceding 4, they scored 2 against Serie A's finest this season. No easy feat. Roma fights, not just defends.

The encounter against Feyenoord should be exciting. Dont write Feyenoord out just because Roma plays in a harder division. Due to De Rossi's stability and fighting spirit, Roma can surprise us, especially in key matches like today. On home soil, Roma should win the second leg. Im curious to see how they tackle the task since they can score and compete.

Of course, I wouldn't like to underestimate Sparta Prague. I respect their success in their domestic league. But there is a really big difference between their domestic league and a much bigger tournament like the Europa League. When we compare these two teams Galatasaray are way more capable of being successful here. They only need to stay focused. 

About Ziyech, even in his absence Galatasaray can stay strong. They have really effective players in the attacking line such as Zaha, Icardi and more.  

Roma under the guidance of Daniele De Rossi did perform quite well at the start of the coach's training but coincidentally Roma's opponents at that time were not very tough, I don't know if this will last long or not because in Roma's last match it looked quite difficult for Roma because they had to face the strongest club. in the league, but we'll see if the next test for De Rossi is whether he can bring Roma to victory against a club that has been relegated from the Champions League because this is quite a tough match for Roma because De Rossi is still a coach who has minimal experience in the European league.

If you look at opportunities, actually both clubs still have a chance, it's just that Roma is a little more doubtful because the coach is no longer Jose Mourinho. Maybe last season Roma could still beat Feyenoord because of the strategy given by Jose Mourinho, but it seems like this season is different because of coach De Rossi strategy and Jose Mourinho are definitely different but I hope De Rossi is able to finish this play off round well so that these doubts are refuted.

It seems I slightly disagree with your opinion which says that when Roma was still with Mourinho, Feyenoord was stronger than Roma.
Let's see again that Mourinho has been with Roma for 2 years since 2021 and has been able to beat feyenoord twice even though he lost once, but still Mourinho still a coach who is ready to provide good strategies and there have been no failures while Mouriho has been in Roma.
I don't doubt De Rossi, but we shouldn't be too quick to conclude what De Rossi future will be with Roma, which will make us disappointed when De Rossi fails.

Seeing Roma current achievements already a bit good but I need few more matches to decide to admit that De Rossi deserves to be called great coach
For the match against Feyenoord I will predict that in the 1st leg Roma will win 1 score.

I was also quite surprised when Roma managed to play well and were able to keep up with Inter Milan's game, Roma even managed to score 2 goals to prove that they were not weak team and just gave up.
De Rossi as Roma coach has also performed very well, he has even been able to bring Roma to performance that can be said to be quite stable, even though they have not been able to beat Inter Milan, but at least they have managed to put up good fight.
In the next match for the Europa League in the round of 16, Roma will meet Feyenoord and in this first leg the match will take place at Feyenoord home ground, clearly this is challenge for Roma because Feyenoord itself is not weak team that can be underestimated.
But for the second leg match, I sure that Roma will be able to win more easily, in fact, I sure that Roma will be able to have more than 2 goals, allowing them to qualify for the last 8.
What Roma need to do is to play more safely in the first match and as much as possible not lose or not concede as many goals, their chance is to collect points on aggregate in the second leg.

When Roma was with Mourinho, I thought Feyenoord was stronger than Roma. However, after being coached by De Rossi and seeing their match against Inter Milan, I think Roma are now strong enough and can bet on them. They were able to appear very solid. Even though they conceded 4 goals, they also managed to score 2 goals. And I think it's normal because Inter Milan is the strongest team in Serie A this season and they are far above Feyenoord's level. I think the match will be very interesting because Roma are already a better team than when they were in the previous group stage.

They already faced a big team in Serie A. You must know they were against Inter Milan in matchday 24, few days ago. AS Roma got a defeat as predicted, but they could make a tight match. I'm not sure if Feynoord is stronger than AS Roma because they are in a different level of leagues. I still assume AS Roma is stronger because they are in a more competitive domestic league. I believe De Rossi will succeed to win the match against Feynoord and qualify for the next round.

Roma under this new coach are doing pretty well but I don’t think they’ll be able to perform so great when they face a big team. Over the weekend you could see how they tried to keep up woth the game in the first half but lost it all in the second half. This is one  major problem of Roma, the shaky defense and trust big teas to be able to capitalize on the littlest weakness you think you’ve got. Well, in the UEL, experience matters an though the players might have but the coach looks amateur.

 Yes and owing to that fact I think Feynoord have the upper hands in this fixture as they’re a better team than this Roma side and I must give it to them at this point. De Rossi will really need to work hard to make sure the first leg goes his way else it’s game over for him and they might be disqualified from the tournament.

In my opinion, they shouldn't underestimate Sparta Prague too much, they lead the Czech league with 53 points in 20 games and managed to score 50 goals and conceded only 13 goals and Galatasaray have 52 goals in 25 games in the Turkish league, although they only conceded 14 goals in 25 games. In my opinion, these two leagues don't have big differences in terms of which league is higher, Galatasaray is strong in defense, but Sparta Prague is also strong in defense, both teams are good in attack, although some people think that Galatasaray is much superior because it was in the European champions league, I don't see this fact as something that is relevant in this competition and in the next games of this competition

I think both Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen are the two favorite teams to reach the final round. Liverpool looks in the good performance, they showed positive results in the most matches recently. Although they got a defeat against Arsenal in EPL matches, but they are strong enough for the UEL matches. Meanwhile for Bayer Leverkusen, they are totally a great team this season. So far, they are undefeated, they beat Bayern Munich in domestic league and they played perfectly in UEL.

Well, I think Liverpool vs Bayer Leverkusen is the ideal final UEL for this season. I guess most people expect these teams to play in the final round. It will be an interesting final, it will be difficult to predict which team wins the match. However, I will bet Bayer Leverkusen to win the final match.  

the build up of Copenhagen midfield has been a bit of impressive but it's just been difficult controlling the midfield in a game against Manchester City that Kelvin Debruyne is in the match. The error from Ederson gave Copenhagen a one goal while City is leading with 2 goals from KDB and Silva.
in the game between Leipzig vs Real Madrid it has really been a daunting one for Madrid in the absence of Bellingham which is actually affecting their scoring percent. I guess they might come back in the second half with a more clinical play to making sure to get the ball at the back of the Leipzig net eventually.

The UCL and the Europa League are two very different competitions so even in today's match in the UCL it seems as if there is no equality between the home team and the visiting team. I also have to be honest that today's UCL match was quite exciting and not boring to watch until the end, because there all the teams had to fight better so they could get the chance to go to the next round. Because the slightest mistake will greatly affect the team and the morale of the players in the next round.

Obviously, Galatasaray is also still the favored team in this match against Sparta Prague because after all, basically Galatasaray also previously played in the Champion league. Therefore, Galatasaray is also certainly used to this kind of tough competition and thus, I am also confident to choose Galatasaray to win against Sparta Prague. Whether it will be an easy victory or a difficult victory but clearly, Galatasaray still has better quality compared to Sparta Prague. Therefore, I also do not hesitate to say that Galatasaray still has a chance to win in this play off round.

Benfica team is favorite in this match. And I'd say Benfica won't face any major hurdles to win this match.

Benfica are in very good form right now. The team is at the top of the Liga Portugal table. The team's defense is very strong. And attacking players have the ability to score a lot of goals. Opponent Toulouse on the other hand is not a strong opponent. This team is now in the 14th position of the Ligue 1 points table. Out of 21 matches in Ligue 1, the team has won only 4 matches. So it won't be a difficult task for Benfica to beat a team like Toulouse.

So, which match do you think is the most interesting in the playoff phase which will be held on 16 February, because there are eight matches being presented simultaneously. IMO, for me personally the playoffs are not that interesting. but if I had to choose, at least the match between Feyenoord vs Roma. Incidentally, AS Roma is currently being handled by a new coach.  De Rossi.  At least, Roma has a chance to win this match.
Or, the Galatasaray vs Sparta Prague match. I want to see the performance of Okan Buruk's team when they face Sparta Prague. The question is, can Galatasar play a good match in the playoffs of this competition.  but for me personally the Champions League is still more interesting. especially the Napoli vs Barcelona match, Arsenal vs Porto, and several other matches from the Europa League playoff round.

Benfica is actually a pretty good team. They are playing really well in the Liga Portugal. The competition is going to be between them and Sporting for the title and I think Sporting has the advantage because they have played one match less and are still on the same point as Benfica.

Anyway if we talk about the Europa League, I think Benfica is definitely going to win this match. I absolutely agree that in this match they should not have a hard task at all. But sometimes football can be surprising.

Here we have this problem mostly peoples underestimate teams which are not popular but still I have feeling this is going to be one of the toughest game in this round because Galatasaray is also not easy team with their recent performance we can expect good challenging game between these two and prediction is surely not easy while any team can win and most chances home game could be good advantage like which team will be play better can go through for the next round.

Sparta is also having good experience; Galatasaray which is facing some issues due to few injuries surely try his best for staying into hunt for the better result in both leagues few days back they have leading spot in Super League which is good for them with a moral booster for their players.

I think Benfica is the team that is close to passing the round. Even though Toulouse is a good team, it is not of Benfica's standard and quality. All of the top 4 teams in the Portuguese league are strong enough to eliminate Toulouse. The Portuguese are very strong. Even though it is not shown as a favorite, I think Benfica may be one of the important favorite teams for UEL. After the UCL matches today, I hope we will watch the UEL matches that we will enjoy.

There is no competition between these two teams because we all know Toulouse is near the relegation zone in Ligue 1 and Benfica is leading the League of Portugal which is clearly giving all indications how things can go for this game because Benfica is having good experience and quality to go through, and we can also give them advantage for the going into last four as well because they have few good players which are giving their best and as Portugal teams are increasing their quality no doubt they could be much better than our expectations but currently on other hand French Ligue 1 is completely down due to lack of funds and quality mostly teams other than PSG are struggling badly and having nothing to improve their quality and consistency.
